• Giulia (7/5): Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e luminoso ma un po’ umido. - Ottima posizione, in un elegante e tranquillo quartiere pieno di caffè, ristorantini e piccoli alimentari. Ambienti spaziosi e un bel terrazzo luminoso e ben arredato. Piuttosto umida, non c’è riscaldamento (solo la pompa di calore) e gli infissi sono alquanto vecchi e non isolano dall’umidità. Avendo trovato qualche giorno di pioggia e brutto tempo questo ha causato un po’ di disagio. Il bagno è decisamente troppo piccolo.

• Sara (10/5): Very comfortable spacious apartment in a great part of town. - Spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood but with bars, cafes and groceries close by. Short walk to the metro that goes to the airport. The balcony is huge and lovely spot to chill out on. Could do with an extra plug point next to the bed for phone charging. The shower tends to flood a bit in the bathroom.

Appartment in toller stadtnaher Lage mit großem Balkon. Gut ausgestattet. Das Duschbad ist sehr eng und niedrig, aber wes ist alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Harris was a fantastic and generous host - helpful with check-in, and provided a transfer service to the airport including a coffee and snack stop!

• Frank (9/5): Lovely apartment in quiet area of Athens - Lovely very well equipped apartment in a quiet residential area of Athens near the metro but away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The balcony was superb and an added bonus. Might be a bit away from the centre for some but it was perfect for us as we wanted somewhere quiet.

• Gillian (8/5): The bed was very comfortable, convenient location but does need to be maintained a bit better. The TV remote control kep - Location, location location. It is perfect for Kolonaki Sq and surrounding museums and the National Gallery Some basic maintenance is required. The curtains/net curtains in both the bedroom and sitting room were hanging out of their eyes ie the hooks were not attached. Something simple which should have been addressed. The kitchen lacks a few basic items….no kitchen scissors, no paring knives, no bread knife other than a large knife not suitable for much! A baking tray for the oven would be useful and a cutting board. Having stayed in March with still cooler nights, bedding provided was not warm enough. I had to borrow a duvet from a relative. Suggest this is addressed if the apartment is in use at colder times of the year.

• Brano (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, only a walking distance to the city centre and all the sights. The flat was very clean and tastefully furnished, with the air conditioning in every room which was greatly appreciated. It also has a large terrace which we enjoyed in the evenings.
• Alexander (7/5): Good - Location and rooms/kitchen No microwave oven and Harris failed to inform us that water heater is not automatic and you have to turn on a certain switch ( not in English) to activate it. He should not assume that we understand Greek or that we know how the heater system operates in Athens

Large enough flat, also equipped to do some work away from home and a huge balcony to have some rest.

Full details with photos were provided before check-in with all entry instructions clearly laid out. Apartment has lift access to the 4th floor. Close to metro station, cable car and quite a few museums. Metro station is two stops to Acropolis. A good flat walk to the changing of the guard..go at 11am Sunday for the best ceremony. A comfortable large double bed but could do with a fitted sheet. There were a couple of minor issues which were attended too swiftly.

• Tom (10/5): A wonderful stay in one of the nicest bits of Athens - Love the style of the apartment and the location. Beautiful area of Athens with a great range of restaurants and shops nearby. Byzantine museum (amazing) a few mins walk. Syntagma ten mins, Acropolis and National Archaeological museum (both amazing) 30 mins walk. The water in the loo sometimes got a little off colour, I think because of how the plumbing works in the building. But a tiny thing overall.

Clean & comfy! - On the 4th floor of an apartment building in the centre of Kolonaki, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The apartment was bigger than expected, with a huge balcony. Very clean, with a comfy bed. Communcation with host was easy. We were met by a lovely young lady that showed us into the apartment and switched on air con. The bathroom is small however it's still totally fine!

Spacious living area and bedroom. Air conditioning worked well. Has a lovely large balcony to enjoy a coffee or drink. The bathroom is very small but modern and functional. Host was very responsive and checkin was easy. Just a couple of points to note...firstly no washing machine which may not impact everyone. And the bathroom is very small but modern and clean.

Couldn’t recommend it more. - It was a great apartment for a 9 day stay - located in a quiet street in the middle of Kolonaki, with plenty of great spots to eat and shop in the neighborhood, and easy access to the subway to explore more of Athens. The apartment itself is perfect - nice livingroom with comfortable couch, a lovely balcony and a small but well equiped kitchen and bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and slept great for the whole trip. Didn’t meet the host in person but he was extremely responsive by phone and helpful with every question. I would highly recommend this place if you want to explore Athens for a few days. Some other reviews mentioned some construction across the street, which is indeed still going on but didn’t notice any noise during the stay.

• Natalie (9/5): Superb - The flat is very conveniently located in Kolonaki neighbourhood of Athens, which is pretty much walking distance to everything. Evangelismos tube station is just a 5 minute walk and it's just a short walk to Syntagma square, Ermou street, Monastiraki and even the Parthenon (that will take a bit longer, but it's great walking around the city center). Parking is a bit of a challenge (which is the case everywhere in Athens), however there are quite a few private parkings around, which will accept parking there with a daily fee. The flat was exceptionally clean, very nicely decorated and had everything needed for a very pleasant stay, including an amazing balcony! Our host was very helpful and always available. If you are looking for a nice flat in Athens, especially if you enjoy the buzz of Athens, Kolonaki is the place to be! Nothing that I can think of

Also excellently located in a quaint neighbourhood, lots of excellent cafes and restaurants close by. 10-15 min walk into central Athens. Loved it. Not the hosts or property’s fault at all, but there were construction works across the road, which the sound proofing wasn’t able to keep out, so very noisy. Especially first thing in the morning.

Close to lots of bars and restaurant as well as some tourist attractions. Our host was easy to contact and always available if needed A little noisy construction work in the am that woke us up.
• Yoswog (8/5): Great location and super clean - The location is great, with many cafes, bars, restaurants and nice shops nearby, and within walking distance to Syntagma Square, the Plaka and Acropolis. The apartment was immaculately clean, having two rooms was great as my wife had to work online late one night, and the bed was very comfortable. There was construction work in the building across the street, so very noisy at times, particularly when jackhammering. Closing the doors to the balcony kept the noise down fairly well, but we couldn't really use the balcony, which was a pity.

There is currently some building work going on opposite the flat. This did not disturb us too much, but I would recommend taking ear plugs for the time being

Also close to Evangelismos metro station (one stop away from Athens centre - still very walkable distance). The apartment was spotless, it is ideal for a couple traveling to Athens for business or leisure. Host was very polite and helpful. I would stay here again. The bathroom is a bit small.
