- Florencia (2/5): We have very bad experience with this facility. We cannot recommend this place at all. - Nothing at all Beds are hard enough for my nieces to have backache the next day after sleeping at night. Sink or lavatories at the toilet are clogged. Water coming out from the shower is either very hot or very cold. It’s so hard to balance the temperature. No elevator between first floor to second floor and we have to carry up our heavy luggage to second floor. No convenient store around the facility.
