• Nuria (9/5): Un bon lloc, en un barri molt agradable i molt a prop del centre - La ubicació és molt bona, les instal·lacions són molt correctes, l’atenció molt bona, l’estat de l’apartament molt bo. En general un allotjament molt agradable. M’hauria agradat algun penjador al bany per deixar les tovalloles i algun penjador de peu per deixar roba que t’has de tornar a posar, hem col·lonitzat les cadires.

In the description a balcony was noted as an outdoor space, the main reason why we booked this place and the space called “balcony” could not even fit one foot. When we asked where the balcony was, the reps answer was “where did you see in the photos in the description there was a balcony” — very disappointed about the balcony expectation and reps responses

• Dimitar (1/5): Unclean and Unreachable Host—Worst Experience Ever! - Avoid at all costs – this apartment was completely misrepresented and felt like a borderline scam. What was advertised was nothing like the reality. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. We arrived at the property at the agreed check-in time only to find it in a shocking state of disarray. The bed was clearly used, the bathroom contained used razors with blood, and there were food scraps and leftovers throughout. It was evident that the entire place had not been cleaned. Despite repeated attempts to contact the host, she ignored our calls and messages. Only after we had left and booked another hotel out of necessity did she message back, claiming the place had been ‘magically cleaned’ just 50 minutes after we left. I’ve used booking platforms for years and have never encountered such an experience. To make matters worse, the booking was prepaid with no refund, and the host refused to acknowledge the severe misrepresentation. Avoid this property at all costs!
• Sotirios (6/5): Ok overall, but the noise problem is a real issue - Great location, nice design, spacious Noise! Terrible noise insulation (you can hear people talking from outside & cars moving even when everything is shut tight). Also bad insulation from inside the building. (Someone was refurbishing their flat and Saturday 8am you had construction noise…). Also could improve bed lighting. That was the only bad taste in the design (a small lamp to read by the bed would be useful)

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The interior design was on the truly high level, so I love delicate and rich color combination. I felt energetic and inspired during my stay. I would recommend this apartment to everybody who is eager for something luscious, but cosy and exquisite.

• Can (3/5): Poor - Location is good İt is coid.. we can heat the room with air condition which is not comfortable and can not heat the all room.. i can’t have a shower because there isn’t hot water… check out time we ask them if they can help us for a luggage room but they even don’t give us a response..

• Maria (8/5): Good location but some improvements are needed - Great location, comfortable and spacious. Hostess very helpful and responsive. Late check out also agreed It wasn’t very clean when I first arrived, although when I raised the complaint the hostess wanted to send the cleaner immediately. Also, the front door is not a safety door and windows also, making it easy for thieves to break in, although quite central.
