• Erdogan (2/5): - Büyük olması ve metroya yakın olması harikaydı. Çok pisti, özellikle koltuğun arkasında gözle görülür to birikintileri vardı. Banyo havluları temiz değildi. Ev genel olarak çok pisti. Fotoğraflarda tuvalette taharet musluğu var gibi gözüküyordu ancak maalesef yokmuş. Kötü bir deneyimdi.

• Marina (10/5): - The location was perfectly set on a not too busy street, one block from a lively area and train station. I also liked having the quiet neighborhood in the opposite direction. Very nice for a walk.

Big space compared to other apartment I stayed before in Shibuya.Its spacious and you have space to open your luggage and got wardrobe to keep your luggage and hang your jacket.

• Eleni (10/5): Great stay and host and location is the best to explore Tokyo - Very clean, comfortable size for two of us and amazing location, within 5mins you can walk to get the Yamanote line. Numerous choices of restaurants around too and convenience stores. The host was also very polite, caring to his guests and clear with instructions from the beginning to the end. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back! All great, nothing bothered us.
• Brayden (6/5): Location was excellent, very comfy. But very dirty and needs to be cleaned properly. - We loved the location and the space in the apartment. The bed was very comfy and the heater worked well. If it was cleaned properly, it would have been an excellent stay. The apartment was not clean. There was mould growing on the curtains, other guests hair was on the floor? There were dirty marks on the floor and walls which easily came off with a wet tissue- which tells me it wasn’t mopped between guests. Couldn’t use the storage under the bed as this was really dirty. I addressed this with the host so am hoping it has a thorough clean soon. If it was clean it would have been a perfect stay.

• Sebastien (10/5): Amazing! - The view was beautiful, and the stay was extremely cozy. The position really helped us a lot to discover Shinjuku and Shin Okubo. The bed was also confortable, and the appartment is very clean. Nothing!

• Greg (1/5): Convenient location BUT very poor accommodation - Convenient location to the station & shops Where do we start … 1) House slippers - were “crocks” and obviously previously used 2) Washing machine area - very dirty and door missing (but found hidden on the balcony) 3) Toilet - door did not close 4) Bathroom - no floor mat or hand towels ( as opposed to photos) & no sink or bath grates … so you can drop items down the drain by mistake and holes / burn marks on the floor 5) Kitchen - very limited utensils / cooking items / plates and cutlery ( again as opposed to the photos ) and although there was a cooktop, limited items to cook with 6) Bed - slats were not in place which resulted in mattress collapsing and personal injury to my wife with hospital attendance required (NB. My wife only weighs 50kg) 7) Coffee table found on balcony ( again as opposed to photos ) 8) Balcony - totally dirty and disgusting and why would you attempt to dry washed clothes in this area 9) Curtains - torn and mouldy 10) Wardrobe - items thrown in there which could not be used due to the dirt and condition We needed to go to a local shop to buy basic kitchen items to eat off and bathroom mats etc The photoshoot was obviously “staged” which should not be the case for a rental property - it should be a true representation of the accommodation We contacted the owner to make them aware of our dissatisfaction with the property and that it needed urgent improvements prior to renting once again The only positive is that the owner granted a refund for our un-used nights as we needed to check out early once doctors gave my wife a medical clearance and we changed our travel plans
• Fiona (2/5): Don't, just don't - Points for location and size. The bed and pillows were comfortable/clean, the bathroom area is ok and there is a washing machine. The toilet door does not close! The curtains have black mould. Kitchen does not have all the items shown on the photos - just some cups, 2 bowls, 1 glass, 1 plate, some random other items. The cutlery in the drawer was food encrusted. The air con smells. The balcony is filthy. The TV was completely unplugged (every hidden cord) leading to the owner sending a friend over at 10pm on the first night to fix. We left after 2 nights and booked other accommodation - the owner did not respond when we informed them.
• Kelly (10/5): Great stay, would definitely return! - The location was superb. All the places we've looked into in Tokyo, prices were generally high, but Suny402 was worth every penny. Great location, 10 min away from the metro, the room was biggest of all the places we have stayed, the BED was super comfy, and clean! The host, super helpful and prompt responses every time!!! Really appreciated all of her efforts in making our stay comfortable. - They have only the minimal kitchenware/utensils, however, was not a problem for us as we ate out the most of time. - I wish they had bath mat to dry our feet :)

• Annette (8/5): An enjoyable stay - Nice space, clean and tidy. Very comfy bed, with plenty of clean towels and extra duvet. No smart TV. No glasses and few utensils.

• Andrea973 (8/5): Very good - The position was perfect, the place was bigger than averagecin Japan. We had an issue with hot water, but the host took action and solved it. Though the neighborhood was lively, the apartment is quite, for good rest. Al bit more storage space would be good, specially for big luggage.

• Sherman (6/5): Modest accomodations but good value in a convenient location - The property was in a good, convenient location close to Shin-Okubo station, which was one stop from Shinjuku station. There was also a 7-Eleven convenience store and a 100 Yen store nearby for quick meals and travel items. We made good use of the laundry machine during our stay. Overall the building was quiet during our stay. Tap water was not initially available upon check-in. But the host was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner within an hour of notification. There was no washlet. The provided house slippers appeared used, so we bought new ones from the nearby 100 Yen store. The shower drain started clogging after the third or fourth day.
