• Helen (7/5): Excellent location. - The location was fantastic and beds were very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared well stocked and everywhere was very clean. There are many restaurants nearby and parking was not difficult. It was a 30 minute walk to the acropolis but very pleasant and the apartment was right opposite a metro station. We could only get one of the air conditioning units working.

• κατερινα (10/5): Πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα!!! - Αρχικά, θα ήθελα να επισημάνω ότι το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Και το τονίζω γιατί το θεωρώ πολύ σημαντικό! Έπειτα, η τοποθεσία του είναι πολύ καλή καθώς είσαι πολύ κοντά σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Και τέλος είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρο. Δεν υπήρξε κάτι που να με δυσαρέστησε.

• Alina (9/5): Overall is great - Lack of cleanliness. And didn’t have proper communication since the moment reservation was made.
• Nina (9/5): - Odličen apartma, prostoren in udoben. Nekaj pohištva je res starejšega, a je videti, da obnavljajo in ni moteče. Kopalnica je prenovljena. Lokacija je popolna! Praktično na postaji (vlake se sliši, a nam niso bili moteči, saj ponoči sploh ne vozijo), v bližini trgovine, restavracije, pekarna, lekarna. Okolica je tudi zelo varna. Komunikacija je hitra in zelo prijazna. Za to ceno in za ostalo ponudbo v Atenah - zelo priporočam. Če si gostje kuhajo, je kuhinja morda slabo založena.
• Laura.Pellegrini (9/5): Ottima soluzione vicino al centro. Ottima qualità prezzo. - Bell'appartamento, moderno e spazioso. Camera matrimoniale, cameretta doppia e divano letto. Molto pulito e confortevole. Il bagno un po piccolo. Condominio tranquillo e silenzioso. Molto vicino alla metro e quindi posizione ottima per gli spostamenti. Si arriva all'Acropoli in 10-15 minuti di metro. Sotto casa ci sono farmacia e ristorantini. Consigliato. Bagno un po piccolo. Si sente il rumore della metro ma a mio parere non è così fastidioso.

Great restaurants nearby and very close to Metro line. Also walkable distance to sights and city centre. We had only one key.

• mario (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación. Buen aire acondicionado. Anfitrión muy amable y de pronta respuesta. El servicio está incompleto, faltan algunos cuchillos o son diferentes entre sí. Algunos muebles están sueltos.
• Jean (10/5): Lieu de repos pour explorer Athènes - Spacieux, facile d’accès par les transports en commun, confortable. La laveuse était brisée au moment de la visite.
• Peter (4/5): - Celkom priestranný apartmán a dobre situovaný, blízko stanice Petralona metra 1. Takze z logistického hľadiska veľmi dobre. Je to však nadzemné metro, aspoň v tejto časti mesta, takze je z neho aj adekvátny hluk. Dosť abstraktný názov apartmánu. Postele v 1 izbe boli dosť úzke, matrace preležané, v kuchyni chýbali napr. malé lyžičky a úplná katastrofa je kúpeľňa - na fotkách vyzerá ešte fakt dobre. Ale je malá, záves na vani len tak tak drží a samotná vaňa má najlepšie roky dávno za sebou.

• Oliver (4/5): not spacious, not luxurious - The place is called "Spacious and Luxurious Apart Athens Center by MPS". My first impressions: not spacious and definitely not luxurious. Details: we made the reservation for 6 people (3 adults, 3 kids) and there were not enough sleeping places without sharing beds. I'd say for 2-3 people, you might consider with small apartment spacious... Cleanliness: the apartment is run down, with wholes in the wall, old window frames, chipped and dirty bathtub and floors. There is zero luxuriousness. Please be aware, the pictures uploaded are very misleading, and re-touched. To the naked eye, the impression is something very different.

Kitchen had all the amenities we needed, apartment was clean and comfortable. Thanks we had a great stay 😊 definitely recommend for anyone.

• Lidija (8/5): Petralona stay - We liked the location, nice and safe neighbourhood, the apartment was equipped and close to metro/cafes/stores. It was very easy to get there and also user friendly information to get into the apartment (easy steps!). The cleanliness level can be improved and also the air conditioning in one of three rooms wasn't working. Anyway, we informed the staff and they said they will fix it asap.

• Gabor (9/5): A high quality app to discover Athens - Good location (near to metro station, restaurants, shops), modern, clean and well epipped enterieur. As the weather was really hot outside, air conditioning went well. Beds are comfortable. The room on the street side was a bit noisy Only one key set we had. Sometimes a a second key would have been useful.
• Tanju (7/5): Good - Location Bathroom is ugly and dirty. They must renovate it. Small apartment has a lot of unnecessary furniture. They are accident prone.
• A (5/5): Comfy but bathroom needs update - apartment is cozy and comfortable for the most part. Centrally located and close to a train station. Definitely not totally walkable to Acropolis but not too bad. The bedrooms and kitchen were updated, and look nice. Host was responsive for the most part but did not want to refill Nescafe instant coffee which was almost over when we started our stay there. The bathroom is dated and was too tiny - it had a toilet, bidet, sink and a bathtub with no shower curtain. We went back and looked at the ad, and realized that there were no full pics of the bathroom for a good reason - it's just not a decent one to advertize. There was barely any space left to stand and conduct business there either to brush, shower or use toilet. Our family of 4 hated it and it was the sore point of our entire stay.

• Cole (5/5): Passable - Bathroom is in need of a serious makeover. Shelves above shower are a hazard. It is not a shower- it should only be listed as a bathtub. Water pressure in the bidet is miserly. Also a broken chair was left in the room. My 10 month old climbed on it and it collapsed. It should not have been left in the room yet the owner knew about the chair before our stay.
• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment has everything that might be necessary for a city break as well as long stay. Clean, spacious, close to ISAP train (however- walk to Acropolis takes around 15 mins through nice park), friendly surroundings and nice bars nearby. Definitely a place to recommend!
• Johan (9/5): Great comfortable apartment to explore Athens! - Big comfortable apartment for a family of 4, close to shops and walkable distance to akropolis. Close to metro but we walked everywhere Streetside parking is a challenge

• Claudia (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was conveniently located at the Petralona station and it was spacious. For a half day, we didn't have any electricity in the apartment. In the rest of the building it was working. The bedroom towards the street was noisy. It was a normal apartment, nothing luxurious.
• Andy (9/5): Great location. - Great location in terms of access to the Metro and through that to Athens as a whole. The air con in the living room struggled to cope, but was fine in the bedrooms. The parking outside was sparse, but we did find a space. The street is covered in graffiti which was a little off-putting, but was in reality quiet and felt safe.
• Stefanie (7/5): A good place for a large group to stay - Location was good, easy access to the metro which was helpful since we did not have a car. The apartment was clean and had everything you need to cook a meal at home. Food store was within walking distance which was convenient and there were some restaurants close by. The air conditioner in the living room leaked, so we were not really able to use it.

A great location in a nice quiet neighborhood and very close to the train station. We visited in the winter and had some issues with the heating since it overburdened the electric panel but the host took care of it quickly and we had no more issues. Nothing not to like

The owner of the apartment set up a baby cot for our little one. The apartments are on the 4th floor, the building has a small elevator, but we managed. Parking was easy to find, there are a lot of free places near the house. We were satisfied with everything in the apartment. There are no comments.
