• Petar (8/5): - I liked the location. It was close to everything. There are many restaurants and bars close to the house. The nearest metro station is 300-400 meters away. There is a huge roof terrace and a working jacuzzi. The worst thing about the house is the interior doors. Each one creaked and it was almost impossible not to wake up someone if you went to the bathroom at night. And one more small thing that needs fixing. The fan in one of the toilets was blowing into the living room on the first floor You can imagine what it smelled like in the living room when someone had to go. So someone has to invest a small amount and the house will get a 10 points rating every time.
• Jeremy (8/5): - Bon emplacement à quelques minutes à pied du métro sygrou fix. D'excellents restaurants à moins de 2 min à pied. La terrasse au dernier étage est super pour les apéro en groupe. Beaucoup de salle de bains et toilettes.
• Elizabeth (10/5): This is a good choice if you have a large party. - Accommodations were comfortable for the large group we had, and the rooftop terrace was a highlight. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was a nice touch. The juices and waters in the fridge were appreciated and the welcome shots of ouzo were a nice local touch as well. The glass doors separating the two first floor bedrooms meant you couldn’t go to bed until the other room went to bed, but this was not a huge problem.
• Christine (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is situated in a nice neighborhood, with a lot of restaurants & bars, supermarkets and some fancy vintage shops. It's near to metro station. The roof top is very cosy. Because of road works there was a lot of noise in the morning.

Very “Greek”—marble stairs, sinks Everything you need within walking distance Really enjoyed the hot tub after long days exploring One of the downstairs beds needs replaced. It had a ridge down middle from 2 people sleeping on either side. The stairs from the rooftop are VERY slick. If you use the hot tub be careful! We had an unfortunate accident.

• תמר (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious - many rooms, 3 bathroom-showers, large rooms. Very clean Host was very obliging. Nice neighborhood- walking distance from center yet more quiet, pleasant to walk at night, could let our teenagers go out alone at night Very lively with many restaurants and cafe's. Excellent choice for a big family !
• Alex (10/5): Big and roomy apartment within walking distance of the Acropolis, central Athens, and much much more - The hostess went above and beyond making sure we knew how to get in with the greatest of ease. Clear and easy care instructions and a little homemade gift for us upon arrival. Great kitchen with everything we needed to make a delicious Christmas dinner. We also could walk to the Acropolis from the apartment, a quick walk up the nearby hill and plenty plenty plenty of restaurants and markets. We recommend Il Capitano just around the corner.
• Cristian (8/5): Fair enough for a couple of days. - Very good location, close to restaurants, shops and walking distance to city center. Helpful hosts. Good value for the money. Not everything is perfect, there is room for improvement. The ground-floor bathroom smells bad.
• Romulus (6/5): Great location on the map, bad services. - The Splendid property is excellent positioned, just 10-15 minutes from all the touristic objectives and it is really spacious. Unfortunately, everything is outdated inside, the cleaning is not at a proper standard and the host is decent, but the least hospitable I ever met. The smell in the ground floor bathrooms is bad and no ventilation can be done (the air is pushed out in the lobby 🤦🏻).
