• M (10/5): Personalised aesthetics at the centre of Athens - The main interest of this flat is its aesthetics. If you appreciate a refined environment with good taste in the very centre of Athens, then this is for you. The balcony is also great, and it is a pity that neighbouring properties so do not soundproof their air-conditioning units, so that you can calmly enjoy this opening towards Klafthmonos square. You will also receive a very warm welcome and can easily contact the owners whose business is situated at a lower floor of the building. You might consider the place overpriced, if you do not appreciate the paintings and you are happy with standard furnishing of luxury and comfort. Also, note that the owners screen their guests before accepting, as they are sensitive about preserving their works of art; and rightly so.
• Eva (10/5): Made our Athens stay amazingly comfortable. - Loved the layout of the apartment along with the bathroom items provided to make the stay more comfortable and pleasant. The location is ideal as there are good restaurants and bars just within the block and it’s pet friendly with a park a block away. The kitchen has pots and utensils as well as glassware for one to feel at home. There’s a coffee machine and they supply coffee as well. A microwave for use as well as a blended. Wine opener and full size refrigerator for our personal use. The closet had plenty of hangers which is never found in other hotels. Love the balcony had a covering which made sitting outside in the sun very pleasant. An outdoor dining table and chairs out on the balcony elevated this apartment from others. The patio also has outdoor sofa and chairs for lounging. The best thing of all for us was it is pet friendly.

• Ayelet (10/5): All and aboveyou need for short or long stay - Very unique loft. Super artistic designed with modern new facilities. The loft can be divide to 2 bedrooms if needed. It has 2 toilets and shower and all you need in the kitchen. We loved the big balcony overlooking the area. Location is center of Athens with plenty of restaurants and small shops, also close to ermou st.

• Tonglei (10/5): Must Try - I've travelled to many countries and used booking for hotels and apartments a lot. I have to say Alex's ApArt Suite is one of the best! This is the second time for me to stay in Athens, I tried to find an apartment close to Acropolis. ApArt has the greatest location, since it's on the street that everything's under 5 mins walk. It has a huge inner space, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a big bedroom. The balcony is my favorite, not too hot for having a cigarette and perfect for a cup of tea while having a glance of the lovely city. The apartment has everything I need, and most importantly, the rate is very reasonable! Alex the owner also provided the warmest welcome during my stay. I have every question answered, and I know I was in good hands. Alex made my trip in Athens smooth and comfortable. I would definitely come back to Athens, for its great view, good food, and lovely people. Alex's ApArt will always be my choice! Nothing

We have had water, vine, beer waiting for us. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Bed made of sofa is good. I slept well. The bathroom are new and clean. All apartment is very clean and it is like new. The Aleks host is great. Since he had not new people coming we could check out any time. The location is perfect. Public Garage is 100m from apartment and everything you need to see is 10-20 min walking. the Groceries and the public market are 5 min from apartment where you can buy all needed

• Thomas (10/5): Excellent appartement très bien situé au centre d'Athènes - Les hôtes très sympathiques : l'accueil chaleureux juste devant l'appartement, de très bons conseils pour les restaurants, les services proposés en général (navette aéroport). L'appartement est giganteque et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, entretenu avec soin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la mise à disposition du café, biscuits, thé, sucre, boissons, etc. Les fleurs fraîches à notre arrivée, très belle attention ! Beaucoup de place pour ranger dans les différentes armoires, salle de bain, etc. Le ménage en milieu de séjour était également une bonne surprise. La literie, très confortable (même le canapé lit). La situation géographique excellente, nous avons fait la plupart du centre ville à pied, et le métro n'est pas très loin (5min de marche). Le quartier est bien animé avec beaucoup de bars et de restaurants à proximité. Rien concernant l'appartement en lui même, tout était parfait ! Attention tout de même si vous êtes sensible au bruit, le bâtiment est assez ancien et le quartier très animé, surtout le weekend.

All the best restaurants, bars and shops were right where the apartment was located. The apartment was fully furnished with everything you need. All needed amenities were included like in a 5 star hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, as were the beds. Will certainly return and stay here when in Athens from now on.

Nothing really but just a note that the street can be a bit noisy during the week end but didn’t prevent us to sleep.

There is everything in the apartment Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and a balcony, two separate bathrooms. Alex is an amazing host! Very attentive, I've asked him before our trip if he can recommend good restaurants, next day I had a list of local restaurants with descriptions and numbers to book if I wish. The apartment is located within walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and bars . I've seen some comment that it was noisy due to nightlife. We didn't experience anything like that. The apartment is well soundproof . Of course if you decide to sit outside at the terrace you may hear people enjoying the evening but it isn't more than any centre of a capital city( we stayed from Thursday until Monday ). Highly recommend and definitely we will be back! N/A

The apartment was newly renovated and has everything you would want or need. It’s was very spacious and very comfortable. It is centrally located to all the main sights, within walking distance or a short Metro ride. It was also close to numerous metro stations. Loved everything.

The noise at night is unbearable. Had an early flight so none of us could sleep with the loud music from bars and clubs. It said sound proofing on the blurb about the apartment. Also, the pictures are confusing as it showed a balcony but this wasn’t the case. Also one of my searches was for a place with parking, and it says parking, for which this place has no parking. That’s maybe booking.coms fault as reading later it did say parking available down the road at a cost.

The location was ideal as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Alex (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. He provided a transfer from the airport, suggested lots of great places to eat and helped us arrange our taxi back to the airport. We cannot recommend this place highly enough - it was wonderful.

• Catharina (10/5): The ideal stay in Athens - Our 3 day stay at ApArt was wonderful! The apartment was very spacious, tastefully decorated, spotless clean and was supplied with everything we needed - even something to eat and drink on arrival. A big plus is the central location; we could walk wherever we wanted to. Many shops and restaurants are just around the corner, so no need for a car or taxi. Some people may find this important, because not all of us like climbing stairs: There is a lift in the building to the apartment. And last but not least, Alex was the perfect host. He was extremely helpful by organising taxis and phoning around for information. I will never forget how considerate Alex was when Covid 19 struck us. I definitely recommend ApArt Suite for your stay in Athens

This apartment has everything you could possibly need on holidays. There was food and drinks waiting for us on arrival which amazing touch from the host. Really highly recommended.
