• charlene (5/5): not the best but you get what you pay for - you get what you pay for. its comfortable enough in a good location but i had some issues - wifi code didn't match the message they sent me so i had some trouble figuring that out - when i came home one day there was a bug crawling on my bed! i caught it and its not a cockroach (i think) but it was still q unsettling for the rest of the few days... - my door had a hole in the door? so i could hear everything outside and someone could peek in if they wanted? not sure why there was a hole it was a structural thing - room is on the 5th floor is quite a climb up especially with heavy luggages

• .C (10/5): C'était parfait pour un séjour court pour une personne. - L'établissement était bien placé et proche de commerces utiles et d'une station de métro qui permet d'atteindre beaucoup de destinations intéressantes facilement. A cela s'ajoute le calme global du quartier et la réactivité de l'hôte par mail qui vous fera des retours rapide en cas de question. Les seuls points négatifs auxquels je peux penser sont la taille et le manque d'équipements relatifs à l'entretient de vêtements (fer à repasser/machine à laver).

• Marina Arv (9/5): - Nice house, comfy beds, had all amenities. Location is 5min from sendagi station and 15min from Nishi Nippori (Yamanote line), and it is in a lovely neighborhood. They were kind enough to offer a cleaning service, no change of sheets tho. We were satisfied with the apartment :)) A bit tricky to find because sign is only in Japanese. Could be stated somewhere that it was on the 4rth floor.

• Inés LC (7/5): - Muy amplio. Camas muy cómodas. Sólo tiene un baño, pero al estar el WC separado de la "ducha + lavabo" es muy funcional. Hemos estado e personas y ha sido suficiente. Limpieza mejorable. No hay ascensor.

It would be helpful to tell people how to use the heat pump. Also there was no where to hang wet towels and no sharp kitchen knives. There was a vase with rotting flowers on the kitchen table. The entranceway up the stairs is very run down and dirty. Bad for your brand.

• Martin (2/5): Gute Lage aber schlechte Sauberkeit und Missinformationen - Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Nähe an der Sendagi Station. Zu Fuß maximal 2 min. Im Zimmer war es schmutzig. Also Haare habe ich aufgefunden. Zusältzlich war die Tolettenschlüssel nicht sauber gewesen. Das WIFi das die Unterkunft per Mail gesendet hatte, war falsch gewesen.

Our apartment was up four flights of stairs with no lift which was not mentioned in the description. The whole apartment felt run-down. There were dirty cups and glasses in the cupboard and there was a general sense of things not quite being clean. The TV didn't work. If we had been staying longer than two nights I would have moved somewhere else.

• Romy (8/5): great value for money if you look for a clean, simple and comfortable place to just sleep - we booked here a second time durong during our trip throughout Japan given it’s great location and easy access into the city. Our second time booking the property, we got a different room and were not as lucky as the heater in the room did work. We spent a very cold first night until we were delivered a portable heater the next morning.

• Paolo (7/5): Ok per risparmiare e per la posizione comoda, ma alcuni aspetti da migliorare - Posizione comodissima, a due passi dalla stazione della metro che collega facilmente tutti i punti della città. Buon prezzo. La stanza era al piano seminterrato e di conseguenza c’era poca luce. Inoltre manca una luce da comodino in camera da letto. La pulizia decisamente il punto peggiore. Non era visibilmente sporco, ma era piuttosto impolverato. Inoltre il bagno era pieno di piccoli ragni. Ho segnalato la cosa chiedendo di poter far qualcosa, ma in risposta ho ricevuto solo un messaggio di cortesia e nessuna soluzione al problema

Tiene lavadora lo cual es muy útil. Que había que subir 5 pisos de escaleras. No me molesta pero es útil que lo consideren los viajeros por si tienen alguna restricción de movilidad.

We found it a lovely space, a small inclined street away from the sensation station and directly ontop/adjacent to quaint coffee shop.

• Romy (9/5): Lovely place and location to explore Tokyo without breaking the bank. - excellent location to access central tokyo. The neighboorhood is quiet and there are great local gems in the food scene to definitely give a try. As for the apartment, it was just what we needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had lots of space. The place was very clean and amenities were also a plus. our room was in a basement floor which didn’t have any access to natural light, but other than that, we can’t say there was anything else we didn’t like.

Poor Instructions and communications. NO ELEVATOR and they have us on 5th floor! The pictures on the website VS the room they gave us are completely different. ITS A SCAM!!! Not enough amenities provided, we stayed for 5days and they did not provided enough towels and toiletries. Quality of the bed and pillow are POOR, feels like you’re sinking on the bed while lying. Only 1 pillow each guest was provided despite of telling them how many people are staying. The facility smells bad and the unit is dirty. There’s a laundry machine but no dryer stand to put the clothes after washing. You cant also open the sliding door on the Patio Area. Plates, silverware, glasses, mugs and pots are places under the dirty sink. • Zelda (7/5): Appartamento grande per gli standard. Va bene per un soggiorno anche più lungo. - L'appartamento va bene, ha un terrazzino, ma dovrebbe essere più curato. I letti sono grandi e comodi e non manca praticamente niente. Troppe scale, alte e scomode con i bagagli. Ho saputo della mancanza di ascensore quando ho ricevuto le regole dell'appartamento. All'arrivo con i bagagli e a fine giornata salire non è stato piacevole.

• Nina (5/5): It was decent. - Enough space, located next to train station, good value. The heater was only in the bedroom, others rooms were a literal FRIDGE. I do not recommend it in winter at all because the filter wasn’t cleaned and even on 30 degrees Celsius we barely felt anything. The toilet brush filthy (orange) and smelled really bad. It was overall not thoroughly cleaned. Not adapted to cooking. Also, so many narrow stairway and no elevator. (5th floor and should be mentioned)
• Mya (6/5): I enjoyed my stay thank you! - There was enough space for 1 person. it was a lovely area. Very close to 7 elevens and train stations. The staff communicated well. I personally found the bed comfortable. Was very clean. I enjoyed my stay Instructions for the washing machine in English would be helpful. More towels in the single room, as I did not have time to wash and air dry 1 towel every day. The whole Airbnb was extremely cold even with the heater on, then only the room a little bit warmer when the heater was on. Upstairs neighbours were very noisy at times.

• Siiri (4/5): Location good, nothing else to say - Property was near to the metro station and there was couple quite cheap breakfast places near to the hotel. Also the accommodation was suitable for four people even tho it was little bit tight. Bathroom was clean. The room was dusty, like no one gags used vacuum cleaner in a long time. There was also moldy scent which gave me some allergic reactions but people who wast sensitive for the moldy scent they didn’t even notice anything. Some of the sheets were a bit dirty. There were cockroaches out side in the hallway. And a noise coming from outside woke us up in every morning.

• Catherine (8/5): Pleasant stay, I recommend mainly for shorter trips but could also work for longer if you don’t mind the lack of kitchen - Well located, close to Sendagi station, Ueno and Asakusa. Clean and plenty of space for two people. The communication was also good, we had a very smooth check in and out and were able to store our bags before check in. Don’t rely on the kitchen, there is no cutlery or knives, just a couple pots, microwave and hot plate. Wi-Fi also didn’t work but we didn’t bother to try contact them about it because it was a short stay. Seemed a bit pricey for what it was but perhaps that’s just Tokyo.
• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - I didn't realize before staying here but its a very short walk to Yanaka and shopping streets. I like Yanaka for the cat stores and after going for a walk I realized it looked very familiar. There are also a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants around the unit. The closest train station to the property is a 3 minute walk (up a slight hill) and the large station (JR lines) is a 15 or so minute walk, Nishi Nippori. Theres also a bus stop 3 minutes away. For the unit I stayed in I think would be good for 1-2 people. I stayed there alone and didn't cook but I saw there were cooking utensils provided in the cabinet. There aren't that many outlets but they provided an extension cord. I also had no problems with the wifi connectivity and when I had a problem figuring out which wifi to connect to my message to the property was responded to in a few minutes. I felt safe and wasn't able to hear the businesses outside or below. I didn't actually hear anyone except for the times that I was at my door entering the unit. You get the key from a mailbox and I didn't have a problem with the combination. To check out you put the key back. I was allowed to leave my bags at 12 o'clock in the unit then come back at 3 (the check in time). I'm just leaving a review because I was hesitant to book (I feel more comfortable/safer in hotels than airbnb style places) but it worked out. I liked having an apartment to myself, liked the area, and would stay there again. I put a picture of the living room with my suitcases laid out for a size reference. The grey suitcase is XL and the blue one is M. I think it was good for a solo traveler, what you see is what you get. The unit was located on the third floor and there is no elevator. I knew this before hand and it wasn't the worst but when leaving my bags were heavier than when I got there so I had to take a break on the steps. This also only applies to people, like me, who get cold very easily but there is a air conditioner/heater in the bedroom and no where else (I think this is normal for Japanese units) so everywhere but the bedroom was cold. I'd still stay here again, but I just wanted to note that. It's apartment style so you can't store your bags after you check out, so I used a bag storage service.

The appartment was freezing cold; 1st night, the remote controlling the wall-mounted unit would not cooperate, even with new batteries. 2nd night, we followed owners's instructions and managed to get the heating unit running which however was unfortunately too small for the space. As we rented the place to sleep after a very long flight, and that was next to impossible because of the frigid temperature indoors, we were very dissapointed. The heater is just not enough for the room; so they should either add another heating device, or not rent-out during the cold season.
• Joshua (7/5): Pleasant, good for a short stay where the most you really need is a bed. - Very convenient location, easy to find breakfast or lunch. There was a small butcher shop that I picked up some fresh menchikatsu from and enjoyed very much. Hard to catch the last train of the night in time on some nights since the line needed a transfer, and walking up with luggage was strenuous.

• Helen (8/5): Basic clean apartment that could be excellent. - Very clean apartment, excellent bathroom, shower and toilet. Good kitchen area with full size fridge freezer. Good storage and hanging areas, comfortable bed Close to Sendagi subway Station with easy access to all of Tokyo. The area is quiet and attractive, lots of smaller shops and cafes and is where we wanted to stay to visit family. We were in a basement flat, so there were no views outside, but at least we didn't have to cope with 3 flights of stairs with heavy cases. The apartment could be excellent but seemed more suited to staying a couple of days, very little kitchen equipment, no spoons, etc. No clothes hangers, nowhere to hang clothes to dry if you used the washing machine. The table and chairs were very old, shabby, and very uncomfortable and could easily be replaced.
• Hibah (9/5): Worth the money! - We liked everything about the property. The room was very clean, the facilities are of good quality. There are enough equipments for a 3-nights stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The replies are very fast too. Staying here was so comfortable and refreshing since we had to change accommodations at the last minute because the room we booked before was so very nasty. So the drastic change made us happy we found this place. And we think the price was worth the stay. To find the apartment on the first day was troublesome. We were looking for any signs of “Uhome” but there was none so we had to keep going back and forth with all our luggages up the hill. It was a bit tiring. It would be helpful to have a clearer sign of the property.

• Jens (9/5): Superb - Rather large apartment (for Tokyo) at a good price. Convenient location near a subway station in a quieter neighborhood which still had plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Free washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen itself was ok but only had minimal equipment.

• Shijir (8/5): Nice place. It's fine if you have a map for foreigners. - It was comfortable, clean for family travel. It was close to the subway station. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult for people with heavy luggage. Communication facilities are poor.

• Hasaranga (8/5): Good - Welll overall I am happy with the facility.but the thing I worry is the communication..there is no host.the number given did not answer.and the other thing is we are tourists..so we prefer a watsapp contact etc.other wise their is no lift as well .so carrying good s for 4 days is difficult.otherwise I am happy for this facility No lift Communication facilities are extremely poor No host No one to ask for key even Not replying emails

• Benjamin (8/5): Price was good, but the bed was poor quality. - Location was quiet. That is both good and bad. The bed was poor quality. There is no place to sit. I would suggest having a bean bag or a large pillow to help sitting on the bed.
