• Alessandro (8/5): - Bell'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione e in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Stanze comode e larghe. Decisamente consigliato!
• Gerasimoula (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο,καθαρό και οργανωμένο. Ήταν πολύ κοντά στα νοσοκομεία που θέλαμε και έτσι ήταν πολύ εύκολη η μετακίνηση μας(με τα πόδια). Ο κ. Πάρης ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Μας εξυπηρέτησε και μας ενημέρωσε για ότι χρειαστηκαμε. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα
• Dimitris (10/5): - Ο κύριος Πάρης ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει ή να λύσει οποιοδήποτε θέμα (θέμα βέβαια δεν υπήρξε κανένα με το διαμέρισμα). Το διαμέρισμα το βρήκαμε σε άψογη κατάσταση, πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ καλή και ήσυχη όσες φορές χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε το αμάξι όταν γυρίσαμε βρήκαμε πάρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά από το διαμέρισμα το οποίο νομίζω είναι ένα μεγάλο υπέρ για Αθήνα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!

• CHRISTINA (10/5): Θα το ξαναεπιλέξω... - Χώροι, ασφάλεια, άνεση, φως, θέρμανση, περιοχή, οικοσκευή, wifi, οικοδεσπότης, όλα άριστα! Η πολυκατοικία δεν μου άρεσε. Μειονέκτημα η απουσία ασανσέρ.
• Stefanos (10/5): Όμορφο κατάλυμα, σε ήσυχη και πράσινη γειτονια του Π. Φαληρου. - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό, ευήλιο, μεγάλο, με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν φανταστική, με ησυχία, ασφάλεια, 300 μέτρα από το Σταυρος Νιαρχος, ενώ και τις 4 μέρες που μέναμε, έβρισκα να παρκαρω ακριβως κάτω από το κατάλυμα. Αυτό όμως που ξεχώρισε, ήταν ο ιδιοκτήτης, ο οποίος ήταν ευγενέστατος, μας βοήθησε με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε για την άφιξη μας, αλλά και κατά τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε.

• Titti (8/5): - Comoda per la vicinanza alla Clinica Rea Maternity Hospital vicino al Lidl e poi appartamento carino con tutto il necessario Purtroppo c'era solo un condizionatore nel soggiorno e non nella camera da letto e essendo andata a luglio faceva un po caldo in camera

• Abid (3/5): Poor - Host is nice and friendly and want to help always, Location is good and apartment is big The Apartment have NO A/C in the bedroom which is disaster in summer, we could not sleep for 2 days, the apartment have the smallest possible AC only in the living room which make the rooms as Sona specially the double bed room on the right ... Dont book in the summer
• Blazej (9/5): Superb - Paris is a fantastic host. Whenever we needed any help with the apartment, he would be right there solving the issue. Very nice place with a great host! It was a great place to stay for a conference that was held nearby.

Will stay here for the next time :)

We hired a car and it was only a 5 min jour - The location, it was perfect distance to the Taekwondo Stadium where we were attending a competition. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV had Netflix. The host was very helpful. allowing us to check in in the early hours due to our flight times and check out later because of competition times. Nothing

• Xiaoxia (10/5): A really a pleasentt stay, the apartment is confirmatbel and make you relex like at home. - The friendness and professional service of the host are impresive. Waiting the guest in person at apartment on the arrival night with warm welcoming of cookies and prepurcesed vengetables for the guest for the next day when the supermarkets closed for holiday. Timely contact the guest event before our flight departure and advise the local transportation form air port ot the appartment. The rrom is so lean and bed are comfortable, All ingredients and cokking unilities were prepared for our self-cooking. The TV programme netflix are also provided. No.
