• Özlem (8/5): Memnun kaldık. - Gideceğimiz gün tuvalette su sorunu olduğu için ,bizi başka bir yere (Pallantos 4)yönlendirdiler. Orası daha genişti fakat binalar çok yakın olduğu için ışık azdı. 3. gün bu binaya geçtik. Geçiş için her türlü yardımı önerdiler. Bu bina yeni ve temizdi.Metro durağına yürüyerek 10 dakika mesafedeydi. Lidl çok yakındı. Balkonu ferahdı. 3 yetişkin için oda küçük geldi.Mutfağı da dolayısıyla çok küçük. Musluk lavaboya göre büyük olduğu için , yere su sıçratmadan bulaşık yıkamak çok zor. Kiraladığımız arabayı park etmekte zorlandık çünkü her yer doluydu.

• Yevgeniy (9/5): 👌👌👌 - We rented three separate apartments with kitchen and shower, everyone really liked the modern accommodation and decoration. Lidl is nearby, there is also a bus stop, and it is 10 minutes to the metro or train. Check-in was quick and without any problems.
• Loukas (2/5): - Η τοποθεσία και η θέα Δεν υπήρχε καμία επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη του καταλύματος παρότι προσπαθήσαμε αρκετές φορές, την ημέρα του check in περιμέναμε δύο ώρες απέξω γιατί δεν μπορούσαμε να μπούμε λόγω λανθασμένων κωδικών που μας είχαν στείλει. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα κομοδίνο ή τραπεζάκι να βάλουμε τα προσωπικά μας αντικείμενα πχ κινητά για φόρτιση κλπ. Δεν είχε νερό εμφιαλωμένο. Είχε ελληνικό καφέ χωρίς να έχει τα μέσα να φτιαχτεί, είχε κάψουλες εσπρέσο χωρίς να υπάρχει μηχανή, δηλαδή καφές δεν υπήρχε. Και επίσης το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν απαίσιο, ηταν με ελατήρια πολύ παλιό και καθισμένο μονόπλευρα.

• Naomi (8/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient! - Comfortable room, black out curtains, clean and good location. One appeal of the property was the self catering facilities, however equipment provided to make use of these was minimal.

• Tomas (9/5): - Ubytování je v jedné z nepříjemnějších částí Athén s ohledem na dostupnost k centru. Klidné a bezpečné. Kousek na metro, kousek do centra, kousek pro zábavu - bary a kluby také v docházkové vzdálenosti. Místnost s koupelnou a kuchyňkou včetně terasy je úplně ideální.

• Αγγελική (9/5): - Τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα, άνεση, παροχές, ησυχία. Το υδρομασάζ καταπληκτικό! 1) Σαν πρόταση, θα μπορούσατε στο ντουλάπι κάτω από το νεροχύτη να βάλετε έναν κάδο σκουπιδιών. 2) Τα μαξιλάρια του κρεβατιού δεν ήταν πολύ άνετα. Είχαμε όλοι θέμα με τον αυχένα μας το πρωί. 2) Οι ελλιπείς οδηγίες για τη λειτουργία του υδρομασάζ. Όπως σας είπα και τηλεφωνικώς θα έπρεπε ο συνεργάτης σας - που τον είδαμε να φουσκώνει το υδρομασάζ στις 19:00 - να το σκεπάσει πριν κατέβει μαζί μας με το ασανσέρ, αφού τον ρωτήσαμε πότε θα είναι έτοιμο και μας είπε σε 2-3 ώρες - ώστε να ανεβάσει θερμοκρασία. Και δεν το σκέπασε φεύγοντας. Ανεβήκαμε στις 22:30 κ η θερμοκρασία δεν είχε ανέβει καθόλου. Αν δηλ. δεν είχαμε χρόνο το πρωί, δεν θα καταφέρναμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε αυτήν την παροχή (που ήταν και ο λόγος που επιλέξαμε το δικό σας κατάλυμα έναντι άλλων πιο οικονομικών καταλυμάτων).

• Jan (10/5): Super "Stadturlaub" in Athen - Nette Gastgeber. Verlängerung unkompliziert. Kommunikation (in Englisch) sehr gut. Via Telefon, Mail und Whatsapp. Sehr angenehme Umgebung. Metrostation Petralona in der Nähe. Stadtzentrum auch zu Fuß machbar (ca. 30 Minuten). Mit der Metro 2 Stationen 8 Minuten. Parkplatz findet man immer. Die Gegend ist vergleichsweise ruhig und unserer Erfahrung nach absolut sicher. Nettes, typisch griechisches Stadtviertel mit allem was man braucht. Coffeeshops, Bäcker, Restaurants... Am Wochenende kann die Kommunikation etwas schwierig sein. Mails werden aber immer gecheckt und bearbeitet.

• Ayham (10/5): - Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einfach großartig! Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzelt wieder hier buchen.

• Tiago (9/5): Great stay in a great city - Very well located! Close enough to all the activities but not in the middle of the caos! Well equipped and neat! They say there’s parking available! In fact there is on the street. It was reasonably easy to find it during one week but couples days we got lucky if not we would to drive around to search for it longer.

The apartment was well equipped,clean and spacious, with a great big balcony and a private parking. Also a big Lidl store around the corner I couldn’t fit my car in the private spot as it was too low (kia ceed) but there were a lot of empty spaces around the building.

• Andrei (10/5): A great stay, with a good value for money - The location is good, very close to Lidl and 10 minutes by car to the city center. The idea with no keys and only entry codes for every apartment is nice. Also the jacuzzi and the common area was grea for a group like us. No light on the terrace and just a little more clean in the rooms would be good for the future.
• Katarzyna (9/5): August 2024 - The view on the mountains from the terrace is very nice. It could be a small night stand next to bed and an extra bin would be nice too :)
• Graykarma (9/5): Great place to stay in Athens - The place was exactly like the photos, had a big balcony with modern furniture. The aircon was great and it was a 2 min walk to Lidl, which was very convenient in the heat. The owner sent recommendations around Athens and the accomdation, which was helpful. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay in Athens. Since we were arriving past midnight, we were anxious about not receiving the pin until around 11pm. I understand they don't want to give the pin out to everyone, but we booked the room and it was our check in date. There was little toilet paper and a small bin.
• Art (10/5): True gem in Athens - Amazing place to stay. New, modern, safe, comfortable, in a peaceful neighbourhood and close to all places of interest. The decoration minimal and nice, had all the necessary amendments. Beautiful comfortable balcony. Excellent price. With pins you were able to open main doors. The host replied immediately in all requests!! Fantastic I think that our car did not fit in the garage!!!! Nevertheless every night you could find many parking spots exactly outside the house.!!
