• Viviane (2/5): Wish I had read the reviews before. Don’t book! - Just the inside of the flat actually I wish I have read the reviews before. The area is horrible with loads of drug addicts and homeless people. I don’t recommend anyone to stay there. We thought we were safe inside the flat but the neighbour keep shouting late at night and morning (well we were outside during the afternoon so not sure if she was shouting as well). I would say she was under influence of something. As this is something I later saw on other reviews, looks like is not something new and nothing was made to sort the issue. So just make sure you don’t book

El mal olor que desprendía el apartamento. Sólo abrir la puerta el primer día de llegada ya olía muy mal. Tuvimos que comprar ambientador y tener siempre la ventana abierta para que se ventilara. Enviamos un mail al contacto pero no tuvimos respuesta. Realmente el mal olor era muy desageadable. No supimos detectar a qué se debía ese olor tan horrible. Revisamos armarios, nevera y toda la cocina pero no encontamos el orígen del mal olor. Finalmente pensamos que se debía a los productos o utensilios que se utilizan para fregar el suelo porque en el único lugar donde no olía mal era el baño.
• Marta (9/5): Contentos con este apartamento, menos la ubicación - El apartamento estaba muy limpio, es muy amplio, y muy cómodo. Con todo lo necesario para cocinarse, etc. Además el anfitrión, al llegar, como no nos funcionaba el código, le escribimos, y rápidamente nos lo solucionó. La ubicación. Nos pareció que no era de las mejores, y para llegar de madrugada o de noche no nos sentíamos del todo seguros. Lo que sí es verdad que estaba bastante cerca de lo que sería el centro andando.
• Lamprinos (5/5): Καλό για συναυλίες, αλλά μέχρι εκεί. - Ήθελα ένα κατάλυμα μόνο για να κοιμηθούμε σαν παρέα μετά την συναυλία. Η τοποθεσία του λόγω της στάσης της Πλατείας Βικτωρίας λίγο πιο βόρεια μας έκανε να το επιλέξουμε. Για κάποιον που θέλει κάτι αντίστοιχο, προτείνεται. Αρχικά, δεν χαίρομαι όταν χρειάζεται να επικοινωνήσω εκτός πλατφόρμας με το κατάλυμα. Πέραν, όμως, αυτού: 1. Για να ανοίξουμε το δωμάτιο (δεν υφίστανται κλειδιά, παρα μόνο κωδικός), έπρεπε να επικοινωνήσω ξανά με το κατάλυμα καθώς ο κωδικός που έλαβα δεν δούλευε. (Άλλοι "ένοικοι" που ήταν εκεί μας, ευτυχώς, είπαν πως αυτό είχε γίνει και σε εκείνους) 2. Στο δωμάτιο, ακριβώς δίπλα στο κρεβάτι υπήρχαν τόσες και τόσες βρωμιές ήταν λες και δεν έχει καθαριστεί για πολύ καιρό. 3. Στο μπάνιο του δωματίου, το καζανάκι δεν είχε κάλυμμα (φαινόταν ο μηχανισμός στον τοίχο) και το χερούλι της πόρτας έπεφτε,
• Άλεξ Λιακόπουλος (1/5): - Δυστυχώς, κατά την άφιξή μας στο κατάλυμα περίπου στη 02:00 π.μ., ο κωδικός πρόσβασης που μας δόθηκε δεν λειτουργούσε και παρά τις επανειλημμένες προσπάθειές μου να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους όλη τη νύχτα μέσω τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και WhatsApp, δεν έλαβα καμία απολύτως απάντηση. Ως αποτέλεσμα, μείναμε χωρίς κατάλυμα όλη τη νύχτα και αναγκαστήκαμε να βρούμε επείγουσα εναλλακτική διαμονή το επόμενο πρωί με σημαντικό επιπλέον κόστος.

• Jay (3/5): Not convenient. - The personel with whom I was talking via chat on booking.com was very friendly. The neighborhood from my point of view definitely doesn’t feel safe. If you have children I will recommend AGAINST STAYING HERE. You cannot change the AC temperature only stays at 24 degrees Celsius. The hallway is not ventilated, there was an unpleasant smell when you entered the hallway. I had to book another place for my family which costed us much more but was necessary. I didn‘t get any discount.

• Karin (9/5): Athen ist sehr zu empfehlen - Die zentrale Lage ca 20 Mitten im Geschehen wobei es am End Stück des Herzens von Athen liegt, wo dann die Penner auf der Straße legen so wie am Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof. Das ist nicht mal ein Kochtopf gab. Dass die Ameisen durch die Wohnung liefen ein zwei Sachen könnten repariert werden das habe ich dem Vermieter auch mitgeteilt.

• Brenda Lara (1/5): I felt like I had won the stay not paid for her a lot with me  - I hated this accommodation because the staff are completely rude. I said good afternoon and they looked at me and didn't respond. Not to mention that the worst part was that I arrived at 3:00 pm at check-in time and the staff had arrived an hour after me to do the cleaning. I waited 30 minutes for them to clean so I could go in!! And at my check-out time, I needed an extra hour, they didn't allow it and no one had arrived to clean so I was left waiting at the exit of the room and no staff came to clean because they said there was another guest. Zero lack of empathy for customers!! I arrived an hour before the cleaning staff and then I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to clean the apartment and they didn't even say hello to me. There is nothing good to say the location is good but the treatment and lack of professionalism is simply horrible and shocking

A little difficult initially to access the front door, but once we worked out how to manage the door, and locate the keys, the access was easy. Easy pick-up from outside. Great location to supermarket. Small problem with ants inside, but otherwise, clean. Great access to laundry services. Suggestion: place a note on the dryer top left water collection reservoir stating to empty water regularly. It was completely full. Bedding and furniture was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely come again, and truly appreciated the great support offered on our arrival. Thank you! See above.

• Gözdem (3/5): It was not a pleasant experience. I would not prefer it again. - It is close to the subway. 5-10 minutes walk to Omnio Square. There is a supermarket under the next building. It was not clean. There was a fluid dropping from the bathroom ceiling. Shower was not able to keep the water within the cabin. There was a garbage like smell in the building all the time especially in the elevator shaft. In addition we think the location is not safe. There were many many drug addicts and homeless people around the neighborhood. They weren’t aggressive but unfortunately we did not feel safe, especially at night. The last night, another guest started to stay in the building. There was a party or fight at the middle of the night, in the morning we found a syringe with a needle on our doorstep.

• Kenny (9/5): Superb - Great location and good value for money. It looks quite new and clean, and it is very easy to communicate with. They also allowed us to store our luggage with a new code after we checked out. It is a bit noisy and the smell in the lift and unbelievably terrible.

• Konstantin (2/5): Avoid this one - - It was not in the sun most of the day. - Close to city centre. - Aircon actually worked. - promised free parking was actually just parking wherever you can find on busy streets. Prepare to leave your car in nearby parking areas that charge 8€ per hour - our neighbour was insane, not sure if on drugs or just mentally ill, but she should shout around the building, always play music with door open at like 23:00-00:00, throw things around, smoke inside the building. She even assaulted 2 girls at a shop nearby because she thought they looked at her weird. She used the washer and dryer every day, and because it was shared no one else could use it. - talking about drugs, next door is a rehab, so you leave your car around 5-8 drug users at all time, shooting up the leg. Used needles lay on the street so need to be super careful. The area itself is incredibly rough, which now explains the price. Locals mentioned not wanting to even leave the car there overnight. - our checking took a while as our code never worked so we were stranded outside with all our bags in 33C heat while trying to sort out a proper key

• Iveta (8/5): We were quite satisfied with our stay. - Cleanliness and quite good comfort. The location in the center - we were able to get by feet everywhere we needed. The neighborhood was not the most pleasant - dirty streets and also lot of drug addicts right on the streets just a couple street intersections away, Although the house has good soundproofing, the sounds from the street disturbed my sleep. But I have a pretty fragile sleep, so maybe it is not so bad.

• Tom (1/5): The worst, when it could have been pretty nice - Nothing AC was not working. could only turn it on a very weak setting that did not cool the room. kettle didn't work, remote for the tv had dead batteries. toilet paper was barely provided and when I asked for more I was given a single roll. drain in the shower was clogged and I had to use towels to keep the water from overflowing into the room. in the end I have to unclog it myself so I could have a shower.

• Adhir (9/5): Pleasant stay with a few small issues - Clean, spacious apartment with modern, functional facilities (kitchen / bathroom). I found the apartment quite comfortable and that's why I extended my stay for a total of 2.5 weeks. This is a review for the first booking. The HDMI ports behind the TV in the living room were unreachable for most people because the TV was mounted using an incorrect TV wall mount. I needed to connect my laptop, so I asked the customer service for some help. The customer service was often slow to respond and they asked me to wait till the next day for them to send a technician to help with connecting the HDMI cable. I had to follow-up several times to get them to send someone. Someone finally arrived and was able to connect my HDMI cable for me. Much appreciated! The WiFi is extremely slow at approximately 20 mbps at best; it's barely usable when you use a VPN (no choice for my work laptop) and not sufficient for video conferencing. It also struggled at playing YouTube videos.
• Adhir (9/5): Extended my stay because I was comfortable but had a small hiccup of an issue due to another guest - This was my 2nd reservation (I made 3 reservations); I extended my stay after the issues that I encountered in my 1st reservation were resolved and because I was comfortable. Apartment is well connected with many public transport links There are plenty of good bakeries, grocery stores (including bio / organic) about 5 - 10 minutes away on foot The laundry machines (1 washer, 1 dryer) are shared between the apartments and sometimes there are other guests that misuse or hog the machines. This is what happened for 2 days in a row when 1 group of guests kept running the washer / dryer for a full 2 days and finished all the provided washing tablets / pods. This meant that there was nothing for any of the other guests to use when the machines were finally empty. When I mentioned this to the customer service, they took several hours to respond and asked me to wait till the following day for the washing tablets. This would be quite an inconvenience if you had to travel and weren't able to do your laundry.

It was super comfortable, and it feels secure, as you have 3 doors (1 to enter in the garden, 1 for the building, and 1 for the apartment). You have everything that you need (coffee maker, fridge, tea maker, cooking machine, AC, Wi-Fi, washing machine, etc.). The neighborhood is terrible. It is full of drug dealers and drugged people. They were not aggressive and didn't try to approach us, but it was a scary experience.
