• Aysar (1/5): Cold showers and unresponsive host. Do not recommend. - Decently decorated. We stayed at this Airbnb in Athens for 3 days, and unfortunately the hot water was not working for 2 of those days. This was a major inconvenience and had a big impact on our trip. The owner initially offered us an extra night as compensation, but we explained that we already had flights booked and could not stay longer. We then requested a partial refund instead, which seemed fair under the circumstances. The owner told us he would contact Booking.com and get back to us, but after we checked out, he completely stopped responding both on WhatsApp and through the app. During our stay, the owner was also very unhelpful in finding any alternative solution for the shower situation. On top of that, we had to stay in the apartment three separate times waiting for the technician to arrive, which caused us to miss dinner reservations and museum plans. To make matters worse, the apartment is located very close to a nightclub where loud music was playing until around 5 AM every night. The flat has very poor sound insulation, so sleeping properly was almost impossible. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and it left a sour taste on our trip to Athens. I would not recommend staying here.

Υπήρξε ένα πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό στο κατάλυμα, αν και προσπάθησαν να μας εξυπη - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, με θέση πάρκινγκ και ωραίο design Κανένα από τα παράθυρα δεν είχε σίτες, τη δεύτερη μέρα της διαμονής μας δεν είχαμε ζεστό νερό. Το δεύτερο μπάνιο δεν είχε ντουζιέρα, ήταν μόνο WC, κάτι που δεν φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες.

• Sebastian (4/5): Haben uns leider sehr unwohl gefühlt und keinen Erholungsmehrwert gehabt. Schade! - Die Lage war sehr gut. Fußläufig ist die Akropolis in ca. 25 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso war die Nähe zur U-Bahn/Metro (Linie 3). Die Linie 3 ist die direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen und nach Piraeus. Es gab zwei nette Cafés und zwei Bäckereien in der direkten Umgebung. Auch diverse Restaurants/Tavernen. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Reinigungskraft war noch vor Ort, als wir die Wohnung (15 Minuten vor vereinbarter Wohnungsübergabe) übergeben bekommen haben. Wir durften dann noch die Handtücher aus der Waschmaschine holen und aufhängen und sind dann direkt in die Stadt gegangen. Nach unserer Rückkehr haben wir dann festgestellt, dass die Wohnung leider dermaßen dreckig war, so dass wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt haben. Das ekligste war das Badezimmer (Boden und Dusche). Bei näherem Hinsehen mussten wir leider auch feststellen, dass überall im Wohn- und Schlafbereich noch Schmutz auf dem Boden lag und auf dem Esstisch noch Reste von Tomatensoße klebten. Den Vermieter darauf angesprochen hatte dieser uns zwar angeboten, am nächsten Tag erneut eine Reinigung zu organisieren, was wir aber abgelehnt haben, da "nur" 3 Nächte in Athen waren und wir unsere ganzen persönlichen Gegenstände in der Wohnung hatten und nicht unsere Zeit vor Ort damit zubringen wollten auf die Reinigungskraft und das anschließende Saubermachen zu warten. Die Schlafzimmertür schloss nicht richtig und klemmte noch dazu im Türrahmen, so dass jedes Öffnen und jeder Versuch sie zu schließen von lauten Geräuschen begleitet wurden, was unsere Mitreisenden regelmäßig aus dem Schlaf gerissen hat. Eine Steckdose in der Küche (Höhe der Arbeitsplatte) hing aus der Wand und diverse Elektrokabel ebenfalls. Abgesehen davon dass die Fenster ebenfalls seit längerem nicht mehr geputzt wurden, waren in der Innenseite des Küchenfensters auch noch rötliche Spritzer zu sehen. Aus den genannten Umständen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, welche an sich sehr modern eingerichtet ist und einen tollen (Wohnraum-) Schnitt geboten hat, auf ein absolutes Minimum reduziert!! Der Vermieter war nicht an einer Kompensation interessiert und Booking.com lässt ebenfalls seit einer Woche auf eine Antwort warten.
• Naama (8/5): Good apartment per value for 2-3 nights - The owner was available at any time. The location is perfect. Not too far and not too close. The apartment is wide, equipped, modern and beautiful. Some of the facilities are not taking care of and the cleaning is not good enough.

• Skourides (9/5): - The apartment and the layout was very good- spacious and airy. The TV was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The doors didn't close well and were very noisy. They didn't close all the way. The downstairs bathroom door got stuck in the closed position and we almost couldn't open it. The area is very good for nightlife, restaurants, bars, amenities, etc and also proximity to subway is excellent. However, guests should be informed that there is music playing loudly all through the night. It may not bother some people, but others might be put off by it.

• Deborah (7/5): The place worked out well for the five of us and had all of the amenities we needed. I was not a fan of the music playin - It was right by the metro station, which was excellent as we did not want to rent a car. Using the Metro train station worked out perfectly. It is located in a lively neighborhood, which had an open bar that played loud music from 9:30 PM to 5 AM on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Shmulik (10/5): perfect - We were in Athens for 5 days. We enjoyed every moment we were in the apartment. The owner of the apartment, Panos, was very available and helpful. A very luxurious apartment. It is clear that efforts have been made to create a pleasant atmosphere. New and secure building. Pleasant neighborhood. The metro is a few minutes walk from the building. Very close to a fun neighborhood bakery where we started our mornings with coffee and a pastry. Across the street is a minimarket and a supermarket. Around the square where the metro is located, there are lots of restaurants and cafes. A young and fun atmosphere. Everything was just perfect! nothing
• Kanzara (10/5): Exceptional - I was there with my family and had a comfortable and convenient stay at the apartment. Very perfect, clean and well secured. We were very excited.
• Ashley (8/5): It was a very comfortable stay for our family of 5. Host was very responsive and helpful - Very spacious and clean. Washing machine is very helpful. Parking in a gated garage Only 1 full bath and 1 half bath not 2 full baths as advertised. Only one pillow and a very small blanket per person.
• Eyal (9/5): The best place to stay in Gazi! - Location was great, 3 minutes walk from the metro station (that gets you to the airport super fast and easy) 2 rooms for 2 couples big kitchen and huge living room. Very close to the pubs, restaurants and bars of Gazi. Walking distance to the old city center (30 minutes) but after one time we walked, we decided it's easier to take the metro... The host was very communicative and helpful in anything we needed. One room was bigger then the other, the smaller room has a low ceiling so if you are tall that can be a problem) the bathroom and shower are not private to each room (one shower and toilet on the top floor next to the 2 rooms, and one toilet on the bottom floor next to the living room) The place can get quite noisy at night. The place had a coffee machine with no pods, but we found them at the supermarket easily
• Erin (9/5): Fantastic apartment close to the centre of Athens - The apartment is amazing - 2 floors, balcony, very spacious with much needed air-conditioning. Its well equipped with a washing machine, full kitchen, tvs in each room etc. The pictures don't do it justice! The location is great. Its about 15 minute walk from the main sights, shops and restaurants There is a little shop and a gorgeous bakery (Marys) about 2 minutes walk away A couple of tiny issues with the apartment - the upstairs bathroom door doesn't close properly, there was only 1 coffee mug and the coffee machine didnt work....nothing that negatively affected our stay at all though.
• Panayiotis (9/5): Spacious and clean apartment, pleasant stay!! - The apartment was spacious, modern and very very clean. We liked it a lot! The living room is big with a huge tv and a big and comfortable couch. In every room there is a big tv too! The apartment is equipped with everything a family will need for vacations. There is also a big refrigerator, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It is located 1 minute from Keramikos metro station so we used metro for our transport in Athens. There is a supermarket, a mini market, a bakery and many restaurants very close to the apartment which was very useful for us. The process of getting the keys of the apartment on our arrival was a bit stressful because there weren't any keys in the locker when we opened it. The host was not in Athens in order to come and solve the issue. We had to wait for 30 minutes until the cleaning lady arrived to open and give us the keys. To be honest it was her mistake. She apologized dozen of times and she also treated us with a big ice cream bucket. It was an unpleasant issue on our first day but the cleaning lady was so kind, warm and helpful that we let it pass.

Was very helpful - Very clean and high end decorated bed very comfortable nice neighborhood very close to great restaurants and only 30 min walk to the acropolis. The coffee machine broke so we didn’t have one and the door of the bathroom didn’t close all the way but they said it’s taking care of.
