• Giulia (6/5): - La posizione, centrale e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla M3, è davvero ottima. L’appartamento è grande e generalmente ben fornito di tutto. Il proprietario è molto reattivo. L’appartamento ha decisamente bisogno di essere ristrutturato e sembra che non venga pulito di fondo da un po’, per cui la sporcizia emerge molto velocemente. La bocchetta della doccia è rotta, per cui l’acqua schizza da tutte le parti. Ho contattato il proprietario al riguardo, che mi ha detto che l’avrebbe sistemata, ma non è mai stata sistemata. Per questo motivo ho evitato di contattarlo anche per altri malfunzionamenti, come ad esempio le piastre della cucina: di due piastre solo una funziona, il che è un problema per chi prende un appartamento perché ha bisogno della cucina. Dentro all’appartamento c’è odore di fumo di sigaretta.

• Lali (3/5): A bit far from the center, with some maintenance and cleanliness concerns - The apartment is located in about 20 minutes on bus drive to the city center (Syntagma and other touristic places). There are nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The bathroom, kitchen furniture, and facilities are somewhat outdated. Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. The host mentioned that fumigation is done regularly, but it didn’t seem effective in our case. I wanted to cancel the reservation, but the price was non-refundable. If you're sensitive to hygiene and cleanliness, especially in older properties, it's a good idea to check with the host in advance to ensure any pest issues have been fully resolved. Also, make sure to clarify what the resolution would be if you encounter pests during your stay, especially if the booking is non-refundable.
• ANDRONIKI (8/5): Διαμονή σε κεντρικό σημείο με καλή τιμή - Το καλύτερο για το διαμέρισμα είναι ότι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά στη στάση μετρό Αμπελοκήπων. Γύρω υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, πιτσαρίες, καφέ, μπαρ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ισόγειο, καθαρό με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ο κλιματισμός λειτουργούσε καλά αν και έκανε λίγο θόρυβο. Δεν υπάρχει πιστολάκι μαλλιών και δεν είναι ανακαινισμένο (μπάνιο και κουζίνα). Αλλά η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής είναι πολύ καλή.

• Johansson (10/5): Exceptional - It was nice because I was never disturbed by anyone and so I had lots of privacy. Air canditioner worked well in the bedroom. Close location to the grocery store including when going to the subway station. Air conditioner was a little bit too noisy in the room with the TV although cooling worked good! It's possible the machine needs a new filter. I wasn't used to sleeping in a bed with the current type of mattress, this is always tricky when renting a new apartment like this, but I did manage to sleep.
• Janet (10/5): Excellent location and great value for money - Perfect location. Very close to the metro. Vibrant neighbourhood. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a self-catering stay in Athens. A hairdryer would have been great but otherwise perfect.
