• Linda (1/5): ACHTUNG nicht buchen, gesundheitliche Bedenken! - Location gut, Checkin einfach Leider ist die Unterkunft vor Ort nicht wie auf den Fotos angegeben! Die komplette Wand hinter dem Bett ist voll mit Schimmel, ebenso wie unter dem Waschbecken. Wenn man hier die Tür aufmacht, schlägt einem übler Schimmelgeruch entgegen und auch das gesamte Zimmer hat einen modrigen Geruch. Es bestehen definitiv gesundheitliche Bedenken! Leider hat die Unterkunft alles abgestritten und gesagt, dass das Zimmer okay ist. Zudem waren sie schlecht erreichbar, aber Anfragen auf kostenlose Stornierung wurden innerhalb 1min abgelehnt. Auch Booking konnte mir bisher nicht weiterhelfen, sodass ich aktuell auf den Kosten sitzen bleibe. Sehr ärgerlich, da ich mir zusätzlich eine neue Unterkunft suchen musste. NICHT BUCHEN!!!

• Serena Dritsas (6/5): Per un breve soggiorno - La posizione vicino a mare e mezzi in una zona tranquilla, si dorme benissimo non senti alcun rumore. È un seminterrato con due finestre a vasistas, impossibile stendere i vestiti e non capisci che tempo fa fuori. Appartamento molti piccolo. Troppo caro per ciò che offre. Non chiedete extra o di entrare prima delle 16, lo fanno pagare caro!

• Alla (1/5): - Местоположение Плесень!!! На потолке, за изголовье кровати и сама кровать!!! Плесень опасна для здоровья!!!! Хозяевам видимо совсем все равно раз уж не могут хотя-бы с хлоркой помыть. Очень не рекомендую, если вам не все равно на свое здоровье

• Gusarenko (1/5): - Good location - 5 mins walk from the sea with the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tram and buses to the centre of Athens NO HOT WATER!!! I reported about the issue and all my messages were ignored by the host. I was not able to take a shower for the whole week of my stay. I asked for a refund and I hope to get it. Also - dogs barking and howling at night.

• Dias (7/5): - Quite small, but good price for location and good enough for a couple of nights. The smell of the hall it's a bit strong, but inside the room it's fresh. A microwave could be available also .

Semmi extra szolgáltatásból semmire nem lehet számítani, e - Nagyon Pici lakás volt maximálisan felszerelve, tisztaság korrekt volt. 2 embernek éppen elég többnek alkalmatlan. Csak 1 franciaágy van. Összesen kb 15m² A klímát bármilyen hőfokra állítottam maximálisan nyomta a fagyos hideget. Ezért meg is fáztunk. Többször próbáltam hívni SMS küldeni, emailt írni összesen 20nál több alkalommal kerestem. Semmire nem kaptam választ, pedig extra szolgáltatást kértem volna felár ellenében.

• Mihaela (5/5): Overall the balance between price paid and the benefit of the location pays off - Very good location, close to the beach and also good transport options (direct tram to Piraeus & direct bus to Syntagma square) and walking distance to restaurants. The room is very small; if you know having Claustrophobia for sure it’s a nightmare location. Also, the AC is very strong you cannot stay with it ON over the night and it’s becoming very hot. The naming is misleading “luxury appartments” - being very small room in an underground location.
• Anita (8/5): Good location if you're fit and fine walking - I knew the street and area it was in when i booked so i got what i expected. The description for self check in was easy and everything worked smoothly. The tv, air condition, wifi, fridge and water kettle worked fine and the windows were opening. There was even a washing machine in case you need it. Everything was like in the picture. There was a dog barking and i think not really treating a cat nicely so that bothered me as an empath a lot emotionally. I hope both animals are fine... other than that just be aware you're in semi-basement so it's not a lot of daylight and it's super narrow and not enough towels and also the shower water kind of splashes everywhere on the bathroom floor...

• Michail (4/5): Awful smell of petroleum in the hall. Never again - Clean Terrible smell of petroleum in the hall and the apartment is in a basement. I disliked it . I left after one of two overnights. So terrible. The room is fine but I don't like it to stay in the basement.

• Afroze (8/5): Overall the unit is very cosy and exactly as it appears on the website - walking distance to Harbour - It was easy enough as the host lives on site. It was close to midnight when I arrived and there was no hot water in the shower. It was late so I didn’t disturb the host. It was very difficult to read the wifi password on the wall - I had to ask the host for it.
• Joseph (3/5): You get what you pay for. - It was close and reasonably priced for where I needed to be the next day. The power breaker tripped and could not be reset, so I did not have power during my stay.
• Sebastian (9/5): Superb - The apartment is perfect for a couple. Really confortable. And the location was amazing. The AC its very good and i really enjoy the place. Beach is almost next to the apartment, restaurants and supermarket also really close.
• Hasan (6/5): Close to the beach very small studio. - Very close to the beach and not difficult to get to Athens. Poor Wi-Fi connection, room is small as in the picture and not the friendliest host.

• Hotelcheck24 (6/5): For one night all right - The apartment is easily accessible by public transport. From the airport very well accessible with line X62. From the bus station only a few meters walk to the apartment. The key handover was quick and uncomplicated and the lady was very friendly. It is a basement room, down in the basement with no terrace or view of a landmark (as described on booking.com). It is equipped with a mini kitchen an a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is without any cooking utensils. The room was unclean, there was hair on the floor and especially on the bed (see photo). The bed was a disaster, it was saggy, the springs can be felt in the back and the bed bottom was broken. It smelled very musty. The safe in the closet could be taken so. Night barking dogs living in the house on the balcony and it is not possible to sleep through. For one night and for one person ok but no recommendation for a longer stay.
• Juhan (3/5): Poor - It was difficult to find the lace. We had to wait long to get the key. Poor contact information - nobody answered the phonecalls.
• Rawlinson (1/5): There's no luxury in this apartment. - Nothing to like really except quite good WiFi. A very small, disappointing apartment. It looks like a converted store room. There is no natural light and no usable patio or garden which we're referred to in the misleading advertising. No useful cooking equipment or utensils and only two knives and forks. Only two plates, no bowls or spoons or any other cutlery. The small bed, which is really only a single bed, collapsed and when I looked at it it was obvious that it had happened before and had been badly bodged. The cooking hob only worked for one day, though it could be just that we didn't know how to use it as there were no instructions provided. However it did work for us on the first day so that's confusing. If you are really desperate it may be OK for one night but I wouldn't pay more than 30 euros as it's bunkhouse style accommodation and poor at that.
