• Richard (7/5): For the price needs some attention to detail - The location is very good the property was clean and well furnished access was easy and the rooms spacious and quiet the beds were perhaps too soft. Firstly there is no light in the stairwell as you get out of the lift, as there are stairs to the apartment it is quite dangerous in the dark. The supply of hot water was erratic none in the kitchen and only sometimes in the bathroom where the water was not hot enough to shave and once the shower was cold. The shower needs repairing - a kinked pipe and loose attachment and in the bathroom the sink plug does not work, the one towel rail is loose and there are no hooks for towels.

• Louise (8/5): Good apartment, centrally located. - The apartment was good. Having comfortable beds and good shower/hot water. Kitchen had all the necessities. There was a lift to access the apartment. Convenient to walk to major attractions in the area. The only negative was the outside noise of traffic on the roads. We stayed a Saturday and Sunday night. The Saturday night the noise did not stop at all. Sunday was quiet after about 11-12midnight.
• Barbora (10/5): Good days and nights un the middle of the city - Comfortable beds, 2 balconies, greate location, cozy flat 🌺 bakery and food around. Just perfect for 2 couples or parents and 2 teenagers :)! Wi-Fi :) We love this flat.

Two big bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and good wifi. In walking distance to the center and the bars and restaurants of Exarchia. Would definitely stay here again.

• Admir_s (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a good location - We really liked the confort. Rooms are big with high ceilings, beds are ok, and there is more than enough storage. A/A is in every room, a necessity in Athens. WiFi is good, TV had all greek channels but also YouTube, Netflix, etc. We were grateful to find a few bottles of water in the fridge, much appreciated detail from the owner! Nothing really important, but to name a few: There is no Toaster. Shower could be better. One towel per person for 1 week stay is not enough in summertime :) A lot of noise coming from the street, but we could sleep anyway.
• Stephanie (10/5): Lovely spacious apartment in ideal location - The flat was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and so spacious with two very large bedrooms and was beautifully decorated throughout. There was all the basics there like cleaning materials, coffee and tea which is always welcome. The addition of a washing machine was a bonus for us. The bed was large and very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely, great shower and very spacious again. The owner kindly allowed us early access which was appreciated as we had been travelling for quite a while and were pleased to just get in and rest. The location was also very good, close to the metro, sights and plenty of restaurants were also close by. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here and would not hesitate to book it again if travelling to Athens or going to other Greek islands as a stopover. Nothing

• Thi (10/5): Very pleasant flat - Everything was excellent, from the first emails where the owner gave all the details up to the end where he was also very flexible with the schedule. Always available and courteous, he's very nice :) The flat was very cosy and functional. We never took the metro, we could walk to all the main places worth visiting. There is also a smart TV with Netflix :)

• Thring (10/5): Great property, in a central location - Great communication with them before and during the stay. Very quick to respond. The place is very central, with everything you could need close by. The rooms were lovely, and the amenities are lovely. The use of a washer and the coffee machine really made it easy to settle in! Large rooms with space to relax, as well as lots of room to relax sofa and a dining table. Nothing about the property I can fault, one of the nights during the stay was a little noisy outside. It was a little tricky to find (but that was just down to my lack of being able to read greek road signs etc)

• Germain (8/5): Really perfect place - Just as the other reviewers have commented this is a beautiful apartment. Big and comfy beds although my parents found theirs a little bit too soft. The owner was very communicative at all times. It was easy to check in although finding the hotel after arriving in the dark was a little difficult. It was hot in Athens so we were glad we could wash some clothes. Appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the apartment as we had a late flight. The friend who manages the apartment is very kind. The apartment was walking distance to everything so super convenient. There is also a supermarket close by (but quite expensive) The shower panel didn’t work properly so if you have a long shower the bathroom gets flooded.
• Prof (10/5): A strategic location to all historical sites - very clean apartment. It is very near and accessible to restaurant and right in the city center. It is a walking distance to all the historical sites. Taxis are easily available at the front door. No complaints

• Zenaida (10/5): Very Good value for money. - Easy access to Center but with very good amenities nearby. Very good value for money - comfortable, clean, well-equipped…there was a cheap but nice gyros place and a really good bakery nearby.
