• Lenssen (7/5): Passable Großstadtunterkunft mit perfekter Metro-Anbindung - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal, um mit der Metro in ca. 20 Min. ins Zentrum (Akropolis, Syntagmaplatz) zu gelangen. In der Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht, Restaurants, Cafes, einen tollen Bäcker etc. Die Wohnung im 3.Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) ist geräumig. Für 2 Nächte war die Unterkunft für uns völlig in Ordnung. Der Online-Check-in hat nicht funktioniert, obwohl wir immer wieder versucht haben unsere Daten zu übermitteln. Allerdings konnte das dann per Mail geregelt werden und mit den weiteren Infos gelangten wir schließlich problemlos in die Wohnung. Die Küchenausstattung ist recht dürftig, im Bad fehlt ein Föhn. Nach dem Duschen steht das Klo unter Wasser, es gibt aber nichts, um aufzuwischen. Da wir sonntags ankamen, war der öffentliche Parkplatz geschlossen und die Parkplatzsuche somit sehr mühsam.

• ΠΑΤΗΝΙΟΤΟΥ (4/5): - Ήταν πολύ κοντά σε μετρό και σε κεντρικό σημείο με πολλά καταστήματα για όλες τις ανάγκες. Όμορφο και άνετο διαμπερές και δροσερό διαμέρισμα. Το διαμέρισμά που έμεινα δεν ήταν καθαρό.Ο καναπές εκτός απο ξερούς λεκέδες είχε ψίχουλα και απο κάτω στο πάτωμα σκουπίδια. Τα μπαλκόνια πολύ σκονισμένα με ξερές κουτσουλιές. Η οικοδομή από την είσοδο ακόμη πολύ βρώμικη ασκούπιστη και ασφουγγάριστη.

• Evdokia (9/5): - The flat was located in a super comfortable area. Near metro, near shops, bakeries and tavernas. Just a few stops away from city center. I was with my little son and the hosts were super kind and even tried to satisfied some additional needs you had due to the age of the kid. So, i highly recommend this property for long and short stay.

• Michele (4/5): It was ok for 1 night - It was easy to find, clean and the owners were very communicative It was on the main road which would not have been a problem if it had doubled glazing to block out the noise from traffic, thicker curtains to block some of the glaring street lights. It would also have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge ( first placed I’ve stayed where we haven’t had water) and to be honest, the apartment needs a bit of tlc, the shelf in the bathroom was coming away from the wall and couldn’t be used.

Στα συν του ότι ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα από στάση Μετρό, επάνω σε μεγάλη λεωφόρο και στάσεις Λεωφορείων και με καλό wifi. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και άξιζε και με το παραπάνω τα λεφτά του

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδιαίτερα βολική, πολύ κοντά στο μετρό και σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της περιοχής, κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις πολύ εύκολες. Η διαδικασία check-in και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση και ευγενική. Παρότι υπάρχουν κάποιες μικρές λεπτομέρειες που θα μπορούσαν να αναβαθμιστούν, συνολικά η διαμονή ήταν πολύ καλή και ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες. Μια αξιόπιστη επιλογή για όσους θέλουν να μείνουν στο Περιστέρι!

• Jayne (7/5): - The positives, the double bed was comfortable, not sure how comfortable the single beds were. The back bedroom was quiet. It was relatively clean, For us, the closeness to the Peristeri Exhibition Centre was a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk. I also booked it because it had parking at 9 euro a day .... more about that in 'What didn't you like' Negatives (can't fit them in the box below), no toilet paper, no small bottles of water, old bottles of shampoo etc (left behind?) Hardly any water coming out the wash basin in the bathroom, just a trickle, probably needs cleaning. Dirty sponges in the kitchen. Such a shame as the place could be better with a few changes and more care. I think the lack of communication and clear instructions (parking) put a dampener on our stay and the fact that we stayed in a place in the city the night before which was less money, water/wine/cheese/friganias/shampoo/slippers/soap/toothbrush set/coffee/tea etc were provided and the window overlooked the Acropolis. Also the owner was constantly in contact AND FREE parking. The owner needs to thin of the small touches of kindness in Peristeri My biggest problem was communicating with the owner. As soon as I booked I received a link to fill in all my info and read the rules etc - this has never happened before. Seemed strange. I then tried to contact the owner about parking as it states 'reservation must be made 9 euro a day' I have stayed in many places with parking and the owner sorts out the parking space, even if it's a private parking establishment (which this turned out to be) When the owner finally got back to me to tell me a phone number to call, this was a central number and you had to state the car park you were interested in, thankfully there was only one in Peristeri, we were then given another phone number. We called and the guy said for when, we said from around 3pm (5th Jan) to about 11am (6th Jan) we were informed that we wouldn't be able to get our car on the 6th as it was closed (holiday) We persuaded him to help and he agreed that we call him in the morning so he would come and open up for us to leave. A foreigner not speaking Greek would have been in a mess. We left at 11am and the cost was 18 euro so the days are actual calendar days not hours. We arrived at the parking early so we went for something to eat until check n time (3pm) At 2:45 I messaged the owner for a key code to collect the keys - he sent it to me (first time I have had to ask) we didn't arrive at the apartment until 3:45pm (45 mins after check in) we got to the main door to see the key box open, the code on show and no key. Fearing the worst I was about to contact the owner when a woman came down stairs and stood near us, just looking at us, then finally she said 'Do you want the key 4, koritsi mou?' I said yes ... then she handed it to me. We opened the door and the whole apartment was soaking wet. she had obviously just cleaned the floor.

• Guest (8/5): Η διαμονή μου ήτανε καλή σε αυτό το κατάλυμα - Στο κατάλυμα μου άρεσε ότι ήταν άνετο δίπλα σε μετρό καφετέριες φαγάδικα ήταν δίπλα σου Δεν μου άρεσε το ότι μπήκα μέσα στο σπίτι και δεν ήτανε καλά σκουπισμένο Και δεν είχε σφουγγαρίσει καλά επίσης πρέπει να είχε ρίξει τον κουβά της σφουγγαρίστρας στο μπάνιο εκεί που κάνεις τους διότι μόλις πήγαμε για μπάνιο άρχισε να μυρίζει σαν απορρυπαντικό και βγάζει σαπουνάδες που θα μπορούσε να το ρίξει στη λεκάνη της τουαλέτας Επίσης μου φάνηκε ότι τα σεντόνια δεν ήταν αλλαγμένα

• Konstantinos (10/5): Διαμέρισμα σε προνομιακό σημείο στα δυτικά της Αθήνας - Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του Περιστερίου. Ό,τι χρειάζεσαι για τη διαμονή σου είναι σε απόσταση λίγων βημάτων. Ιδανικό για 2-3 ημέρες σε ταξίδι εργασίας στα Δυτικά της Αθήνας. Άμεση και εύκολη συνεννόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη.

• Todorova (10/5): - Our stay in Lak Peristeri Homes was wonderful. The apartment is very close to the subway (metro station). There's a supermarket, cafeteria, everything you need for vacation. Parking - is a little bit difficult to park. You have to look around for a spot.
