• Dominik (3/5): Noisy and buggy basement in the center. - Location, facilities (fridge, washing machine, oven). Bugs (snails, ants, cockroaches). Owners claim this was the first time - I have noticed dead cockroach under the sink which suggest infestation happened earlier. Snails noted almost every night. Ants noted 3 times. Moisture - THIS IS A BASEMENT. There is no info about this in the description! Please force the owner to update as it is misleading. Because this is a basement, opening windows means more bugs. So either fresh air and bugs or moisture. This can be difficult for people with breathing difficulties. The apartment is noisy.
• Anna (1/5): Just outrageous! - This was our worst experience ever on booking. Well, booking tried to help so that we could leave and find another apartment, but it was time-consuming and annoying for us and in the end they should take the apartment off the site. It is really against all consumer rights to present it as a place where you could stay. The apartment is humid and moldy! It smells from the drains and is dark. We had trouble breathing and sleeping. It is in the basement, which is not obvious in the description. It seems that they renovated it some time ago with some water-resistant paint and without knowledge about wet rooms - but after a while and especially after a long hot summer, humidity will always show its ugly face. Humidity appears where electric cables have been placed: the plaster and paint come off. Underneath the window that goes to a 20 cm deep air shaft (which means no chance for some air - and this is where the kid tried to sleep on the sofa), the wall is humid (see pic). I lifted up a picture on the wall as the paper was waved and there was mold behind it (also see pics). And then there's the window in the bedroom. You have to open it in order to at least get the impression of some air, but then it's just directly feet and dogs walking by (totally possible that a dog marks its territory through the window) and parking cars, blowing their fumes into the bedroom. You have to additionally put on the ventilator as there will be no draft in the apartment (remember the other "window" towards the tight shaft). The AC is no option as it smells, too. There you have it: a good night's sleep... Not. We asked the landlady to put in at least an air dryer but she was so incredibly aggressive, telling me I would be lying - about something you can actually measure with a hygrometer! At first she didn't want to let us leave for other than the normal cancellation fee (which is a lot for 2 nights if you booked 11). This incredibly ignorant way of not caring was also shown by ignoring the fact that we had trouble opening the washing machine (I cleaned the moldy detergent drawer, see pic, with chlorine btw as I did with the drainage of the sink as it smelled and the plug is missing). In the same way they are obviously ignoring suggestions in previous comments, e.g.

• Saron (8/5): Very good - simply wow the country was beautiful because it was very, very hot, it was good that it was in the hotel in the basement, it was very cool there, the hotel would be enough for a small family, we also really liked the facility. It would be good if they would change the sofa bed or do something about putting the other half of the sofa down and down and that was a bit stressful, other than that we were happy with everything, it was just great
