The refrigerator smelled very bad when we opened it, so we couldn’t use it at all.

• Ivi Midori (10/5): Melhor lugar para se hospedar próximo a Shibuya e Akihabara com fácil acesso a Shinjuku - Apartamento maravilhoso, espaçoso para ate 3 pessoas, ótimo custo benefício e localizado próximo a estação de Morishita. Sem contar que existem várias lojas proximas como 7-11 e Lawnson. Você se sente em casa, pode morar la por dias, tem ferro de passar, microondas, pode até cozinhar sua própria comida. A máquina de lavar é muito boa, mas faz muito barulho, cuidado com o horário. Um dos melhores lugares que ja me hospedei, com certeza recomendo para qualquer um que queira conhecer Shibuya, Akihabara e Shinjuku. Voltarei lá com certeza, agradeço à toda equipe, estão de parabéns! Não que eu não tenha gostado, mas algo que nao estou acostumada seria o horário para não fazer barulho e incomodar os outros hóspedes. Realmente dependendo do horário, parece que estamos fazendo muito barulho. Mas nada que incomede alguém acostumado a viajar e compartilhar aventuras por aí. Sem contar que de tanto andar, você acaba dormindo e nem escuta nada. É apenas um detalhe que vale a pena seguir e em nada atrapalha sua ótima estadia por lá.

Had everything we needed We struggled to work out the tv guide - even though there was a house guide we read. We also struggled a bit working out the AC. There was a light which would turn on every time we moved around, and we don’t think it could be deactivated.

• Assmâa (7/5): - c'étaut propre et à une dizaine minute à pieds de transports qui mène directement sur la ligne de shinjuku. Très proche de asakusa donc parfait pour passer des soirées vers la bas. Les hôtes étaient sympa et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Tout était propre et la salle de bain offre une toilette japonaise ainsi qu'une salle de bain traditionelle. Il y avait de grandes poubelles dans l'appartement ce qui facilitait le fait de devoir trier en rapport a d'autres logements qui demandent de sortir pour trier les poubelles. Nous avions un lit 2 places (qui est quand meme assez petit pour 2 personne) Mais heureusement il y avait un deuxième petit lit 1 place. L'appartement était moderne avec une cuisine qui propose le necessaire comme une cuiseur de riz, une bouilloire des casseroles,... Le convinience store le plus proche se trouve proche des transports et donc a une dizaine de minutes à pieds. Nous avons dû monter tous les bagages sur 4 étages sans escaliers et ce n'était precisé nulle part donc tenez en compte (il fait aussi très chaud dans les escaliers ce qui n'a pas facilité la montée ainsi qu'une forte odeur). Le logement était peu cher pour qu'au final des frais de 7500Y s'ajoutent à la fin (pour le ménage) ce qui n'est pas juste car ce n'est pas annoncé dès le debut.

• Ariel (7/5): A clean and good size space for a family of three. - The property was clean and staff communicated well. It had plenty of clothes hangers for hanging laundry. The place was very quiet and everything was well-stocked. The air conditioner worked really well. The laundry machine smell terrible! I wish there was one more regular chair to sit around the dining table. There were only two regular chairs and one very uncomfortable bar chair for three guests. There was no elevator and the walk to the subway and bus stops was quite far. If you are traveling with suitcases, be prepared to drag and lifting your suitcases between the subway station and going to the apartment. Lucky our unit was on second floor, but it was surprising there was no elevator in the building. There was no salt, pepper and oil for basic cooking.

• 家翰 (10/5): Comfortable, feels like home. - So many amenities and in perfect condition! The place was tidy upon arrival, the kitchen and bathroom were neatly arranged with perfect functionalities, we were able to enjoy a hot bath, cook our own meals, relax on the bed-sofa watching TV, you can also reheat the water in the bath! I have never stayed in a better cost-effective accommodation, this is hands down my favorite for budget travelers. I would prefer here than staying at a grand hotel as this place feels like home abroad. The heating and water heater was perfect as well. I slept so well. Thank you so much for this experience. Nothing! If I were to be picky, the clothing rack had dust on it. Easy fix and I wasn’t bothered.

Having multiple train sta - The property was clean & had a great kitchen, bathroom & laundry area making it a great spot for our stay. Only thing we didn’t like was that it didn’t have a lift. After a day out exploring it would have been great but still enjoyed our stay.

• Sv (9/5): Pretty nice stay, thank you! - Room and kitchen was clean, kitchen well equipped, airco and free wifi very good. Location was good with easy access to metro. Residential area which allows you to see how Japanese families live. I travelled with a company of 3 (2 teens) and I booked a room with these details: Bed Size(s): 1 twin bed (90-130 cm wide), 1 full bed (131-150 cm wide). I must have made a mistake as these full beds are not suitable for two regular sized Western travellers. Also, the other twin bed was basically a pull-out matrace under the bed. I ended up creating my own futon = sleeping on the floor. Please note there is no elevator in the building so you have to carry your suitcases to your floor on the narrow staircase.
• May (8/5): Will return for stay again because of the good pricing as well as the good landlord. Very responsive and nice. - Back for 2nd stay! Good location with Morishita station within 10 mins walk via exit A5 - Shinjuku line and Oedo Line. Supermarket and 7-11 stores are across the street. Landlord was kind to put an extra blanket for my friend as well as a pillow 🫶 When raining, the sound of raindrops can be loud.

And thanks for the pet friendly room for my pet poodle. - Love the location as there is a big supermarket nearby as well as a 7-11 store. I wish there is an extra blanket and pillow provider for the 2nd rollaway bed. I have to use a bath towel cover my body when sleeping
• Fahad (10/5): Great for a short visit, location is good, clean and tidy. Recommended. - Very clean flat. Perfect to use for a few days visit to tokyo, there are 2 near by metro stations and a train staion 20 minutes away walking distance. The neighborhood is residential so its nice and quiet. There is a supermarket, Life, near by as well as a konbini open 24 hours. Recommended. This is a personal preference, I would have preferred a bigger crockery drying tray and perhaps a kitchen towel available. Aside from that everything is great.
• Claudio (8/5): ..... i like this place aloft - clean neat modern and for a tiny place fully equipped kitchen bathroom laundry, good location (supermarket & convenience store nearby), a 10min stroll to the main road or to Morishita train station or is it a subway station.... or u can go for a 15-20min walk to Tokyo Kinshicho (tokyo train stn) a downtown area. stairs only no elevator so i had to carry up 3 x 15kg (family) luggages but that's ok with me ive got a strong back but for others who are frail n petite it could be a deal breaker if u happen to be on the top floor which is 3rd floor.

Kitchen utilities were basic but the washing machine was excellent for us as we were travelling for weeks and we needed to do laundry! The two double beds (one of them was a sofa bed) are probably good for two adults and two kids. Four adults were abit of a stretch.

• Muhamad (9/5): Fantastic Place to stay - Great Amenities, Great nearby stores like (Convenience Store and Grocery store), Great Support from Host. More importantly, very comfortable. No elevators, just stairs, so big luggage carriers, take note.

While also being walking distance from 2 train stations and major streets with lots of food options. Tokyo skytree is also only a 10 min bus ride away. The single bed was comfortable but the floor mattress is not. You will need to bring extra pillows to make the night comfortable enough to sleep if you are a side sleeper.
• Sharel (5/5): Passable - The kitchen is big, and you have everything needed. The location is quiet with 10 min walk to the subway station. Overall the apartment is new, and the Wifi is absolutely amazing! (I am working remotely) The bed is for 1.5 people. (Small) The host doesn't care if you have a nice stay or if you need anything. Not friendly. Overall there is a feeling that if you need help, you are all alone. We stayed for 21 days and got only one per ofbed sheet.
• Labhuchapol (8/5): clean room great location quiet and safe area. no elevator. - Room is very clean. bed very comfortable. the location is really convenient you can walk to supermarket and 7-11. there is no elevator so you have to carry you own luggage. it’s gonna be a problem if you carry lots of stuff.
• Sara (7/5): Good - The room was great, everything clean, we only had a problem with the main light not working a little after we arrived but the fixed it the next day. Kind of close to the metro, just a 10 min walk and there supermarkets nearby. The interactions with the host were really difficult and almost disrespectful I would say. First when we told them we would be arriving late at night, which we have done in the past in other countries and never had a problem, but here we were told there would be extra fees or they even try to put a limit time. I was even scared that we would not be able to have a place to stay they night after paying a taxi which was usd100 to the accommodation. Anyways, in the end they just said to not make much noise so we don't disturb others. Also we never found the terrace.

Subway is a nice 10mins walk through a residential area. Bed mattress was a little soft. Only staircase access ,no lift. The Amazon Fire TV requires an Amazon Japan account, so it doesn't work for overseas visitors.

• Alyssa (9/5): Reasonably priced and if we’re ever in the Tokyo area we’ll definitely book in advance. - It was very spacious and nice, pretty fast answers when we needed anything. The combination for the key box was wrong since we weren’t given the updated code day of check in, when we did ask about it the owners replied within reasonable time.
