• Alt (8/5): - Easy communication with owner, great location with easy access to the city center, big rooms, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, working air conditioners in each room We could not roll up sutter, could not open the windows, therefor could not enjoy the view and the balcony towards to the see. The wooden floor was very noisy even if you step on it carefully. With two kids i was keep repeating be careful, not run, step silently. Still it was a great holiday and nice place to stay.
• Suhita (10/5): A cosy place next to beach in Athens - The property was next to bus and tram stops, thats very convenient for older people. The apartment was also next to beach, so we could go to beach everyday morning, take a swim and then go out to see other attractions. The bedrooms were very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen had all the needed equipments including a coffee maker. The balcony was a bit narrow, but still enjoyable, as we could see the sea from there.

• Miguel (10/5): Perfect Place to Stay - Great view of the blue sky and beach, the child like the beach and had a swim, not cold even it's December. Spacious and clean, with everything in need, elegant decorations. Very good location, minutes to Tram stations T7 or T6, shops and supermarket within minutes.

Large apartment, plenty of space for a large family.The apartment was clean and had almost everything you needed. If you don't pay attention to the noise and nuances, then this is a great place for holidays.. The doors to the toilet and bathroom are narrow for a wheelchair. The wheelchair did not fit through the doors at all. This is very important because it is indicated that it is suitable for people in wheelchairs. Very, very noisy. The neighbors in the building on the roof made a disco, we did not sleep all night. A lot of noise from the road. In addition to all this noise, there was noise from construction; neighbors started renovations. And the apartment needs renovation. The chairs also need to be cleaned. And the pillows and pan should also be replaced with new ones.
• Ara (8/5): The land lord was a kind easy, helpful person. The is in an excellent location, near supermarkets. Pharmacies, beach and - Location, size. Noise, Outworn and Retro.
• Damarie (9/5): Awesome stay. would stay again. - The location was wonderful. beautiful site of the ocean from the living room. balcony. The living space was wonderful and kitchen was perfect for any size family. the rooms fit 2 twin beds in one and along with a cot for a small adult. and the other room is a large bed that could fit 2 adults and a small child comfortably. There isn't much I didn't like. There are a few property rules. that the host can't control. such as quiet hours. There are also requests from the host to save electricity. again this is more out of the control of the host. She is very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable.

• Louisa (10/5): We had a wonderful holiday, with the beach on our doorstep and the centre of Athens a short tram ride away. Perfect loca - The property really was a Perfect Beach Front Apartment. Our host was superb, excellent communication throughout our stay, she went above and beyond. The tram is just across the road too which was handy for getting around. Honestly I can’t fault the property, exceeded our expectations.

• Diane (9/5): Great location in Athens with an old world, comfortable home stay! - The apartment was very comfortable and it really felt like I was at home. The kitchen was very well equipped which was great for a long stay. The apartment is very roomy and functional. The furnishings were very well kept and clean. The hostess was very friendly and very helpful. She responded very quickly to my requests and dealt with a couple of issues that I had very satisfactorily. There was a lovely welcome package of a bottle of wine, coffee and other amenities to kick off my stay. Supermarkets were very close and so was the Tram line to Syntagma Square, Pireaus & Glyfada. Most of all I enjoyed the lovely walks in front of the building next to the sea. It was a lovely time of year to visit Athens. The Wi-Fi was slow, the water pressure was not consistent and the bathrooms/plumbing were in need of an update.

• Natalie (5/5): across the street. Large, elegant apartment in its day, but has seen use, needs updating and better internet connection - The location was good for Athens in a nice district. There were two rooms with air conditioning, the apartment was large and spacious, living room nicely furnished. Lift available to 5th floor The very busy, noisy road in front, beach front is exaggerated, kitchen was dated, cooking ware was limited. Internet access very limited.

• Vasumathi (10/5): Excellent stay. Great location, great apartment, nice beach in front and long promenades. Perfect. - The apartment was really very well situated, excellent location, just across the road from Edem beach, with freely accessible beach and promenade stretching for kilometers. The apartment is nicely decorated, has all amenities, a nice living room with large paintings, a well equipped kitchen, 2 well furnished bedrooms and a nice balcony with a seaview. There are 2 tram stops closeby to take a trip along the coast or to go to Athens. Supermarket nearby. We fully enjoyed our stay! Recommend this apartment strongly. Nothing
