• Juha (10/5): Clean, comfortable and well equipped flat - Clean, comfortable and well-equipped flat in a nice neighborhood. Helpful host and easy communication. Electric air refresher which made a noice once every half-an-hour or so was slightly annoying.

• Matuszak (10/5): - Apartament świetny, idealny na city break w Atenach. Dzielnica, w ktorej sie znajduje uważam, ze jest najlepszym miejscem w Atenach. Okolica jest cicha i spokojna, nie ma ogromnej iloaci turystow i mozna poczuc prawdziwy klimat miasta. Z apartamentu do centrum jest ok 20 minut spacerem. Kontakt z gospodarzem jest super. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Conveniently located - Just outside of the tourist area (so not too loud, and very safe!) but only a couple of minutes walk away from the center of town, and some lovely local restaurants!
• Nikolina (10/5): - The apartament is perfect. Very clean and it has everything you need to feel comfortable. It is located near centre, so nothing is far from it. The neighborhood is pleasant and very quiet. Truly recommend.
• Florence (8/5): Un très bon séjour avec un appartement tout à fait adapté. - Un logement propre dans un immeuble plutôt silencieux dans un quartier très agréable limitrophe de la zone archéologique (Acropole et Colline des Muses). Trop de points lumineux (tableau électrique et bloc de secours) pour faire le noir dans la chambre.

• Makris (10/5): - Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα, δεν έλειπε τίποτα απ' ότι μπορεί να έχει ένα σύγχρονο νοικοκυριό, ότι χρειάζεται να το έχει απλά το έχει. Πεντακάθαρο, με το όμορφο μπαλκόνι του για τούς καπνιστές. Ήσυχη και ασφαλή περιοχή, Ο Γιάννης εξυπηρετικότατος σε ότι κι αν τον χρειαστήκαμε. Στα πλεονεκτήματα του διαμερίσματος είναι ότι είναι 3' απόσταση από τούς δύο πεζόδρομους στο Κουκάκι όπου έχει καφέ, μεζεδοπωλεία, εστιατόρια, μπαράκια και γενικά η ότι τραβάει η όρεξη σας.

• Lisa (10/5): - A cute and clean little place with all the necessities. A 10 min walk to the bus station and train line. A 2 min walk to the convenience store and food choices. The room was clean, shower was great, kitchen had all needed items, tv signed into my Netflix without any issues, wifi was great, bed was very comfy, and I loved the location. It felt like I was living like the locals. If you happen to be there on a Friday, the most incredible outdoor street market will be happening right outside.

• Dimitri (10/5): Great located apartment - Cozy apartment well furnished (washing machine, kitchenette, coffee machine, smart tv...). It is very well located, nearby restaurants, bars, bakery, and grocery stores but still in a very quiet street. Also, walking distance from the highlights of Athens (Acropolis, museums, botanical garden, popular suburbs...) The host was very helpful, assisted us to book a reliable driver to take us to the airport at 3am.

• Mary (10/5): Location, location, location. - The location is perfect! Short km to the Acropolis and there are loads of taverns and shops in the neighbourhood. The apartment is small but thoughtfully laid out with everything you need. Very responsive host. There is free parking on the street but it sometimes could be challenging to find a nearby spot.

• Atkinson (10/5): Nice location, very clean apartment - Great spot in Koukaki, enjoyed the Friday fruit market, many good spots for coffee and food nearby. The apartment was very clean, the host was super atentive, and we would definitely come back. We liked everything. An extra bonus would be a laundry detergent cus we ended up buying a whole box but it's a minor detail.

• Tracy (8/5): Very clean and well-appointed, it had everything we needed for our short stay. - Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, allowing us a later check-out and even organising a taxi to take us to the airport on departure. I was very impressed. It was a little cramped with the pull-out bed being used for our adult daughter, but as she was a late addition we can't complain.

• Nicole (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a group of 3 people! - Amazing place to stay in Athens! Great location, very comfortable beds, good appliances, everything you need for a great holiday! The shower door’s seal was not perfect so some water would go out of it creating a small puddle on the floor, but there was a drain by the toilet so no big issue.

Nice little kitchen,outside seating area,able to do some cooking, supermarket, cafes, butchers,bakers 5 min walk Hoist easy to contact. All good, little bit tricky to find, but use a map.

• Greg (8/5): Very good - Apartment was very clean and amazing location, felt very safe and right near a bunch of restaurants. Very easy walk to the acropolis (20 minutes). Super easy check in and Giannis is very responsive. The only down sides were the water heater, need to turn it on and it takes about 25 minutes to get heated up for a shower. Also, and probably more of a preference, but the bed was quite soft and we had sore backs in the morning.
• Danny (9/5): Excellent solution for accommodation in a cool area of Athens. Highly recommend. - Excellent utilization of the space. Clean, functional and convenient. Very good location especially for youngsters. Only one key and it was attached to the main electricity switch. So if one wants to stay in the rejoin and needs the power, the other cannot take the key with him.

Amazing bakery with great coffee 3 doors down the street. A weekly fruit / vegetable market was in full swing on the street when we arrived Friday afternoon and we had fresh squeezed juices and loaded up with fruit for our stay. Great communication and recommendations from the property owner. Not too far to walk to Acropolis etc. Wonderful stay.

• Yolanda (10/5): Excellent stay! - The apartment was super clean and spacious. Comfy bed. Nice kitchen had all cookware and utensils necessary. About 20 minute walk to Athens Central. Was hesitant about the neighborhood as I was a solo traveler, but host reassured me it was safe. It was very safe as I walked everywhere. At night no problem. Transit close by. About a 5 minute walk. Cafes and shops close by. About a 3 minute walk if you did not want to walk to Central. Host was awesome. Answered my questions and was readily available. Cleaning lady was so nice. Will stay again.

• Ljiljana (10/5): Great apartment - great host 👌🏽 - The host is super nice and great guy, he will help you with anything you need! Apartment is nice, modern, clean and perfect for couple. It’s in the quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes by foot from Acropolis. 30 meters from apartment is bakery with best sandwiches and coffee for good breakfast before you go to explore city. 100 mesters from apartment is KARMINIO - All Day Eatery, which we also recommend for drinks and brunch, stuff is super nice and food delicious and cheap. So in conclusion apartment is great, in great location and you have everything you need around it. x

• Kim (8/5): Lovely apartment 15 mins from Acropolis - Apartment was perfect for 3, shutters and double glazing meant we slept well. Washing machine came in handy after 2 weeks travelling. 15 minute walk to Acropolis and restaurants. Nice bakery 4 doors away. Washing liquid for washing machine would have been appreciated as we didnt want to buy a whole pack for 2 washes. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty but we used kitchen one. Also mold in shower. The street outside is very dirty, typical unloved Athens side street. Wouldn't feel safe walking alone.

• Zsuzsanna (9/5): Superb - It had everything we needed for our 4 days trip. The location is great, we could walk to the main attractions in no time. There were also nice places to eat in the area. The host answered every question we had quickly and was flexible when we had to change our dates due to a flight change. It was a great place for a very good price, I am glad we stayed there. It was a bit noisy sometimes, you could hear almost everything from outside or when someone entered the building as the apartment was by the main entrance.

Every guest gets a mini welcome gift :) In 50m range there are bakery, pharmacy, mini store, restaurant. The Acropolis and other attractions is within a pleasant walking distance. The street where the apartment is located is sufficiently quiet, not busy, yet there is a metro and tram stop nearby

Host was easy to connect with and arranged for our late airport arrival pickup. Information on Athens and the subway etc available in the unit. Clear instructions for the unit also provided. Be aware that there is some street noise but it didn't bother us

• Tim (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Super location. We comfortably stayed with 4 people (my wife, our 2 kids and myself) here. I absolutely loved the balcony. A couple of metres from the apartment is a wonderful bakery. Great restaurants a couple of minutes away. Supermarket is a couple of minutes away. Easy walk to every attraction in Athens. We could park very close to the apartment. You do have to be a little lucky to get a spot that is near to the apartment. I would 100% return to this place when in Athens.

• Maggie (9/5): Cozy and comfortable stay - Apartment was very clean and comfortable! Great amenities, fantastic location - walkable to tourist destinations and close to lots of good food. Host was very responsive and was available messaging. There is a switch for hot water (instructions provided), but it does take about ~20 minutes for hot water to get going in the shower so just factor in that timing.
• Csekeorsi (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location,calm area,strong wifi. The apartment is clean,new,small but usefull. We spent 3 night,the host is very kind,apolite helpful and he was there everytime to give answers. We loved this place! Absolutely recommend!
• Ágnes (9/5): good value for your money - Apartment had all necessary equipments for a short stay in Athen. it was clean, and within walking distance to all the sights in Athen. it’s on the ground floor, so passer-bys can look into your rooms, and neighbours upstairs were quite loud at night
• Veryazov (5/5): Ok for one night stay. Not recommended otherwise - Nice small apartment with a kitchen Location. Well, in the heart of Athens, but 10-15 min walk till nearst Metro. Hot water by a heather, prepear to wait 20 min before taking a shower. Quite noisy. No cleaning. No living space - just a bed and a tiny kitchen place.
