• Alexandratos (8/5): - The location is excellent, couldn't be better. Very modern and clean,excellent beds,very comfy. The cleaning could be better,nothing major but the skirting boards were covered in dust,I think it needs a good deep clean every few weeks. The down side and would possibly put me off staying again is a nightclub directly below and we couldn't sleep until after 2am every night. This is not the owners fault I know. No people noise just the heavy beat of the music.

• Robert (7/5): Location was ideal for us, surrounded by lots of restaurants and attractions. - Apartment was perfectly located. Access to many attractions and restaurants. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer. Fairly modern decor. Wifi was patchy in some rooms and not the fastest. Towels looked tired and could do with being changed. Could do with a microwave and a few more pots and pans - for the odd meal in the apartment. Some of the bed linen had some stains.

• Isaac (9/5): great loctaion apartment on a small busy street - the apartment is in a perfect location just in the middle of everything. 100 m to Ermou and Stingmata. it is not big but welll eqiped comfortable beds. the batroom is not so convenient with open shower that leak water noise from the busy street below. the apartnent is on the first floor batroom

• Pene (8/5): We did have a great stay here and the well appointed apartment was perfect. - Location was fabulous and did love having the washing machine and dryer although some working instructions in English would have helped. The entrance and stairs are filthy and smell. Certainly not ‘luxury’. Also not sure the hot water system is very helpful to tourists when half an hour is required each time for it to heat up.
• Shiela (10/5): Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location - Great location and only a few minutes walk from Syntagma metro. Good bakers immediately across the small street from the apartment. Balcony to people watch. Two bedrooms as we were two single friends (not wishing to share!). Easy walk or metro to the main sights of Athens. Minor criticism is that the wardrobe in the double bedroom did not have space high enough to hang dresses. Also a bottle of water in the fridge would have been good for late arrivals.

• Grace (8/5): Excellent location - Excellent location! Right in the heart of the city very close to restaurants and monuments, all walking distance. There was also a nice bakery right across from the apartment which was very convenient. Beds were comfortable, air con was great, tv was great. Our host was also very warm and welcoming. Overall a really good stay :) The bathroom layout, in particular the shower situation was not ideal. There was no shower door and the drain was actually outside of the shower so it caused so much flooding. The floor was soaking after a shower travelling to the door and even under the toilet so we had to use multiple towels to try and absorb the water but it didn’t help because the floor was flooded with so much water. Our towels also weren’t collected so we had a bunch of soaking wet towels in our bathroom for 3 days

Perfect amount of space for 4 people. Great location 10 mins walk from all the sites and lots of eateries in all budgets nearby! Little grubby hallway and stairs but inside the apartment was beautiful and spotless so this was only a minor issue.

Comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. A microwave would have been nice but certainly not essential.

• Bensley (9/5): A beautiful way to stay while in Athens at the end of our month of touring. - Location was great and apartment was beautiful and very comfortable and clean. Easy to find and close the great restaurants and cafes. The shower wouldn’t drain and water ran out and around to the second drain. Replacement rubbish bags and toilet paper would be good. Disco underneath apartment wasn’t great and thumped till 2 o’clock.

Clean, nice decoration, big space and special care from Christina and Vasilis who contacted me via WhatsApp as soon as we landed and made us feel that everything was under control. Very professional! There is a night club just below, it’s true… but was only open on Friday and Saturday and no noise from the people on the street just the bass beating in the room 😀

• Jayde (8/5): A great option for a good location and clean comfortable place in Athens! - Location. Looked like a secure building and safe and many options for restaurants nearby. Remained quiet in the room away from the street. Lots of good lighting, and a great washer and dryer- a big plus! The host, Mr. Vasilis, is the nicest gentleman who really made us feel welcome and I appreciated that so much. We arrived late and he was there to take care of us and made sure we were ok and got what we needed. He was very good at explaining everything to us. Honestly, having this kind of assistance is important especially when you arrive tired at night. The apartment is very small, smaller than it seemed from the photos. The second bedroom is in a cubicle with hardly any space to walk around the beds so you have to slide in and there is no closet, just a rod hanging from the ceiling. We were only 2 people and even that was tight. Not more than one person can go in and out of the apartment and rooms and bathroom at a time, we had to take turns because everything was very narrow. Also the beds only had a bottom sheet on them so you have to make the beds yourself! I had to place the top sheet on the bed and then pull out a comforter (duvet) from the closet of which there was no duvet cover. I would have liked the bed to be ready to sleep on since I arrived late and was tired.

Thank you Vasili for your welcome. The apartment was fabulous, very clean with excellent facilities (could I ask you to add a medium sized saucepan). We stayed for 4 Days. It is in a perfect location. Could not fault this lovely apartment and have recommended it to all our friends and our travel agent. We would stay here again.💕 Nothing! It is a fabulous apartment.

• Susan (10/5): Lovely two bedroom apartment in the heart of Athens. - The apartment was large and very comfortable for four people. It had all the amenities that we were looking for. The location was perfect. It was centrally located to all of the sights we wanted to see. For the most part, we walked everywhere. It was also close to restaurants, bakeries, stores and coffee shops. We were very pleased and would definitely stay there again.

• Alexandra (9/5): Amazing central location and a cleverly designed beautiful apartment. - Exceptional, central location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, the train line, outdoor cinemas, sightseeing including museums and other places of interest. Athens was lit up at night and buzzing with excitement. The apartment was clean and bright and well designed with a washing machine, dishwasher, toastie maker and spacious fridge. The air conditioning provided a welcome relief from the heat wave. There were plenty of clean towels on offer and a friendly concierge available downstairs. The owners have refurbished the apartment to a very high standard. We were travelling with 4 very large suitcases. Mine had to be left in the lounge room as it did not fit in the master bedroom, but this was not really a problem.

When approaching the location of the property, the riot squad was near by there in case of a incident, this made us very uneasy and uncomfortable. And I come from a law enforcement background.

The host Vasilis was very helpful and was on hand for anything that we needed. The apartment is also located right in the centre, a 2 minute walk from Ermou where the shops are, and also very close to Syntagma Square. We were therefore able to walk everywhere and there were ample amenities near the apartment such as bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. N/A - we were very happy with our stay and the service received.
