• GlenFK (7/5): Handy location, more advance communication would help - The rooms were very nicely set up, reasonably clean, and towels provided. Comfortable bed and good wifi. Very handy to local bars, cafes, and the Metro station to the airport. Our original flights were rescheduled but, although we sent through some travel updates about this to the owner, we didn't receive any check-in details until we arrived there. It was useful to have an elevator to get up to our room although it was very small to fit all our bags in it.

• Letterio (7/5): Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo - Ottima posizione, appartamento con ascensore e proprietaria disponibile che ci ha dato indicazioni molto chiare. Bagno molto piccolo e letto poco comodo. Essendo in una zona centrale la sera potrebbe essere un po' rumorosa.

• JOSE (8/5): Ubicación perfecta y correcta calidad-precio - La ubicación es genial. A 2 minutos de Syntagma y a 5/7 minutos de Monasteraki. Buen ambiente, buena zona y buena comunicación. A un minuto esta el barrio de Plaka que es perfecto para comer y pasear. Tiene todo lo necesario, el sofá cama es muy grande y la cama es cómoda. El aseo un poco pequeño, pero para estancias cortas, no es importante. El aseo un poco pequeño, pero eso depende de la configuración de la casa.

• Zak (7/5): A clean and easy stay in a very central part of Athens. - Great location in central Athens. Check-in was easy, and the place was clean. The stay was comfortable and convenient. The apartment is quite simple—nothing special—but that’s fairly typical for Athens. The elevator is very small, just something to be aware of.

• Katherine (9/5): Superb - Superb location in Plaka. Lovely area with plenty of places to eat, walking distance to main attractions including Acropolis, Syntagma square and park. Close to transport connections to the airport. Small but perfectly adequate bathroom with a lovely and strong shower. Host was helpful and provided very clear instructions to get into the apartment. We would happily come back here. Only very minor things. We only had breakfast in the apartment in the apartment and the kettle was very slow to get hot. On Friday and Saturday night it was a bit noisy until quite late (as to be expected due to the location), but it was quiet on Sunday night.

• Ona (9/5): Excellent location for an Athens city break - Cozy, great location, good space and storage. The couch is hard and thin, only suitable for children to sleep. The other bed was great. Because the apartment is in such a great location, there was street noise at night.

• Louise (8/5): Location is perfect, very spacious, would stay again. - Location is everything in Athens, this is perfect in 5-8 min walk from Syntagma metro so good connection to airport and a 3-5min walk into the heart of the Plaka and Acropolis, Parthenon, etc. Great shopping too. Perfect. Apartment was spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen area and lounge area. Elevator for luggage also great. Secure and quiet. Air conditioner in lounge area cuts in and out and is temperamental. Bedroom air conditioning was good. Paper towel roll instead of reusable cloth towel for kitchen not ideal. Kitchen equipment probably not inspected and checked after each vacate so more attention needed to cleanliness of cooking items. Manageable but could be improved.

Functional and clean. Efficient contact with host. The name is misleading because it is not luxury accommodation. It is basic, functional and clean, but not luxury. Another name may be more suitable. The A/C was not working properly in one of the rooms. The entrance to the building and the stairwell could be more welcoming. It looks uncared for.

• Agata (4/5): I dont recomend this place !!! - I recently stayed at the Athens luxury house and was unfortunately quite disappointed with my experience.To start with the positives, the location is extremely convenient. The apartment is close to everything, with many major attractions like the Acropolis, Plaka, and various cafes all within walking distance. Despite having confirmed pre-booked an early check-in, we were desappointed to find that a previous guest was still in the apartment when we arrived. This was quite upsetting beggining. However the most alarming issue was that a pair of my shoes went missing from the apartment. When I reported this to the host Fotini , she assured me that I would be compensated for the loss. Despite these promises, I have yet to receive any reimbursement, which is quite disappointing.I don't recommend this place. I understand that the early check-in issue could be overlooked, but missing shoes and the lack of compensation are major problems. It seems like the host doesn't care at all and has stopped responding to my messages.

• Andreas (8/5): Very good - Very central and safe location, close to the metro station and shopping center. Very vivid area, lots of restaurants and cafe. However noise is not an issue at all, thanks to the excellent sound proofing provided by the windows. Upon arrival i turned on the air-conditions however, they produced no heat at all. In December heating is absolutely essential. I contacted the hosts for assistance and they eventually came 8 HURS later, at 23:00 along with a technician just to verify that the air condition in the bedroom was beyond repair. In my opinion, a response time of 8 hours for a serious issue is totally unacceptable. Fortunately they brought a portable heater which we used during our entire stay. The hosts never bothered to give us a curtesy follow up call just to check out.......

Close to everything and 2 mns away from metro! :) And despite being in a lively neighborhood, very quiet! The building also has an elevator. Our hostess was very sweet and even arranged a pick-up at airport. Our only negative point was no hot water in shower on our last day…

Unfortunately, the water in the shower was always cold, and didn’t get warm at all unfortunately. Also, we got multiple mosquitoes bites due to a open window in the bathroom i believe.

• Xiaohan (10/5): convenient, new and clean, huge bathroom - The room must be the largest one I’ve stayed in the Europe, especially the bathroom, which is round 2-3 times larger than average. also, it’s quiet convenient. the bus station to the spots and airports are just opposite the road. they also warmly offer the drinks and snacks. what’s more, the staff is super friendly and efficient. easy to get in touch in WhatsApp. Highly recommend!!:) There is a little bit noisy at the weekends night. Among the weekdays, that’s ok. But the staff warmly offer the ear plugs, really helpful and promised they are going to solve this problem.

• Norbert (10/5): Best location in Athens, the apartement is great for a couple, best value for money one can ask - George came and picked us up from the airport. The price was fair and George showed us a lot of Athens on the way from the airport to the apartment. George also gave us a lot of tips and good advices regarding our time of stay. All in all, he was very nice and brought us to the apartment and explained everything there is to know about it plus a small surprise which I will not share so that everyone can enjoy it :) Nothing - It was simply fantastic!

• Matthieu (10/5): Exceptional - Localisation is great, perfect for a short trip in Athene because it is in middle of the most iconic places of the city (no public transport needed to visite the heart of Athene). on top of that, let’s not forget the house itself, very well equipped with AC, big sofa and bedroom. The host is nice and kind. He helped us to book a shuttle service from the airport with a very good price.
