• Rautenbach (8/5): - Location. Very clean. We were not informed to switch the geyser on. That will help to know that, and the keybox description was confusing. We were informed to look for a keyboard with a star, there were another with a star.
• LIDIA (9/5): - Super apartament, że wszystkim czego potrzeba, jest nawet pralka. Z salonu i jednej sypialni wyjście na duży taras. Z kuchni i drugiej sypialni wyjścia na mały balkonik. Mieszkanie na 3 piętrze ale w budynku jest winda. Bezproblemowy odbiór i zwrot kluczy. Przed przyjazdem dostaliśmy informację gdzie znajduje się skrzynka i jaki jest kod. Położenie 3min od deptaku pod Akropolem, do stacji metra Akropol max 10 min spacerem. W pobliżu dwa sklepy spożywcze.

Dobry dostęp z ulicy. Czysto. Brakuje dbałości. Przecieka prysznic, cieknie spod pralki, szuflady się nie domykają. Kran chlapie.

• Konstantina (5/5): Καλή τοποθεσία - βρώμικο μπαλκόνι - Τρομερή τοποθεσία μόλις λίγα λεπτά από την ακρόπολη Το μπαλκόνι δεν ήταν καθαρό ώστε να μπορείς να αράξεις έξω , επίσης τα κάγκελα είχαν αρκετή σκουριά , το μπάνιο είναι αρκετά μικρό και από το ντουζ κάπου έχει ένα άνοιγμα και φεύγουν τα νερά ανεξέλεγκτα στο πάτωμα .
• Yağmur (8/5): - Konumu güzel, merkezi ve sessiz bir sokakta. Etrafta market, kafe ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Ev sahibinin iletişimi. Çamaşır makinesi ve deterjan olması. Asansör. Balkonda iki adet çamaşırlıkta havlular ve yastık kılıfları asılıydı ve biz kaldığımız süre boyunca (4 gece) öylece balkonda asılı durdular. Biz bir tanesini kullanmak için üzerindeki çamaşırları kenara almak durumunda kaldık. Bizim kullandıklarımız da böyle günlerce balkonda klima motorunun önünde durdu herhalde diye düşündük. Klima sadece salonda var, kapılar açık yatarsanız yaz aylarında sorun olmuyor.

• Miranda F (5/5): It's all about the location. Only short stays recommended. - The location (proximity to the Acropolis) couldn't be much better! We stayed for a long weekend. We were told when we arrived that the WiFi was out and we never had use of it during our entire stay. The beds are very firm and there is no convenient place to store clothes as the few drawers in the bedroom are taken up by extra linens. The Paulopoulos artwork on the wall in the bedroom is not appropriate for children. In the main part of the unit, there is no seating for four people to eat at a table together. Fewer couches and coffee tables would make room for a small dining table. The front of the dishwasher was missing and there is no microwave in the kitchen. SO many issues with the bathroom. The toilet seat was the wrong size (too small) and loose. The bathroom space is small, and there is no place to hang towels (it should be easy to put some hooks on the door). There is no counter space at all around the sink - I recommend moving the washer over and adding a small shelf. The bottom of the top drawer under the sink (the only useful space) was falling out and getting in the way of being able to open it. The temperature of the hot water is dangerously hot. Lastly, the a/c compressor kept the temperature in the main area very comfortable, however it leaked water on the balcony where the dry rack was kept.
• Jonathan Vella (4/5): Great location but issues with cleanliness+internet+aircon+comms made our stay disappointing. - Great location, but that is as far as it goes for this apartment. Unfortunately, there was no internet available throughout our 5-day stay, which was quite inconvenient. The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired—there was visible mold in the shower and noticeable dust under the bed and on several surfaces. Communication with the host was slow and unresponsive at times. Additionally, the property had just one air conditioning unit to service the entire apartment, which was insufficient given the typical July heat in Athens, with temperatures regularly exceeding 35°C.
• Ruwen (9/5): Superb - Wifi was down so we couldn't use it but the owner was eager to fix it. Also air-condition didn't work that well.
• Karin (10/5): Perfect location, quiet and clean - This apartment is simple, clean and the location cannot be beat - it’s so close to the Acropolis and the charming streets of Plaka. There’s a terrific bakery just a couple blocks away, and you can enjoy your pastries and breads on the spacious balcony. For a city apartment, it was also incredibly quiet inside when the doors and windows were shut. We are also so grateful to the manager/owner, who saved us when we were preparing to leave for the airport. We didn’t realize a taxi strike had begun a day before, and she quickly arranged a car for us when we couldn’t find any other way. There was a minor glitch when we arrived at nearly 1am after 24 hours of travel - the lockbox code we were given for the key to get in the apartment was incorrect, and we briefly panicked about having to find a hotel. But the manager promptly responded even at that hour with the right code. Phew!
• Durmus (8/5): Very good - Good communication from the host, super comfy and just 2 streets down from the Acropolis. Good wifi and basic stuff we needed were there. Everything was clean! It was clean for sure but we expected to see bed sheets more white. They were still white but started to turn grey which would make people think they are not clean. Maybe changing them with new ones would be good. Still, it was clean and super comfy!!!

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect. Close to metro, tram and bus. Just 2 minutes walk from Acropolis and all sights you need to visit in Athens. A lot of restaurants and shops are around the corner. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedrooms and big living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is also big balcony with chairs and table. Hot water and heating with no limits. The check in is very simple, You get all the information you need early enough to feel comfortable. We could even leave our luggage few hours earlier before checking in. The owners made no problems and we're very helpful. The price was really, really good and it's really in the perfect neighbourhood. We were 4 persons and it was perfect for us. We can really recommend the Art point under Acropolis apartment. Everything was perfect.
• Georgia (5/5): Dirty - Good location near acropolis The shower was full of mould and was not thoroughly cleaned (the photo attached shows the state of the shower on our first day, BEFORE we used the shower). The towels provided had 2 strands of HAIR on them. Additionally, upon arrival, we found a dozen of fully wet towels hanging on a clothing rack in the living room area. This was both unhygienic and unpleasant, as the towels caused the entire house to have a musty smell. I don't understand why they left them there! Why shall I bother with a dozen of wet towels upon arriving to my accomodation? This is so unprofessional from you. What is more, we found a spider web with ants on the ceiling of the one bedroom, and, the bathroom area had a big water paddle on the floor from the heated towel rail that kept leaking water. While looking for my slippers under the bed, I realised that the floor under the bed wasn't vacuumed for weeks! It was full of dust! These issues significantly impacted our experience and the flat fell far below our expected standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Our suggestion is for you is to give much more attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the place.

• Marcin (10/5): Exceptional - Very neat apartment, in a great location. Just a few minutes from the Acropolis. Fully equipped with everything necessary (including washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning). Plus great contact with the owners. I highly recommend it.
• Catarina (10/5): Recommended stay in Athens - The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice facilities to prepare light meals. It has a large balcony, fantastic for breakfast or evening meals, which compensates the lack of an eating area inside. The wifi was also good. AC only in the living room. The location is great; a 15min walk to the entrance of the acropolis and to the restaurants and shops of Plaka. We arrived 2 days later at the property but that was no issue for the host. The communication with the host was easy before arrival and during the stay. The host let us leave late afternoon as our flight was at night, which was very much appreciated after a day visiting Athens. Lack of AC in the rooms

• Judith (9/5): Brilliant location, lovely little apartment - Will definitely return - Centrally situated - most attractions were no more than 15/20 minutes walk away and only 5 minutes walk from the acropolis. Some lovely local restaurants and bars a stones throw away. The apartment was well furnished with all areas covered in terms of kitchen equipment, washing machine and a great sized outdoor terrace. The property itself was fabulous. Only very small personal notes that I had were - mirrors in the bedroom as the only one is on the bathroom, - a larger ironing board as the table top one is hard to use when ironing a dress - and a hook on the bathroom / Bedroom doors door for towels.

• Ailen (8/5): Great location - Excellent location. Comfortable apartment equipped with everything that’s needed for a short stay. Reasonable size and big balcony. Has an elevator and host is contactable via WhatsApp. The check in process could be improved. I had to chase the host for instructions via WhatsApp which is fine, but if you are coming from overseas without Internet, late at night and/or don’t speak English this can be quite problematic. Hot water has to be turned on in advance and off every time you want to use it, which can be hard to remember if this is not what you are used to. It does work fine if you do turn it on 20 minutes before using it.

• Jack (8/5): Marvelous location to be based in for visit to Athens. - Location is great, just south of the Acropolis and 5 minute walk to Acropolis Museum. Apartment comfortable. Beds comfortable. Bedrooms a little small but living room comfortable to hang out in. Good restaurants and a great bakery within 5-10 minute walk. Balcony spacious. Was very happy to have stayed here.
