• Tatjana (8/5): Great location, a bit loud - Fenomenal location, clean and comfy The sound isolation in the space is quite poor, so the sounds from the bar downstairs are a bit much in the nights
• Λετσιου (1/5): Πήγαμε για 3 μέρες φτάσαμε αργά τ βράδυ στην Αθήνα είχε μαραθώνιο όλα τ καταλύματα είναι πλήρες φτάσαμε λοιπόν κ είδαμε - Τίποτα βρώμικο Πολύ βρωμικο ο ιδιοκτήτης δν ρ παραδέχτηκε βέβαια
• Catharine (4/5): Careful if you need internet ir need a quiet unit. - Good location, kitchen was nice. Apt has deferred maintenance, virtually no internet (24 mps!!), water pressure is very low, no counter space in bath, bed needs new linens, duvet cover. I stayed for 11 days and only 2 towels and 2 rolls of TP were provided. If you advertise unit comes with internet, you need to upgrade it. Too slow! But mostly failed to work 80 % of the time. Solo female travelers rely on it to WORK, find routes around town, food establishments, booking tours , general information, etc, etc, etc..... Girl cleaning lady was kind and tried to help me with internet. Owner was kind but lackadaisical about getting it fixed. Complained several times, he'd say he will help to fix. Then I'd email again about it saying nothing worked and he'd answer, "What do you need?"!! He also said internet provider stated "the lines are working" but even TV did not have internet for NetFlix and YouTube. Owner said I had to reboot system, try both sets of WiFi networks and still didn't work. Again, all messages took 3 days to get answers and reply, because of course I had no internet! Bring a sound machine or earplugs, because downstairs bar is very loud, two out of every three nights.

• Valentina (8/5): Ottima posizione, pulito e spazioso - Monolocale spazioso, pulito e accogliente. C'è un angolo cottura con stoviglie, frigo etc. Rispetta realmente le foto dell'annuncio. Letto comodo, condizionatore perfettamente funzionante. Host molto gentile e disponibile, fornisce con largo anticipo tutte le informazioni e istruzioni per l'auto check-in ed è sempre reperibile. Situato in una piccola palazzina con ascensore. Posizione ottima, in una zona tranquilla, sicura e pulita (vicino al Parlamento), ben servita con ottimi locali dove mangiare. È possibile raggiungere tutti i luoghi del centro e siti storici a piedi senza dover prendere i mezzi. Consigliatissimo! Il bagno è un po' piccolo ma essenziale. Il Wifi non ha funzionato ma non è stato un grande problema avendo il roaming sullo smartphone.

• Michaela (9/5): Great central accommodation, very modern - Awesome room, great AC, bed was very comfortable, great and central location, easy check in, good facilities with fridge and small kitchen, very spacious Unfortunately during our stay the internet/wifi didn’t work :(
• Anna Maria (4/5): Nice view,decor and location, but poorly maintained and not as advertised. - Nice view, Comfortable bed ,Good decor and it offered the basic facilities. The location is pretty good just below Plaka and really close to Syntagma and centre. The air conditioner was a biohazard — it had a pole dripping water into a bucket we had to empty regularly, which I don’t think is acceptable. There were no toiletries provided even though they were listed (shower gel and shampoo), so we had to buy our own. The sheets also had some stains. We contacted the host about these problems but didn’t really get a helpful response. Overall, it had the basics but needs significant improvements.

• Samarth (5/5): Not impressed. - It was a very good location with reasonably equipped kitchenette. The property waa old and not cleaned properly so I could see a lot of hair on the pillows and the bathroom was just too small.
• Irem (3/5): Never prefer them again - Very good location The water stopped running for 12 hours, I couldnt reach anyone on the phone. No shower, no toilet, it was horrible. Check in difficult, no place to leave your bags, they dont let you check in before 3. And for check out, I told them that I would leave the place at 12 o'clock at 11:58. They wrote me a very rude email telling me to go out as soon as possible. the cleaning lady was already inside. Started cleaning the house with my stuff everywhere my clothes and such.

• Juan (7/5): Perfect location and comfortable studio, but AC must be fixed or replaced - Very central location. Walking distance to most of the main sites. The studio is spacious, very comfortable and clean. The AC was dripping a lot. I had to turn it off many times for long periods of time. The wifi was not working and was only fixed during the 3rd day of my stay which was very inconvenient because I was planning to work.
• Artur (1/5): Bad - The apartment was BROKEN INTO during our stay at this object, and our belongings, including a laptop were stolen. The door lock doesn't work - you cannot turn the key, so it's probably relatively easy to break in. Or someone has a second pair of keys. The owner could not be reached, until an intervention via booking.com. He didn't seem to be concerned about the situation. He just said "thank you for the information", not really being interested if anything in the apartment was destroyed and what was stolen. I cancelled the last night of my stay, as I didn't feel safe. So far no response regarding the refund. And the wifi didn't work. The information sent to the property owner was ignored. The water heating didn't work' and the air conditioner was leaking water inside the apartment. EDIT: I see the owner, in their comment, suggests that the break-in did not happen, that I might have confused it with another stay, and/or that I did not inform him. I informed the owner (tried to reach him immediately after the break-in, but he answered the phone only after an intervention to booking.com). Booking.com was informed, as well as the police was called, and an official report has been made. There is also a conversation on booking.com where I inform about the break-in. I will let readers of this review interpret themselves the behavior of the property owner. To me, after denying this even happened, the situation smells even more, and shows at least that the owner is dishonest.
• Transimoulo (7/5): Good - The location was the best, with plenty of eateries in the area & was with easy walkking distance to all the main sites. The Aircondition, had a leak inside.

• Danny (6/5): Good location but ineffective response from management about the potential flooding issue from dripping air conditioner - Location and accessibility were great. Rooms well appointed apart from dripping air conditioner. The air conditioner needs a service. It dripped inside the window above which it was positioned thereby limiting sleep. Despite reporting this issue upon arrival management did not provide a solution and we had to manage the persistent drop ourselves in order to protect wooden floors and potential slip/fire events.

• Neil (9/5): Convenient Central Location !! - Very convenient, central location close to Syntagma Square Metro and only a 15/20 minute walk to the Acropolis and Plaka etc. Bars, restaurants and shops nearby Shower rail was missing, propped up in a corner in the bathroom. Some of the electrical sockets looked liked they could do with replacing, though there were enough other ones to use.
• Anastasios (8/5): Very good - The property was very well located. It was clean and tidy, and all the amenities met the description. We had a question regarding how we will pick up the keys. We called the number that was provided with the reservation to ask about it. To our surprise, the host's representative was rather rude and abrupt in our conversation, without giving any real help. They kept repeating that we should have booked a hotel if we needed additional services! Eventually, we managed to retrieve the mail with the instructions ourselves and get access to the apartment. We would appreciate a more cooperative and supportive attitude from a professional host.

• Yasemin (1/5): cockroaches 🤮 - The location We stayed at this studio apartment in Athens, which we definitely don’t recommend, except if you like cockroaches. The apartment was definitely NOT clean - at first sight, it seemsn clean, but then you notice the dirt. There was so much dust under the bed, and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets and towels were clean though. When we reached out to the team about the cockroaches and asked for a solution or a refund, their answer wasn’t useful at all. They just argued that the window probably was open after the apartment was being cleaned.. But there were too many cockroaches. I think we at least killed 4-5 cockroaches daily, if not more. It was really disgusting. Except everything above, the location is perfect, and is very central! Near to a lot of attractions, shopping, cafes, metro etc.

• Molly (8/5): Nice room, close to everything. Would recommend! - The location was the best part. We loved that the building felt secure with a key to enter. Shower was too small but overall it worked to be that close to the center.
• Marlene (8/5): Very good - Nice sourrounding with bars and restaurants, most of the sightseeing within walking distance. Little cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen, floor... nearly everywhere. Could you please place some bait traps :)

• Rachel (1/5): DO NOT BOOK - worst place ever - nothing is was awful there were cockroaches in the apartment. we contacted the owners with PHOTOS of the cockroaches and they gaslighted us saying that the maid couldn't find any so they must have "flown in from outside". Not only does this make absolutely no sense and is impossible, but their rude response showed a complete lack of care for their reputation, their guests and their apartment. clearly they will just keep renting this room full of cockroaches until booking.com steps in and kicks them off the site - the only thing they care about is money.
• Samantha (3/5): Wouldn't go again - Although noisy, it was in a good central location. The bathroom was tiny, it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly and it had cockroaches! When contacted, the staff 'mopped' and give some bug spray but this still made the stay very unsettling. The rest of the apartment was OK but definitely needed some tlc and some new pillows. The corridors in the block have no/very little lighting which is not ideal so a phone lighting was needed. Wouldn't recommend.

I have the evidence on my email of the back and forth respone - Location No hot water for 3 days, contacted the managers who did nothing to assist and said we must have tampered with the water heater. Refused to send someone round to look at the situation at 11 am Monday morning as they didn't have 24/7 in call! THE RESPONSE FROM THE PROPERTY IS NOT TRUE!
