Pannee (8/5): Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would stay again if I have the opportunity. - 1. Location is good, just about 500m from station. Near 7-11, Family mart and good restaurant is opposite. 2. All the necessary Facilities was provided. 3. Staff response very quick and nice. 1. We have to pick our baggage via small stairs from outside to elevator, better to have slope. 2. We found many hairs under bedsheet (because the bedsheet was accidentally pulled back so we found hairs)

Alexander (10/5): Comfy and suitable for large groups - Very nice and spacious place within 5 min of Metro station and across the street from bus line to Shibuya. Host was very flexible and allowed early check in when we needed it. It is a little far from central Tokyo but the value is good enough to make that worth.

Noan (9/5): Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a quiet and convenient location, great for groups despite the limited dining space - We had a great stay here in Tokyo! The location is very convenient — close to a convenience store, just a short walk to the train station, and right in front of a bus stop. The area is quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day out. The place is also a good size for bigger groups, with enough space to feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend! The only downside was that there wasn’t really a proper dining space, which made it difficult for our group to sit down and eat together.

Das Haus ist perfekt für uns als Familie mit zwei Teenagern. Wir waren 5 Tage in dieser grosse und angenehme Wohnung. Die Geräte und Klimaanlagen sind von neueren Modellen. Super grosser Fernseher. Getrennte WC und Duschraum. Ein 24/7-Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe.

Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - 801 was very spacious! It has 2 floors. Be very careful with the staircase if you have small children or elderly. We had an amazing stay. There is a washer/dryer/vacuum to keep tidy. The bus stop in front was very convenient. We used it to go to Nakano Mall(local mall 10-minute bus ride) for food. There are 2 bathrooms 1 shower upstairs. Amazing views in a quiet area of Tokyo! We would stay again!
