• Chandni (6/5): - The place looked just like it's photos. It's not cockroach proof. If you have dinner or lunch there, you'll also have guests enjoying what's in your bin after. I didn't expect the place to be like that.

• Dorothea (3/5): Απογοήτευση - Μέσα στα τόσα αρνητικά το ότι είχε μιας χρήσης παντόφλες έμοιαζε πολυτέλεια . Επίσης η ρεσεψιόν που δεν ήταν καν στο κατάλυμα αλλά βρισκόταν ένα τετράγωνο ποιο κάτω για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών και η ευγένεια της κοπέλας εκεί . Δεν ξέρω αν ήταν το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο Α3 στο οίκημα Νο55 μόνο αλλά έμοιαζε απλά να ήταν ένα παλιό κτήριο που η μόνη αλλαγή στα δωμάτια που έγινε ήταν κάποιοι πριζοδιακοπτες . Παλιές ταπετσαρίες στους τοίχους , τουαλέτα με πουρι, σκουριασμένες εστίες στο φουρνακι φθαρμένα πλακάκια στο ντουζ ήταν κάποια από το σύνολο που έδιναν μια χάλια εικόνα . Δεν μου είχε ξανά τύχει κάτι ανάλογο

• Giacomo (9/5): - I had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, good size and large balcony, aircon and hot water both good, and, importantly, the place kept cool even without aircon on surfing very hot days. I was there for 5 nights and the cleaned the place and changed bedding and towels at the third day. The area is very interesting, with some outstanding places for eating and drinking.

• Lorenzo (6/5): Good stay for a night or two but nothing more - The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning system was working well, everything fine also for the normal ariation in the room. Unfortunately there were some problems with the balcony door because it was broken and we couldn’t lock it in any way possible. We have asked to the receptionist if it was possible any kind of help and she said that they know that it was broken already. I think that’s an important point about the safety of the place and the care of your guests.

• Josh (10/5): Affordable comfort less than 15 minutes from Athens city Centre - One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Nice and quiet location not far from the city centre and public transport links. Will definitely stay again.
• Anna (7/5): Good - Good price walking distance to many main sights. Free parking was also a bonus. Bathroom a bit outdated and could be a little cleaner but bed was clean and comfortable. Super nice vegan restaurant nearby called Veganistan.

• Milica (9/5): Superb - The apartment is on a walking distance from the city center, they have parking place, stuff is very friendly and helpful, very good value for the money. Maid or someone who was cleaning the place opened a box of sweets that we had in the room :)
• Edilyn (7/5): I like the place - I like the atmosphere especially the places where located at. I don't like when the middle in the night is too noisy outside it's not comfortable
• Dan (10/5): unexpected athens - It was a last minute booking as our flight was canceled. It would not be my first choice of neighborhoods to stay in Athens but at night time it was quiet. The check-in was great, especially for last minute. Nice long balcony with table and chairs. Bed was comfy, AC also good. It's located in an area that seems to be undergoing redevelopment. Not many tourist services, such as grocery stores or restaurants in the vicinity. Most are at least 15 minutes walking.

It's a bit far from the main action but this has its advantages: it's surrounded by great local restaurants. Better and cheaper than those in the 'centro'. Mour, Macondo Project and the Tavernas are awesome. The room smelled like tobacco (a lot) and the walls are too thin. The couple next door had sex and I felt I was there with them :). The main lightbulb was out.

• Carmel_shvartzman (5/5): Does not match expectations - The location, the good neighborhood. The appartment is old and with musty smell. The bathroom and the kitchinette need immediate renovation. The bathroom door does not close. They refuse to give free toileteries, althought it is written in the contract. Replay with rudeness while asked for the things that they promised and that we already paid for.
• Alojz (8/5): App with a parking in central Athens - Peaceful neighbourhood - its industrial and partly demolished look didn't spoiled my feeling of safe part of the city. 10 mins walking to Keramikos subway station. Parking was ensured - great plus for Athens. Really kind staff at the reception. No grocery shops in near vicinity. Flat was recently renovated but there are details which could be improved (kitchen sink was clogged for example). But - overall a good experience.

• Eleni (5/5): Not value for money - The reception person was very kind and explained thoroughly all the details with us, the location was convenient as it was close to Gazi Not very clean, not in a good condition, bugs in the room, outlets were hanging off the wall. In need of a serious maintenance and update and a thorough cleaning session This might was somewhat acceptable if it was costing half the price

• Christina (9/5): Great location & value for money - The room was as expected. The location is great, the bed is very comfy and there was also a nice balcony. It was a major advantage that they accepted pets, as we were travelling with a cat. The bathroom could have been a bit more clean.

• Thomas (10/5): Super stay on short notice - We booked it on very short notice when plans changed and the host at reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is great - walking distance to the main attractions in Athens and inexpensive but tasty restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and there are 2 balconies, though no screens so a few mosquitoes found us somehow. Also, there was a private lot to leave our rental car The immediate neighborhood was mostly car repair and other business offices, but fairly quiet. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but it was just some lint on the floor.

• Stephen (10/5): Amazing, good value space with easy access to sights. - At first we weren't sure because it was so cheap. We've booked places in the past for them to either not exist or for them to be totally different. We were staying in a hotel in Marathon and decided to stay a night in Athens. For the price, this place was fantastic. Staff very helpful, room spacious, clean and with decent facilities. Not far from Karameikos metro station and with a few bars, restaurants and and clubs local. Will be happy to stay again in the future. Nothing. All was great and well worth the money.

• Gregor (7/5): Good - Location is peaceful. 25 min of walk from city center. They have private parking behind the door. It was hot and the apartment is in too floor, so it was hot inside too.. Aircondition is in first room, but cold air doesn't reach secound room. When younleave room, the aircondition shut down automaticly, so when you come back is hot inside.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Highly recommend this place, it’s a gem that makes Athens experience even nicer. - The central location was great, there is a possibility to arrange an airport pick up if needed when booking which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and very welcoming and gave us a few tips where to go to eat and how to explore Athens. The apartment itself was clean, the facilities were great and a bed very comfy. We’re planning on staying there again next time when in Athens.

• Rafael (8/5): Very good - The apartment was located at Gazi neighborhood, so there are plenty of restaurants. Quiet place we slept very well. The place has a lot of sunlight To arrive to the place from the Metro station was not easy due to the conditions of the sidewalks.

• Areti (7/5): Good - The location is fine, really close to transportation and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was excellent, really helpful and kind. Parking without any extra charge is a service really appreciated! Room wasn't very clean, though the sheets and the towels were very very clean and perfectly ironed. The sewer pipe of the sink and the douche wasn't draining, and the trashbin in the bathroom was broken. The tile joints also had mould.
