• Noppraporn (9/5): Great place with great location and good value for money. - Very good location. A convenient store right around the corner, and a 7-11 just a 5min walk away. Also close to subway station less than 10 min walk. Spacious room with separate toilet and bathroom. Easy self check-in and out. The bed is on the small side for two person with only one blanket provided. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, bumpy along the folds even after lined with mattress.

• Natalie (8/5): Excellent location, good value, nice hot tub and great view of Tokyo Skytree. - Excellent location. A short walk to and from Oshiage station, and a 10-15 minute walk to Tokyo Skytree. Great view of Tokyo Skytree from the apartment. It was enough space for our family of 4, including 2 adults and 2 kids. The hot tub was a nice feature and we enjoyed using it and relaxing outside. We also made use of the washer/dryer. It was great that we didn’t have to pack so much clothes or look for a laundromat. There is a super market downstairs and 7-11 is a 1 minute walk away. It could be cleaner. It wasn’t super bad, but there were a few spots with dust and black spots around the vents on the wall. There were also parts where we encountered hair that didn’t belong to us. We all have short hair and there were long ones on the floor. The shower also had a broken towel rack that should either be completely removed or replaced. Although it seems like a lot, they were minor issues when considering the location, price and other amenities like the balcony, hot tub, and the view. I would still stay here again.
• Micaela (4/5): No hot tub- disappointing - The instructions were great especially with visuals. The highlight of the accomodation was the hot tub with city views of Skytree and Tokyo skyline. The hot tub was leaking. The host was explicit about not over filling the tub as the water damage can affect lower floors. The hot tub tap leaked on to the flooring not even reaching the tub. This resulted in us not being able to use the facility that we paid for and the whole point of booking this accommodation in the first place. No compensation from booking.com or the host. Very disappointing. If the hot tub was not available we would have canceled our booking and stayed somewhere closer or choose accommodation with a spa or at least a bath. After a long international flight and then days of walking /multiple trains, this is what we needed and the property did not deliver. We informed the host and Booking.com about this issue as we knew the property was booked by other traveler's after our stay. Check with the host to ensure this is fixed before you book. Be mindful you are not very close to attractions and sight seeing. The Sky tree shopping complex is close (10 min walk) by however this is premium/ upmarket area so you it can be expensive.There are two Convenient Stores are close by and a few restaurants (the Indian restaurant is good value for money) if you are looking to be modest with your spending.
