Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia e l'host ha subito provveduto a sistemare e a far pulire anche la stanza, inoltre ci ha anche suggerito cosa visitare visto che siamo capitate in un giorno di chiusura per festività. L'appartamento è in una zona centralissima, piena di negozi e di gente, vicinissima alla fermata metro. La gentilezza è sicuramente quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più.

Vista sul cortile interno così di notte rimane silenziosa e non si sentono i rumori della strada principale. Wi-Fi buono. Ottime le istruzioni del check in.
• Spina (9/5): Soggiorno TOP. - La posizione è il top! Ci si muove a piedi facilmente essendo che la stanza si trova in un’ottima posizione. Bello il quartiere . Materasso troppo morbido. Ma questo dipende dai singoli clienti.
• Vilma diana (9/5): Fabuloso! - La ubicación es inmejorable, puedes ir caminado a todos los sitios de interés, incluso la acrópolis, unos 15 minutos. Tienes todo cerca, nosotros llegamos a las 4:00 am y sin problema pudimos hacer el chekin. Claro adobando 75€ extra! Sin duda lo recomiendo Un poco descuidado, por los pasillos, pero a es normal ya que no son construcciones nuevas. Eso sucede en muchos lugares de Europa. Cuando he hospedas en lugares céntricos!

Consigliatissimo Il palazzo, all"interno, appare poco curato. Mi auguro che possano ristrutturare. Se ci fosse scritto un cartello all ingresso che per avere acqua calda è necessario accendere il boiler sarebbe meglio così si sa gia cosa fare.

• Veronica (10/5): Perfect room in Athens - Incredibly good service from the owner, who made sure we were enjoying every second of our trip. The room and the attached bathroom are both renovated, clean and cozy. There was water, coffee, and toiletries available for us. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is great and the lighting is perfect for doing the makeup. Talking about that, there’s also 3 big mirrors in the room. The location is just the cherry on the top, we were close to EVERYTHING (acropolis, rooftops, shops and restaurants). We loved staying here and would definitely come back :)

• Jaap (9/5): Goede plek in het centrum - Het is 5 minuten lopen van het metrostation Monastiraki. De kamer is schoon, netjes en compleet. De kamer was wat klein maar twee nachten was het goed voor mij en ik was alleen.

• Anna (9/5): Pratique et bien placé, pour un court séjour - L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre et à 3 minutes du Metro Monastiraki. Draps confortables. La machine Nespresso et 4 capsules de café à disposition. Notre arrivée de nuit s'est très bien passée. La communication est fluide et très agréable (nous avons même pu garder notre chambre 1h de plus le jour du départ (merci !) La chambre est en réalité petite et la mini-cuisine ne sert pas vraiment, car pas de micro-ondes et pas de plaque de cuisson et, surtout, pas de chaises et de table... L'entrée de l'immeuble est très moche et sale...!

Letto super comodo e climatizzatore perfetto! La posizione e’ top: abbiamo utilizzato i mezzi solo per andare/tornare dall’aeroporto e la zona di Monastiraki e’ molto viva e piena di locali. Lo consiglio e vi tornerei subito! La stanza e’ come da foto quindi non ci sono spiacevoli sorprese. Il palazzo e’ vecchio e malandato ma non è assolutamente colpa dell’host. Anzi, non e’ bello ma non ci siamo sentiti mai non al sicuro.

• Russell (7/5): Good - It was very close to tourist attractions and nightlife. Instructions for checking in were very clear. The room is tiny! Once you open your bags, there is nowhere to walk. At the entrance, someone painted on the wall that the residents live on the dark web. This made us very uneasy every time we entered the building. The view out the windows was terrible. Just the trashy back patios of the neighbors.

Easy access to everything like the train station, shops, and the Acropolis The AC was making some noise when being put into heating mode. Doesn’t really make the room warm specially that winter is coming and Athens is really cold now. Otherwise, they have provided a fleece blanket which really helped.

Bathroom was cramped and very little space for belongings.

Modern and comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay. Host was very responsive too. Bathroom was clean and well lit and good hair dryer. Good choice of TV channels Good air conditioning I would definitely return there for my next Athens trip. Nothing at all it was perfect.
• Renee (10/5): A relaxing stay in the centre of Athens - A great little spot in the heart of Athens. Step out onto the iconic Ermou street for some shopping or take a stroll around Athens from your door step. Although being right in the centre, this accommodation provided a quiet and relaxing oasis and I could not hear any outside noise. The room was clean very comfortable and I felt safe. The host made it exceptionally easy to navigate your way into the place with very detailed instructions. Would recommend to stay here.
• Pritha (9/5): Stay at heart of Athens in this nice and cozy place - The location was really the best! It was just a minute from the metro station therefore super easy to come from the airport with luggage. It was at the heart of all the major places and plenty of restaurants, shops supermarkets around. The place was neat and tidy. The bathroom was small but had all the required toiletries. Communication with the host was easy and very helpful. It wasn’t a problem for us, but the room was a bit tiny, so maybe not suitable if you have a lot of luggage and want to stay for long. But it’s a small price to pay for the perfect location. I’d definitely go back.

• P_dávid02 (10/5): In the best place. - Above all, Andreas is very kind and answered our questions very quickly. We communicated via Whats up. The apartment had shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, towels. I particularly liked the bathroom. Many people wrote that the walls were thin, but we didn't feel any of that. The apartment and the whole house are quiet. The location of the apartment is perfect. In terms of transportation, it is a 3-minute walk from the subway. There are many shops, restaurants, breakfast bars, rooftop restaurants or bars in Monastiraki. All of these can be reached within a maximum of 5-10 minutes' walk. The Acropolis can also be reached on foot, which is about 15-20 minutes. If we go to Athens again, we will stay here again. I liked everything. Maybe the air conditioner is a little loud, but it didn't bother us because we were very tired after the whole day sightseeing.

• Lara (10/5): Exceptional - It is super convenient location, 30 seconds walking and your dead center, the room was very clean, it is a friendly vibe. And the best part was how lovely the host was. Our boat trip was canceled due to a strike and they really helped us, even though they had no availability the host still kept in contact and managed to find us another stay in the same building. We were very grateful for that, and would gladly recommend this place. Nothing, choose this

We were given the level 2 apartment for the additional night before we moved to the level 4. Both apartments were lovely, clean, tidy and appeared newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and the location was outstanding. The building felt safe and secure. Level 2 apartment is very large and spacious. Level 4 apartment is smaller.
