• Claus (10/5): Nice spacious apartment in an excellent location. - Nice spacious apartment in an excellent location. Many restaurants and coffee bars close by. Don’t miss to go up the mountain (Mount Lycabettus) just behind, it offers an excellent view of Athens. Accommodating host with good suggestions and that let us have a late check out. We walked to most things e.g. Acropolis. We only took the metro to get to Piraeus.

• josef (9/5): - Schönes und großes Appartement etwas abseits vom Trubel aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, obwohl wir nie gekocht haben(in Athen kann man bestens essen gehen) Fußläufig von U-Bahn Stationen, vielen antiken Attraktionen und Ausgehvierteln erreichbar. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Alexander war tadellos. Besser geht nicht. Obwohl nicht in der Stadt gewesen hat er uns mit Tipps und Informationen zu Attraktionen oder Ausgehen überflutet. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. Frischen Kaffee und Gebäck gab es auf den Weg ins Zentrum überall zu bekommen. Restaurants auch um die Ecke. Wir können dieses Appartement sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
• Liraz (9/5): Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Athens. Located in a charming and quiet neighborhood near Lycabettus Hill, it’s ideal for those who enjoy scenic walks and a more authentic, local atmosphere. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine, which were especially convenient. It’s a great fit for a family of 3 to 6 people or 2-3 couples. The city center is just a short walk away (10–15-minute walk to Ermou Street), and the nearest metro station is about 8 minutes away. While the area involves some uphill walking, it’s absolutely worth it for the peaceful vibe, stylish space, and the variety of nearby restaurants within walking distance.

• Annette (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - The apartment is bigger than I expected and had everything we needed, even down to dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and coffee pods for the nespresso machine. It's really close to Lycavettus Hill, and also to the Academy, Library and University area, where there are bars and cafes. It's on a quiet street. There's a balcony which was lovely in the warm evenings. It's a fantastic apartment in a really great location in central Athens. The only slight downside was the third double bedroom is really an office room, with bookcases but no storage space for clothes at all.

We could walk to all the main sites including the acropolis. We had a toddler with our party and it worked well for her too! Comfortable double beds. Alexander the host was so helpful! We had a taxi strike the day our son and family were arriving and Alexander had his girlfriend on standby to fetch them from the airport had we been unable to get a private taxi. He helped at every turn. Nothing . However, the third bedroom didn’t have hanging space although it was a good size - only because it has several book cases.

• Max (8/5): Panathinaikos (a) - Convenient location, with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very spacious apartment with big beds and good amenities. Air conditioning in every room, which was good. Sadly our stay coincided with some very noisy building work starting at 9am, which wasn't a great way to deal with a hangover, but did get us up and out to make the most of our stay in Athens.

The rooms are spacious and the full bathroom is accompanied by a sizeable powder room. The location is excellent too: it is in Kolonaki but just minutes away from the restaurants of Excharcheia. You get the best of both worlds!

Apartment was very clean and a safe neighbourhood. Host was easily reached and was so helpful with tips on getting around. Nothing too serious. Just noticed the planks underneath the bed kept moving and I had to keep adjusting it. Overall everything else was great in the apartment

• Sally (9/5): Superb - A spacious and comfortable modern apartment. It has every convenience and was excellent value for money compared to other cities we have visited. The only thing we found a little challenging was the walk up the hill after a long day of sightseeing. But this was a very minor thing for us.

A large and well-equipped apartment (coffee, tea, coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, first aid kit and many other necessary things) in the center of Athens, in a quiet and peaceful area. Shop, cafes, restaurants nearby. A great base for exploring the AMAZING CITY of Athens. I highly recommend it! It's hard to fault anything. Maybe the quality of the beds should be improved. They are good, but could be great :-)

The location is peaceful and close to the center, almost everything is at a walking distance and the metro station is less than five minutes walking. Definitely not a house but a home. The host, Alexander, is very kind and makes you feel so welcome. Any question you may have or help you need, he gives you advice asap and was very flexible with the check in. Everything was super clean and amenities are very complete, didn’t need to bring anything. Kitchen is very useful if you want to cook and dishwasher is a plus! When we checked out we could easily store our luggage until we had to go to the airport. Nothing.

• David (10/5): Strongly recommend - Alexander is an AMAZING host. He is very friendly, proactive and approachable. He arranged an airport pick up so that we could arrive safely. He answered our questions promptly via WhatsApp and provided a lot of useful information about Athens attractions and good greek restaurants. When we found that the kettle had a bit problem but still working, he immediately changed a new one. The apartment is very stylish, clean and tidy with all elements to call home. All kind of tea and coffee are provided and kitchen is well equipped even with a dishwasher for a great convenience. The apartment is in a very prime and quiet yet convenient location. Strongly recommend! It is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed. We will come again if we visit Athens again. Everything is perfect!!!
