• Edgar (8/5): Cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. - Location was close to neighborhood parks and shrines. Convenient location to train station. Not many tourists. More of a local feel. We could hear the guests in the next unit over. No sitting stool found in the bathing room.

• Luella (10/5): Our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and felt like a perfect little home base in a beautiful part of Tokyo. - We liked that the property in Heiwajima was comfortable, spacious, and located in a beautiful area, which made the whole stay feel calm and easy. Having so much space in Tokyo felt like such a luxury. It was so nice going back to the apartment at the end of the day to wind down after the busy Tokyo City. The host was also easy to contact and friendly. After five days we were a bit over having to take two or three trains to get into the main parts of Tokyo, but honestly it wasn’t a major issue. It was just something we noticed toward the end of our stay. We got used to the routine pretty quickly, and it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the neighbourhood.

The location is perfect and easy to get to our apartment. Everything is modern, clean, and super comfortable, with a quality bed and bedding.. Technology devices will impress you from the keyless door entrance to the bathtub. Will happily return, thank you for having us.

• Aaron (9/5): Overall, our stay was wonderful - I really like about the facility with washer and kitchen. However, without elevators on site was a challenge for large luggage. We managed to carry it up one level with a bit of effort. It was not easy to find, Google maps helped us navigate. I wish more instructions and list of recommendations, restaurants provided a week prior to arrival.

• Ian (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great. Everything was meticulously labeled (in English) and explained by the owner. The owner was also extremely responsive throughout the stay. Heiwajima is a little far from central Tokyo, but the distance and time on the Keikyu line was worth the comfort. The only thing I'd want to be better for next time is the desk chair.
• Aleksandra (8/5): Good for short stays. - The location is great. The property is situated on a quiet street, but it’s only a few minutes away from the train station. Shinjuku Station is about a 40-minute journey. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, and there’s a convenient feature that lets you fill and heat the bathtub using a panel in the kitchen. The bathroom ventilation system also has a mode for quickly drying laundry. The property is equipped with most of the necessary appliances, and the bed was comfortable. Here are a few things worth mentioning that didn’t impact my overall satisfaction with the property: The train from the local station is on a private line and likely isn’t covered by the JR Pass (if you’re using one). The walls are quite thin—we could hear our snoring neighbor clearly, so it’s likely the neighbors could hear us as well. There’s very little natural light inside. Heating is provided through the AC unit. There was a noticeable smell of dampness. You get used to it quickly, but after returning home, I had to wash all my clothes (even the unused ones) to remove the odor. The host requested a photo to confirm we were the actual tenants.
• Jake (9/5): Superb - Hotel was spacious, close to a train station and a 24 hour onsen, it included a desk and a table so we were able to work there as 2 people which worked well for us. It was very clean. It was a little bit outside the centre of Tokyo, which meant you needed to get 2 lines and separate tickets for each line to get to a central area. The toilet room was also a little small.

Easy check-in and check-out, close to train-station, easily accessible to tokyo & yokohama. The apartment is as illustrated in the picture, you get exactly everything including the facilities. The bed is spacious and super-comfy. Close to convenient store too. Recommended 👍

Air purifier, air-con and ventilation systems make our stay in this ground floor apartment comfortable, even on cold, drizzly days. Bathroom offers deep soak tub and shower with good water pressure. Well equipped kitchen. Location is a short walk to metro station, and a short ride to Tokyo Haneda airport. Quiet neighborhood. no view, no sunshine.

• Kookie72 (8/5): Good spot, clean apartment, great host - Very clean, very well appointed unit. It had all of the amenities you would need for an extended stay. The kitchen was properly kitted out so that you didn't need anything - including extra garbage bags, cloths, cleaning products, etc. The bed was comfortable and big enough. If you've travelled through Japan, you'll know that beds tend to be on the smaller side, so it was nice to have a proper sized bed because we're tall. The layout was very nice, with a separate lounge seating area and a dining area. The bathroom / laundry area was away from the main living area - nicely positioned off the bedroom. It also had a great ventilation/dryer system where you can dry your clothes in the shower room. The apartment is close to a couple of train stations. It's a 5 min walk to Heiwajima station (Keikyu Main Line), and a 20 min walk to Ryutsu Center Station on the Tokyo Monorail - so you have options. There's a great set of parks nearby too - Heiwanomori Park, Heiwajima Park, and a large artificial beach park called Ōmori Furusato-no-Hamabe Park - great place to picnic and lounge on a sandy beach on a hot day. The host was super helpful by letting us drop our bags off early on the day of check-in. That was a bonus considering that it was raining a lot that day. They were very quick to respond to all of our messages and all our questions. They even suggested a few places to visit nearby, supermarkets, cafes, etc. We had unit #102 which is on the lower ground floor, so it's just a touch below street level. I didn't know this before we booked, because I don't like lower ground floor rooms (they feel very claustrophobic for me). The apartment was dark because of it's location and it only had one window at the front (which was blocked by bicycles) and two windows on the side (which face the narrow lane between the two buildings), so very little natural light unfortunately. The only major issue is that the walls are quite literally made of paper. You can hear everything - every last word - from the unit next door. We heard the guy next to us having an entire conversation with someone on the phone about his trip, where he was going while in Japan, who was paying, etc. - all of it. We could even hear them when they were sick (sneezing, coughing, etc), and when they snored in bed - no joke. The walls really are non-existent. If there is any way for the owners to sound proof these units, I would highly recommend it.

• Quin (10/5): Best apartment I've ever booked so far! - This place was nice and quiet, the instructions were super easy to understand and I absolutely love the interior design, it's definitely 100% accurate to the pictures and has everything I expected. The apartment is also close to train station and 711 less than 5 minutes away which I find that super convenience! I would definitely book this place again whenever I come back to Tokyo! すべてに感謝します! It's a 5min. walk to a train station and taxi stand. 3min walk to a really good bakery - Cresent & Molly. The 7Eleven and Family Mart convenience stores are so close by too. Such a quiet neighborhood. I was also able to reach Heiwajima Onsen / Natural Springs and Park by just walking...😍😍😍 Added to my perfect score is that the property has a washing machine inside....What a convenience!!!
