• Sonya (6/5): Good location but need more attention in bed higiene - Location is good. Kitchen full equipement, got washing machine We stayed 4 nights. First night we slept the bed sheet did not comfortable and feels itchy. So the next day we took it to laundry and after that ok.

Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Cuisine tres peu équipée. La poêle était inutilisable. Même pas une dosette de café à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue mais l'isolation n’etait pas trop mauvaise

• Koupil (1/5): Safety - The interior looked like the photos And the check-in process was functional. The location (Omonia) is extremely dangerous and unsuitable for tourists. We experienced aggressive behavior and were followed by groups of people right at the building’s entrance. I had to shout to defend my safety just to get inside. Open drug use and drug dealing were happening directly on the street. The apartment itself had serious safety and technical issues. The induction cooktop was cracked on both burners and emitted a strong burning smell when turned on, which is a significant fire hazard. The shower was missing its door, leading to water flooding the floor. The host completely ignored our safety concerns, claimed there are no dangerous areas in Athens, and even had the audacity to ask for a 10/10 review after we had to flee the property for our safety.

Apartament 20m2 -w porządku z małymi bolączkami, które można by łatwo naprawić: - brak drzwi kabiny prysznicowej, trzeba uważać aby nie zalać łazienki - popękana płyta w kuchnii, działa ale prawdopodobnie przez uszkodzenie ma mała moc i ciężko coś zagotować - błaha rzecz: pusta butelka na płyn do mycia. Gdy ktoś nie będzie miał swojego to nie będzie czym umyć się. Być może tylko ja miałem takiego pecha.

• Sosnowski (7/5): Kompromisowe studio w centrum w świetnej cenie. - Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja w kolorowej dzielnicy Aten "czynnej" prawie 24h. Duży, słoneczny taras na wschodnią stronę. Elektryczna płyta kuchenna dobra do gotowania posiłków. Czysta łazienka. Dostęp do pralki w korytarzu. Świetna cena względem lokalizacji. Fatalna geometria studia, brak szafy, mało garnków, bardzo porysowana, stara patelnia na wyposażeniu. Ogrzewanie tylko klimatyzacją. Samo otwierające się drzwi łazienki, zacinające się drzwi na balkon.

Do centrum ok. 20 minut pieszo - Pokój w miarę przestronny, wygodne łóżko, pościel czysta, wyjście na balkon - Aneks kuchenny i lodówka w pokoju - Duży prysznic - Czyste 4 ręczniki - Działa klimatyzacja, co prawda z racji, że byliśmy w lutym, używaliśmy funkcji nagrzewania i było super - Pokój na 7 piętrze, ale w budynku jest winda - Instrukcja odebrania kluczy jasna, świetny kontakt z właścicielem poprzez booking - Brudny materac, na który nałożone były dwa prześcieradła ,,żeby nie było widać” - Brak okna w łazience, przez co po każdej kąpieli wszystko w łazience zaparowane i wilgotne - Brak zamykanej szyby od prysznica, przez co wylewała się woda na podłogę, ale podkładaliśmy ręczniki i było ok

• Chika Daniel (8/5): Great value for money - It is very close to the center and metro lines. It had an air conditioner which I think is very important especially during the hot weather season(summer). It was clean and the provided utilities worked well. The hosts gave a very clear instruction on how to get there and into the flat. Although the environment was a bit different from the main areas. It was safe and nobody tried to be funny. It’s good value for your money. -

• Kadar Ahmednur Mohamed (4/5): Leisure - I didn’t like the place, because the warm water was not working at all in the toilet. The mattress was with dead insects and I saw it with my eyes. I turned on the TV but was not working.

The bed sheets were not very clean either, and the pillowcase had a blood stain, so I had to cover it with my own towel.

• Eva (3/5): No volvería - El apartamento es aceptable si solo vas a ir a dormir, en cualquier otro caso no. Lo bueno: Está limpio y está a 10 minutos andando del mismo centro. Lo malo: las vistas del apartamento son a un patio interior lleno de palomares que mejor no asomarse. El barrio es como el barrio rojo, da un poco de miedo el panorama y mejor no llegar solo ni de noche. Resumen, si vas justo de dinero y quieres algo limpio para solo dormir OK. Cualquier otro caso, no hay necesidad.

• Hakim (8/5): Great studio shame about the location and services ! - Lovely studio clean and fresh! No towels or room cleaning or bed changing offered in my 4 day stay! The apartment IS NOT NEAR MONASTRAKI.. only in a city the size of Athens would you claim it’s near .the impression that monastraki is next door is not correct . . It’s 6 euros in a taxi at night to get back from the real place with that name

• Yanka (4/5): Not good for summer. Air con not working! - Good size room for couple. I liked that there were at least fridge so we can keep cold drinks in. It was unbreathable! The air con it's not working properly was nightmare to sleep.The pillows were thin like a cardboard not comfortable to sleep at all. The terrace was so dirty couldn't stay out at all. TV not functioning at all. Very dangerous area, especially night time felt like Pakistan instead of Greece.

The address for the property on the Booking site was incorrect. The neighborhood was sketchy. The deadbolt on the front door of the apartment got stuck and we were locked inside for one hour.

The apartment is in the dirtiest, most dangerous and overall worst neighborhood in Athens with heroin addicts, prostitutes and homeless people literally right outside the apartment building. It may be 3 or 4 subway stops away from Monastiraki but being advertised next to it is just a tourist trap

• Patrick (7/5): Good - A little tricky finding the place. It involved a sequence of timed messages from the manager, like a puzzle you are solving in a sketchy neighborhood. Definitely use Google maps, since Apple maps seems to be confused about the address. The studio is perfectly functional, it is 4 blocks from the metro at Omonoi or a 20 minute walk from Monastiraki which has music and food besides ruins.
• Valentin (10/5): 5* - It was great 😃👍 the studio was very welcoming, it gave me a nice, familiar feeling! The staff, the lady that I meet there was very friendly and professional and so the person who sent me the the indications for going there and reaching for the keys. They were clear and easy to understand! I don't know other people's opinions about the area, but I knew the neighborhood from years ago and I had no problems there, no one bothered me. The studio it's situated very close to the center, you are in walking distance from everything. There are too many shops, restaurants (there is a nice place just downstairs, at the entrance and they had some very tasty chicken crispy 😋the one with green). You are close to Monastiraki, which I visited almost every day and to the main streets heading to the other neighborhoods of Athens. If you love closing the day by going for a ride, take the Acharnon/Patision street and just go..drive straight, just stay on the main street as much as you want and then come back, simple and very relaxing(drive to Nea Filadelfia, find a parking spot, go to one of the nice restaurants, tavern's, coffee shops and then come back). 🅿️ was ok to park in front, the tavern's owner assured me that nothing will happen and I had also used a private parking (there are maybe more to chose from) the best one is if you continue straight up until the end of the street, Parking Βαρβακείου Αγοράς Varvakeios Municipal Parking. It is nice, modern and very cheap (Small tip: go the the last floor -4, not so many cars there and no matter how crowded the first floors will be, you will feel safe to leave it there). I enjoyed my little apartment, I was close to everything that I needed or to the streets heading directly to my destinations. I wanna thank the owner and the nice lady that I meet! I will definitely come back in the summer 🏝️🌞 and stay there again, for a longer period! ✌️😃 Enjoy!

• Anxhela (7/5): I liked it, the apartment was in a very good location - Its was okay, not to bad Not too clean, and it was difficult to open the locker to get the keys, please change the lockers in the entrance
• Martina (5/5): A bed and a toilet in a very sketchy area. - Air con, it has a bed and a toilet. There is multiple door to get in the apartment so at least you feel safe in the very sketchy area you are in. Please please if you are a single/couple girls or a family do not stay at this property, the area around and just under the building feels very unsafe and it’s full of homeless/ladies of the night. Me and my partner felt really uncomfortable to walk in the night or even in the morning as some people would not keep to themself. The room is not well kept at all, you only get 2 very thin pillows, the WiFi is not great at all, the bathroom had a really bad smell since we got in, there is absolutely no way to keep the light out in the morning so at 6 it’s fully bright in the room. Also to get the keys it’s pretty easy but the box you need to get the keys from is attached to a random pole next to a tree covered in dirt where everybody can see you and you attract a lot of attention.

• Bachana (4/5): Expensive & not value for money! - Kitchen, Fridge, and Shower Communication with the property owner or manager! I needed help even if I read the instructions how to self-check in. I messaged them on Booking and I phoned them. On booking they never responded to my questions. Also, a phone call, was never responded. Elevator was malfunctioning, I got stuck in it. The door to the balcony does not close well or does not close at all. The air conditioner is too cold, even on 25 degree option.

• Karol (5/5): Passable - -very clean -nice, new bathroom -easy way to get the keys, good instructions from the owner -close to the metro station -washing machine -the view from the balcony was a disaster (there are 3 different rooms, I dont know how it looks like in other rooms, but in the room that we stayed was disaster, no possible to sit on a balcony) -very small, lot smaller than on pictures -very noisy, if guests in other rooms were talking, we couldn't sleep -bed sheets are too small, if you stay for one night maybe its not so big problem, but for longer stay it was very uncomfortable -in a kitchen there are basic things, but no coffee maker, no toster, no scissors
• Jorden (9/5): Superb - The location was close to the central fountains. Food of many kinds are nearby and it is walking distance from many museums and the Acropolis. Almost anything you want you can find nearby. Blankets and towels were provided by the host. The shower was fantastic! Everything was very clean.
• Anna (8/5): Great apartment, clean and functional, area well situated but a bit dodgey - The apartment itself was lovely, clean with a good sized bathroom and space to cook. Overall we were very comfortable and it was exactly what we needed. In terms of the apartment, very little. Our only gripe was the sheet was not fitted and was a bit too small for the bed so was constantly coming off. As we had a longer stay, so it would have been really nice to have had instructions on waste disposal on arrival as well. The area is a bit dodgey, not very touristy and felt less friendly than some of the other central areas of Athens, also while we were there, there were a few patches down various streets (including quite large ones) where people were taking drugs openly. So I'd highly recommend for anyone staying there if you're walking about to head towards Omonia Metro and go from there to avoid those areas.

• Merab (5/5): Not worth it - The normal apartment, rather small then I used to stay. A balcony was a plus. Some coffee cafeterias nearby to get a decent coffee in the morning. Although it seemed to be central location, we found out later that it was the wost district in Athens. A bit dangerous too. Lot's of homeless people around, which were either drank or.on drugs. Not the best thing one wanna see on a vacation. Plus there were many prostitutes on the streets nearby. I wouldn't stay in that room or nearby neighborhood if I were with a child, or on a honeymoon. Well, I would avoid the area in any case! Regarding the host, there wasn't a hairdryer in the apartment, when I asked to the host to provide one, he refused, saying that previously it was stolen. Well, it is bad experience but doesn't really rational to refuse providing a hairdryer to your host. I mean, there were an iron, plates, other kitchen stuff, but the host was afraid that someone will still a hairdryer, which actually can be monted on the wall. Very strange, why he doesn't have a wall installed hairdryer. I would live without an iron for say, but a hairdryer is a must.

It s not a hotel but could be more pleasant , like having so - Sort of close to the city center Bad area, too hard to get inside the room. Tv not working. No soap available. A lot of dust underneath the bed. The code for the second door I received on the area day in the email wasn’t matching . There was no indication wich was actually my room. Had to call for the code and the level of english is very poor.

• Sherwani (6/5): Regret - nothings The location is very doggy my car glasses been broken twice on main street because its full of doggy people, the shower window hasn’t even covered or kitchen facilities was way old and useless the mattress and pillows was 0 and the building is like a shade place to walk in which is not even close to be rental apartments i have stayed 9 days with full of regret
• Anahit (7/5): Good - Property was nice and clean. Good for couple of nights. The location was in close proximity to the central attractions; however the street was smelly, dirty, with lots of homelessness, junkies, etc.
• Mark (5/5): I will never stay in this area again dangerous is an understatement - The apartment was ok air-conditioning was good I wish to tell people who don't know like I didn't the area is the heaviest drug slum and prostitution zone it is very dangerous and sad drug addictis Infront of the main door injecting meth and heroin and doing alot of disturbing things. I am a worldwide backpacker and have see wierd stuff and been dangerous counties but I was shocked and disappointed and felt unsafe .its a very sad place
