• Lukasz (10/5): A wonderful seaside retreat with great facilities, comfort, and an unbeatable location. - Our stay at Pallas Seaside 1 was nothing short of paradise. The location, just near the beach, was breathtaking and truly captured the essence of Greece. The host was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and with a beautiful personality that made our experience even more special. Upon arrival, she prepared the most wonderful meal for us, showcasing her incredible culinary skills. Her restaurant next door served the best food we had during our entire stay. The whole place was authentically Greek, from its charming surroundings to the incredibly friendly neighbors, who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, offering the perfect escape while still being conveniently close to Athens. • Patrik (10/5): Hervorragend und so gastfreundlich, alles sauber und tip top, absolute Traumlage! - Litsa ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie hat auf uns gewartet obwohl wir sehr spät gegen 23 Uhr angereist sind. Zu unserer Überraschung hat sie uns Lebensmittel und Wasser für ein erstes Frühstück eingekauft. So konnten wir am ersten Morgen entspannt aufstehen und frühstücken. Sie hat uns zusätzlich in ihr tolles Restaurant eingeladen und auf unseren Wunsch auch vegetarisch gekocht. So viel Herzlichkeit und Wärme haben wir noch nie bei einem Ferienhaus erlebt. Litsa war immer erreichbar für uns. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp. Toll war auch die Waschmaschine, so konnten wir zwischendurch mal was waschen. In der Küche wäre ein Geschirrspüler noch toll und eine Schere. Sonst alles top.
• Erwin (10/5): Super Gastgeberin , Meer war toll zum schwimmen. - Gastgeberin hat schon vor der Tür auf uns gewartet und hat uns mit einem freundlichen Willkommen empfangen. Nichts , alles war Wunderbar
• Philipp (8/5): Chillax and enjoy Greek food and hospitality - Litsa is a Perfect Host - we enjoyed her kindness and hospitality. The restaurant next door serves the best traditional Greek seafood you can imagine - on top we‘ve even been invited for a massive family dinner. Very nice place if you want to chill at the beach and enjoy great food without going anywhere. Poseidon’s temple is just a 25 minutes drive away and Athens is in reach within half an hour. All good

• Daniel (10/5): - Rewelacyjne miejsce. Świetny kontakt z Właścicielką. Obok pokoju bar, w którym mogliśmy zjeść pyszne śniadania, obiady i kolacje. Codziennie świeże owoce + nienachalny kontakt z Właścicielką. Gorąco wszystkim polecam!
• Athnanasia (10/5): Eine sehr schöne Oase damit man entspannen kann. - Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer. Terrassentür aufmachen, um sofort im Meer springen. Die Besitzer haben eine Taverne neben dem Apartment was ein köstliches Essen anbietet. Gastgeber waren immer freundlich und erreichbar. Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto das Dorf neben an 12 min mit dem Auto bietet Supermarkt weitere schöne Restaurants Apotheken usw.
• Giulia (10/5): La casa di litsa è situata proprio sul mare, ideale per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax.litsa è stata accogliente - La casa si trova a pochi passi dal mare. É piccola ma curata e accogliente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato prodotti tipici, yogurt, formaggio e molto altro. Litsa, la proprietaria, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e ci ha offerto una cena deliziosa nella sua taverna che è proprio adiacente alla casa. Nulla

• Marcin (10/5): Gorgeous property, lovely owner, couldn’t ask for anything better - The property is really beautiful, spacious and clean, with all you need for a comfortable stay. The lady owner made our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. There is nothing that we didn’t like.

• Raquel (10/5): Taste of Paradise and Relaxation - This place is a gem. It’s right on the water. The sea is clear, refreshing and feels private. You wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the waves. Extremely comfortable with all amenities. Very modern and clean. You don’t feel like you’re in a pretentious hotel and its feels extremely laid back and authentic. What really makes the place the most amazing is the host, Litsa. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The taverna next door has an amazing vibe with delicious food 🤤 It’s a treasure!

• Michael (10/5): Most relaxing place for non-city folks. - Quiet town…the best place to relax with family! Beach front in Greece…nothing is better! Also, the property is seemed brand new…super clean and the host/owner trying goes above and beyond!!!! She owns the seafood restaurant right next door and fed us two separate meals, outdoors in our condo…truly exceptional! Thank you Litsa! No issue for us, but you’ll need a rental car to get around. It’s about 50min from downtown Athens. But 20min to the south a great store front town with lots of restaurants and small kids park.
