• Mirjam (9/5): Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, würde ich immer wieder buchen. - Zentrale Lage, nah an der Metro. Bäckerei und Supermarkt in der Nähe Die Dusche hat mir weniger gefallen. Nach dem Duschen war der Boden immer nass und die Handbrause ist nur für große Menschen eingestellt. Kleine Menschen haben immer nasse Haare, weil der Haken für die Brause so hoch hängt.

• Kristaps (9/5): Good stay - Well equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping, close to a metro station. If you decide to walk from the centre to apartment by foot, inbetween are very shady neighbourhoods with a lot of homeless people.

• dave (10/5): - I love the kitchen - this is a fully functional modern kitchen, usable and very clean. Perfect for self catering. Great oven hobs, pans and implements. The apartment felt big and spacious, there was a lovely balcony, looking out on a quiet view. The beds were great, I slept wonderfully. Little noise from the neighbours. The location is amazing, 5 mins walk to the metro, and lots of nice shops and eateries close by. I found a local gym, visited museums. And I was able to relax and work there, it would be a great base for digital nomads. I met the owner and he's a really nice genuine person, who gave me lots of advice and tips. I will try to stay there again next time I visit Athens. The area has problems, drugs, homelessness, dirty streets (but I was safe and sound there). The area is very interesting and colourful, and gradually being improved.

Merkeze uzak daha çok göçmenlerin yaladığı bir muhitte , geceleri çevre biraz güvensiz hissettirebiliyor; oda temizliği konusunda ise ev sahibinin çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı olumluydu.

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. - Personalet var-selvom vi ikke mødte dem-super venlige og høflige i al vores kommunikation, og hjælpsomme stort set ligegyldigt hvornår vi kontaktede dem med spørgsmål. Lejligheden var pæn og ren og det hele fungerede egentlig som det skulle. Der var ikke langt til metroen, og et par caféer og restauranter i nærheden til en hurtig bid mad, eller en god kaffe. Personalet sørgede tilmed for at vi kunne komme ind i lejligheden lidt tidligere end planlagt, da vi ankom til Athen tidligt på dagen. Køkkenet var meget sparsomt udstyret, så man skal nok ikke regne med at kunne lave et rigtigt måltid, men det var heller ikke nødvendigt for os. Området var ikke det pæneste, men bestemt heller ikke det værste vi stødte på i Athen.

• Alesha (10/5): Great value for your money! Very attentive and responsive owner. - Alexandros was great! The property was close to the metro. We were out exploring all day and it gave us a place to stay for a very reasonable price. Not any fault of the property. Like any other major city, there is homelessness and graffiti, etc. About 20-30 minute walk, or short metro to tourist areas.

• Gerard (8/5): Apartamento confortable muy bien comunicado con el centro a través del metro. - El apartamento cubre con las necesidades de confort. Dispone de espacio suficiente, en general dispone de todo tipo de útiles, y los aires acondicionados funcionan muy bien. La cama doble es muy cómoda. El apartamento está muy cerca del metro, lo cual te comunica perfectamente con el centro de la ciudad. Los alrededores disponen de servicios de restauración cercanos. El apartamento está alquilado para 5 personas, sin embargo, el mobiliario se asemeja más a 4 usuarios. Dispone de solo 4 taburetes para comer/desayuno, y el sofá cama se queda pequeño para 5. No dispone de microondas. La ubicación del mismo, aunque bien comunicado a través del metro, se encuentra en una zona poco céntrica.

Le quartier a quelques super bons restaurants même s'il n'est pas très touristique. Le métro est proche et amène vite aux sites touristiques.

• Bruno (10/5): Exceptional - Well equipped modern appartment at walking distance from metro station (about 2 blocks away). Despite being in the center it is a calm neighborhood. Everything's clean, the bed is very comfortable, the fridge is large, there's a balcony such that you can eat outside ... so basically nothing to complain about. And the host is very hospitable!

• Aizada (8/5): I didn’t contact the owner in advance about leaving my luggage earlier. Please remember this is an apartment, not hotel. - The apartment is fully furnished. It has everything necessary. The location is not that good. Yes, the transportation is good, subway/metro is 4 min walking. But one block away (2 or 3 streets only) there are many homeless and beggar people (a lot of them). The neighbourhood is super quiet, feels like no one lives here. Also the apartment is on a shadow side, so it was very cold during my stay. Might be a lifesaver during summer.
• Eun (9/5): Comfy and spacious apartment in the perfect location! - The location, the neighborhood and the facility! It was close to the subway station and we could even walk to the center or to the archeological museum. :) we found quite some nice restaurants and bars/cafes in the neighborhood. There were also many kiosks and convenient stores where we could get fruits, water or snacks. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it was spacious for two people. Very pleasant! I could not fix the shower head to shower. Somehow the shower head holder is placed to high and the water splashed everywhere.

• Zahira (10/5): Home away from home - From the moment we stepped in, we practically fell in love with the apartment. It was like a home away from home. Big, Spacious, light and airy. The kitchen was fully equipped for a long and comfortable stay. For me the highlight was the multiple coffee options! Bed was incredibly comfy! However, although in the center, there is a bit of walking to do to get to the main sights if you’re not one for walking, about 20 minutes. But that was fine for us because we enjoy discovering the city while walking. The host Stella was so helpful whenever we required something, just a message away and always replied within minutes. I needed a lighter and there wasn’t one in the apartment, and then in the next few minutes I hear the doorbell and there’s a sweet old lady at the door who had just brought me a lighter :) Everything was perfect! Maybe just the bathroom, because the shower is an open stall, there was a lot of pooling of water on the floor outside the shower. And a shower hook for the handheld shower would be great

Great communication with the host. Wifi worked really good. Close to metro train. Location not that good, very old area and not many places around to eat. Had to catch the metro train to Syntagma (3 stops). Not much car parking either. No flushing of toilet paper in toilet.

• Anonymous (9/5): Cool. Would do it again. - It is very clean, very well decorated. There are a lot devices inside the apartment. It is very sweet and cosy. The location. It is quite near to the center of the city but it’s right next to Omonia Square. Around the apartment you can see a lot of junkies and homeless people on the streets. However, we didnt have an unpleasant experience. You mind your business, they mind theirs.

• Ioana (10/5): I would come back here! - The appartment has a great location, it is 650 meter from the railwat station, which I used to go to the airport by train, and 100 meters from Metaxourghio Meteo station, and 30 minutes walking from the Acropolis. I also loved the facilities inside the appartment, the kitchen is fully equipped and exceeded my expectations. I didnt have to shop for coffee, tea, milk, sugar or morning cookies, they were all there. The air conditioning really works and both of the rooms are equipped with them. Also, I really loved the external blinds, thar kept me from waking up too early in the morning. All in all, a 10 grade appartment! Everything was just fine.

Full kitchen facilities including coffee pod machine. Very comfortable, thank you! Shower head needs a hook on the wall, handheld showers are difficult to use! Also make sure to have phone or wifi access for entry codes before arriving at the property.

• Mohammed (9/5): Overall a very good apartment, close to nearby station and met my needs - Apartment was as described, clean and reflective of the photos shown. Bed was very comfy to sleep in and hot water readily available. Intercom also worked well especially if you're someone that use food delivery apps to allow people into the building etc without necessarily needing to come down and meet at street entrance. Upon arrival it had little nice touches such as teabags, coffee sachets, sugar/sweetener sachets, salt, pepper, some cooking oil, washing up liquid, few necessary toiletries (in case you forgot to bring) and of course a few bottles of water already waiting in the fridge - excellent hospitality bonus points for that! had occasional intermittent issues with internet connectivity

• Roxanne (9/5): Spacious modern apartment - Modern decor, all super clean. Very comfy bed and great shower. Fast wifi. Tv with Netflix. Great host with clear communication. Near to the metro. Spacious with lots of wardrobe space. Didn’t work out there was an electric shutter for the bedroom and the curtain was very thin. A sign to show the switch would be useful. Not much to do in the immediate area. No washing machine.
• Simona (10/5): Exceptional - This place has been perfect in terms of facilities & design. Alexandros, the host, was great. He sent us all the instructions from the start, we had everything in house and we had a perfect stay. The location is 20-25 min away from the city center, by walking. The neighbourhood is pretty ok, with a mini market 2 min away and a bakery downstairs, near the building. They also have a small balcony, perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning. Coffee pads were also include and that was a really nice surprise! P.S.: the bed & pillows in the bedroom were perfect. Best sleep!
