• Dimitris_Corfu_Greece (10/5): Μια θαυμάσια και άνετη διαμονή στην Αθήνα - A wonderful and comfortable stay in Athens ! ! ! - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Το μπάνιο είχε ζεστό νερό όλο το 24ωρο. Ιδανική τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, παρα πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία Συντάγματος (το πολύ 5 λεπτά με τα ποδια). Παρα πολύ εύκολο check-in και check-out, το οποίο εγινε αυτομάτως, με κωδικούς που μου έστειλαν και ελαβα από πριν, τόσο για την εξώπορτα, οσο και για την πορτα του δωματίου. Πολύ βολκή υπηρεσία το γεγονός ότι υπάρχουν δωρεάν ντουλάπια αποθήκευσης αποσκευών τα οποία κλειδώνουν στον διάδρομο. Πολλά καφέ, μπαρ, εστιατόρια και ένα μικρο σούπερ μαρκετ, ακριβως από κάτω. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Περασα υπέροχα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had 24 hours hot water. Ideal location, at the Athens city center, very close to the Syntagma square (5 minutes on foot at the most). Very easy check-in and check-out, which was done automatically, with codes that were sent to me and I received beforehand, both for the front door and the room door. Very convenient service is the fact that there are free luggage storage lockers that can be locked in the corridor. Many cafes, bars, restaurants and a small supermarket, just downstairs. Good value for money. I had a great time. I highly recommend it.!!! Τίποτα. Περασα πραγματικά υπέροχα !!! Nothing. I had a really great time!!!

A terasz kényelmes nagyságú volt, az apartman mindennel fel volt szerelve, ami szükséges lehet. A szállásadó sok információval és ajánlással látott el, hogy hova érdemes menni, mit kell megnézni stb., amit ezúton is köszönök! A zuhanykabin ajtaját nem lehetett rendesen becsukni.

Sin embargo, el edificio donde se encuentra presenta condiciones notablemente deficientes, con un mantenimiento general que deja mucho que desear y una apariencia descuidada. Esto afecta significativamente la experiencia global de la estadía, ya que el entorno no se corresponde con la calidad del alojamiento en sí. Si bien nos hospedamos inicialmente en el lugar, debido a estas condiciones decidimos retirarnos y trasladarnos a un hotel para poder continuar nuestra estadía con mayor comodidad.

• Emine Kübra (10/5): A pleasant stay - The location was great, just in the centre so we could come back for a rest. It was easy to get there from the airport. And we had no problem with access codes. Overall, it was a great stay. The only problem was the noise of the next room.

• Jorge (9/5): Buena ubicación y comodidad. - La ubicación es magnifica, muy centrico, y el apartamento es cómodo. Está muy bien equipado y tiene muy buen servicio de limpieza. Necesitaría tener algunos colgadores en las paredes para poder dejar algún bolso, mochila, ... Por otro lado, los sistemas automaticos que tiene la habitación tienen demasiadas lucecitas que molestan un poco por la noche.

• Helen (9/5): Very comfortable, very clean apartment perfectly located. A great experience. - The accommodation was spotless and well equipped, even had baggage scales. Beautiful sheets , comfy bed and choice of pillows. It was chilly outside while we visited but the apartment warmed up in an instance when we returned after sightseeing. Plenty of hot water on tap. There was a generous balcony with seating and table which would have been super if the weather was warmer. The host, Theo, was responsive with clear communication and gave us a lot of helpful information on sights to visit , restaurants, etc. and was on hand during the day if any problems arose. Super easy instructions to get entry code to apartment. The location was ideal, close to key attractions, metro, restaurants. shopping but not noisy. Monastiraki is just about 6 mins walk away. The added breakfast items were a bonus. I would book this apartment again without hesitation. Liked everything.

• Davide (10/5): La zona migliore per visitare la città a piedi - Soggiorno impeccabile! L'appartamento è moderno, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è strategica per visitare la città, ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza: trovare tè, caffè e fette biscottate per la colazione è stata una sorpresa molto gradita. Utilissimi anche gli armadietti per lasciare gli zaini dopo il check-out, che ci hanno permesso di goderti l'ultimo giorno in libertà. Un plauso speciale all'host: i consigli inviati su WhatsApp sono stati preziosi. Si sono rivelati suggerimenti da veri 'locals' e non le solite trappole per turisti. Un'esperienza fantastica, torneremo sicuramente! Io preferisco i materassi un pò più duri ma è questione di abitudini. Nel complesso tutto molto bene

Camas cómodas, terraza al aire libre. Buena situación en el centro con tiendas de alimentación y restaurantes cerca. El anfitrión nos dió mucha información y estuvo disponible. Volvería a alojarme allí si volviera a Atenas.

• Marco (10/5): Perfect location, great host, nice services. 100% recommended - The host was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect to reach the center. Very safe building. Lots of services included (hair dryer, breakfast, towels, shampoo...). We especially appreciated the possibility to leave the luggages in the lockers after the checkout, which was fantastic as we had a late flight and still had time to visit the city.
• Cherie (9/5): - It is located between Syntagma and Monastiratki tube stations on a connecting street with little through traffic and most of the area was easy walking in pedestrian areas. One block away was one of the main shopping streets with many buskers who were entertaining.The property was gated at night and the hallway to the stairs and the lift was lined by motorbikes and scooters so we wondered where we were going especially after 34 hrs of travel including 3 flights from NZ but we carried on the the owner was very accommodating. Well provisioned room and very secure.The area is well supplied with restaurants so plenty of choice Can't think of anything .

• Sava Georgeta (10/5): Ottima location Monolocale n* 5.1 - Ottima posizione! Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti nel mese di dicembre. Il monolocale era pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Le lenzuola erano pulite, bianche, di cotone. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stato che non abbiamo sofferto il freddo. La caldaia era ottima sia per l'acqua calda che per scaldare i termosifoni. La struttura è vicinissima ai punti turistici più importanti, senza bisogno di prendere i mezzi. Ci siamo sentiti sempre al sicuro. La consiglio!

• Christiana (10/5): Ήταν εξαιρετική, με πολύ καλή φιλοξενία από τον ιδιοκτήτη και τους συνεργάτες του! - Πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στους σταθμούς του μετρό Μοναστηράκι και Σύνταγμα. Εύκολη πρόσβαση σε υπηρεσίες, σουπερμάρκετ, καφετέριες, εστιατόρια, φαρμακείο, καταστήματα. Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο και το κτήριο γενικά. Το δωμάτιο παρέχει όλα όσα χρειάζεται ο ένοικος και ακόμα περισσότερα. Πολύ καλή τιμή! Η είσοδος του κτηριού είναι κλειδωμένη τις ώρες που χρειάζεται και η εισοδος στο δωμάτιο κλειδώνει μόνη της, με σύστημα πλήρης ασφάλειας!
• konstantina (10/5): Ιδανικό κατάλυμα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας - Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, καθαρό και παρόλο που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αθήνας (παράλληλα της Ερμού) είχε πολύ ησυχία !! Οι παροχές από πλήρες πρωινό και καφέ απόλυτα ικανοποιητικές!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε...

• Dario (10/5): - Appartamento situato in zona strategica del centro di Atene, per cui è possibile spostarsi a piedi per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. La casa è spaziosa e accogliente. Ci sono due letti matrimoniali con possibilità di ospitare fino a 4 persone. È stata molto gradita la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli in cassaforte, dopo il check-out, in modo tale da sfruttare pienamente anche l'ultimo giorno di vacanza.
• Emma (10/5): - Theo is een fantastische gastheer! De accommodatie had alles wat we maar nodig hadden en het was ook erg goed gelegen in het centrum. De binnenkomst gaat makkelijk via een code en Theo is altijd bereikbaar als je vragen hebt. Voor ontvangst stuurde hij ons een digitale gids voor in Athene zelf en vroeg of hij transport moest regelen van de luchthaven tot het appartement. Hiervan maakten we dan gebruik en alles verliep super goed. Alles is heel proper en in orde, we zouden hier zeker terugkomen!

• Κρεατσούλα (10/5): - Όλα ήταν άψογα. Καθαρά και με πολλές ευκολίες μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχα και εύκολα μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Ο οικοδεσπότης πάντα εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας

• Valentina (10/5): Posizione ottima vicino a tutto. Theo è una persona davvero speciale, vale il viaggio la sua ospitalità. -

• Romina (9/5): Perfecta ubicación - El alojamiento está excelentemente ubicado, cerca de todas las atracciones fundamentales y de medios de transporte. La habitación cumple con lo prometido, con cocina incluida, dejándonos café y té para hacer. Además, nos dejaron elementos de baño y un botiquín de primeros auxilios. Quizás, las ventanas dan a pulmones del edificio y había mosquitos, pero esto no afectó demasiado nuestra estadía. Había un aparato con pastillas para espantarlos.

• Celia (7/5): - Ubicación inmejorable, apartamento con todo lo necesario. Estuvimos alojados en el apartamento 5.5 y las dimensiones eran demasiado reducidas. Se oye mucho el ruido de los otros apartamentos y lo peor de todo, los mosquitos que no te dejan en toda la noche. Estuvimos las dos noches matando mosquitos sin parar.
