El mobiliario se encontraba algo antiguo y con signos de desgaste. Asimismo, tanto el baño como las alfombras y los sillones podrían beneficiarse de una mayor atención en su limpieza y mantenimiento.
• Markus (8/5): - Spacious apartment. Everything included that you need. Very central location with quick walks to sites, metro and day tours. Clean and modern bathroom. Windows are not completely shut, thus it is loud from the main street outside. Also it can be a bit chilly, if it is not summer, but air condition helps.

• Aga (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt! - Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra. Szybkie, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Przestronny apartament, wygodnie łózko. Wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne np.: suszarka, żelazko, wyposażenie aneksu itp. Wszystkie zabytki, które chciałyśmy obejrzeć dostępne na piechotę. Blisko apartamentu restauracje, kawiarnie, piekarnie. Wszystko pod ręką, tylko jechać i chłonąc atmosferę :) czystość w mniej widocznych miejscach

• Vanda (8/5): - Úžasná lokalita, Thanos bol veľmi nápomocný, mali sme problém keď sme prišli do Atén kvôli tomu že nám v ten deň zrušili iné ubytovanie, a toto sme našli na poslednú chvíľu, hneď zodvihli telefon a dali inštrukcie, čiže rýchle vybavenie a kontakt s ubytujucim! Pekne zariadené, nastastie tam bola klíma čo je plus. Mohlo by byt trosku čistejšie, ale to sú male detaily ktoré sa dajú hneď odstrániť.
• DANIT (9/5): היה מצויין! - ראשית ובעיקר - Athanasios היה מדהים! היה זמין ותקשורתי כל הזמן. גמיש בזמנים ואיפשר להגיע מוקדם יותר לדירה. התחשב מאוד בשינויי מועדי הטיסות שלנו והיה רגיש למצב. הדירה ממוקמת במקום מעולה!! קרובה לכיכר מונסטריאקי במרחק 2 דקות הליכה, הדירה מוארת, מאובזרת ומרווחת מאוד. ממליצים בחום! צריך כל הזמן לדאוג להדליק את חימום המים למקלחת

• Daniel (7/5): Convenient, friendly host and central to city/markets - Great location if you are wanting to be right in the action and close to the train station, markets and central party/bar locations that have Acropolis views. The apartment itself however, does not have any views as it faces a building. Host super responsive and helpful good place to stay thank you Floors were a bit dirty and we would have loved to be able to open the curtains during our stay but unfortunately it wasn’t private due to building next door. This is our bad for not checking prior overall great apartment for a quick Athens stay!
• Des (3/5): Poor - Location. I'ts walking distance to almost everything Too noisy. We were not able to sleep. The ruckus outside can be heard loudly. Windows can't be closed tightly. Supplies like toilet paper shampoo conditioner are insufficient. 2 rolls for 3 people for 4 days? For the price we paid there should be more. We should have gone to a proper hotel

• Jennifer (8/5): Excellent location for exploring Athens, with very friendly and helpful host. - Great location for exploring Athens, very close to Monastiraki Square and lots of rooftop bars/great restaurants. Thanos met us on arrival, even though this was quite late, and was very helpful in suggesting a variety of places we might want to eat. Apartment is a good size and well equipped. The noise from the street below was the only detracting factor; at night it felt quite loud when trying to sleep.

• Paul (9/5): Great time in Athens - Excellent location, great price, elevator to 2nd floor worked well. The water heater was a nuisance having to turn it on from the hallway. Didn't see any dish towels. A bit noisy from the street but not bad.
• Andrea (4/5): Great location, efficient communication from host but sadly disappointing - The location was brilliant for what we needed. We could hear noise every now and again but wasn’t at all bad enough to keep us up all night. We arrived late and with efficient communication from the host re keys it was a smooth process to enter at 2am. Some of the mid century style furniture pieces were nice which appealed to me before booking. The smell of cigarette smoke in the air, in the sheets and the towels. Honestly the towels were stinking of smoke it was horrible. The cleanliness of the kitchen, the outside of the cupboards could have done with a good wipe down, the cutlery tray was filthy. The windows are filthy. As it was cold when we were there a washable cover for the duvet would be good. I wasn’t convinced the blankets left out had been washed. The shower door was not fit for purpose so water was splashed everywhere. So much potential be better if a bit of extra care and love was given to this place by having fresh clean linen and towels.

• D. (9/5): Superb - Thanos was very accommodating with my late arrival. The location was perfect only steps away from Monastiraki metro station. Highly recommend! It is located above a noisy street so if that's a problem for you, bring ear plugs just in case.

• Brie (9/5): Great - Loved how close and central it was to everything. It was super spacious. It was extremely noisey, earplugs an absolute must if you want to sleep!
• Nikola (8/5): Great location for exploring - The location was great for exploring Acropolis and other attractions nearby. At times it was more convenient for us to return to the apartment to rest, rather than find a restaurant or caffe. The metro entrance is literally across the street. Thanos is a great host, he welcomed us in person, responded quickly to our questions, and recommended a few local spots to visit. The apartment is well furnished, equipped, and clean (there were even sewing supplies). For two people there is more than enough space. The apartment is a stone throws away from the Monastiraki square, which is great for exploring but since the apartment is facing the street it was quite noisy at night. Perhaps it was more noisy than usual since we stayed over the weekend, but the second night we got some earplugs and we slept fine.

• Federico (8/5): Nice basecamp - The apartment is nice, the position is very good. It has everything you need for your visit of Athens. At street level you can find a small store for water and other stuff open till late It can be noisy because it is in the very city center. The curtains weren't properly attached so light came in at the morning. From the AC sometimes a very intense smell from some restaurant kitchen kicked in

He recommended the best taverns in town and immediately took action to get a hairdryer (which had disappeared, probably taken away by previous guests). He allowed us to leave our bags after the check-out until 1pm, without any extra charge. The location of the apartment is very convenient, in the well-served and lively district of Monastirakis. Perhaps the cleanliness of the apartment is not at the top, but still of a good standard.

Acropolis, Agora, Monastiraki square, Plaka, market all within a very short walk. Many restaurants and bars all within 1km. As well as a grocery store and pharmacy down the street. Trip from the airport was one simple metro ride no need for taxi or rental. Host was polite and very accommodating as well. Needless to say a great place to use a home base to explore the area The only downside to the property would be its location if you dislike noise. Being in the centre of the city the neighbourhood can become quite noisy the evening and night. Nevertheless the level of noise was very too much to disrupt our sleep.

(7/5): Location is really central with great access to the tourist attractions, but the apartment cleaning shall be significant - The administrator was very nice and he was waiting for us after midnight for the check-in because our flight was delayed. He also helped us finding a parking space. The cleaning of the apartment was rather poor (allot of dust everywhere was causing allergic reactions to some of the family members). I also didn’t like the cancellation policy for this apartment (we decided later to rent a car from the airport and knowing the difficulties of finding a parking place I wanted to cancel the reservation, but cancellation with refund was rejected).

The Central studio is next to Monastiraki place ( almost in the main square) and during our stay in Athens we did not need to take the metro because it was close to everything you want to visit. Thanos recommend us very good restaurants and ice cream cafes Everything was perfect

• Rachel (9/5): Everything is in order and owner is very helpful - Everything is perfect! The house is simple and beautiful, functional and large for 3 of us. Bed is comfortable and kitchen is properly equipped for small cooking. The location is very centric, just 3 mins walked from the metro and Monatiraki flea market. The entrance is on the main street with shop lots next to it hence, it is a very chaotic street with many strangers. It feels intimidating whenever you enter in and out of the house. Many times there are strangers sitting in front of the main entrance door. It is a little intimidating for us being 3 ladies. But security of the entrance and the house is good and owner has given clear and strict advice on security.

The only thing i can mention is nothing really to do with property more location i suppose, very noisy even at night making it a bit hard to sleep until you adjust to the noise, but you would expect that living in the center of a big city!

• Jana (9/5): Awesome apartment! - Great area to stay in...close to main attractions and shopping and transportation! Roomy apartment for 4 adults. Kitchen was not really used as we ate out most of the time but it appeared to be well set up. Air-conditioner worked well once we figured out how to use remotes. The owner was attentive and great to work with...thank you Thanos!!🤗 Couch sleepers were a bit uncomfortable but we were so tired after our busy days that it did not matter too much. The shower was a hand-held type...would have been nice to have wall mount.
