• Cristiane (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, Tonia is an amazing host. Since the first contact, she was so kind and helpful. Self-checking was easy. The apartment is located in a very good location with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby. Very comfortable and pleasant, the apartment has everything someone could need. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom and facilities OK. For a good stay in Athens, I strongly recommend this option.

• Diana (10/5): Sweet studio with all facilities! - The studio is so colorful and nicely decorated. Everything is there including iron, hairdryer or even Netflix! I guess similarly to other places in old buildings in Athens, you can hear the noises from the neighbors.

• Julie (8/5): Good clean stay with washing machine - it’s a good price ratio, I choose because it has washing machine as I needed to refresh between my travels, there was washing powder. Also it had all toiletries that you might need including makeup remover. I also liked that neighbourhood felt save. the smell of moisture
• Charalampos (9/5): Good value for money, nicely decorated. - Building is very well located, off Leoforos Alexandras, not too far from Pedion Tou Areos, National Archaeological Museum, and city center. 20 mins walk to Monastiraki. Everything was pretty good about it. Nicely decorated, clean, and with pretty much anything you need. Good communication, instruction procedures, as well. Pleasant manager. Overall, good value for money. You have to boil the heater, for at least 20 mins, before you go in for a shower. I guess it makes sense, since it's not a hotel, to not use gas, for instant hot water. Also the apartment is ground floor. Which can be, noisy in the night, when people enter the building, or go up and down the stairs. Don't expect a balcony view either. It's a cute little space outside, but gets cut off, by the higher level behind it.
• Gabrielle (6/5): Good value for money but the location is a bit far from the main sites (Plaka, the Acropolis etc) - We liked that the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. Also, the air conditioner was effective. The bed was decently comfortable and it wasn’t a noisy neighbourhood. The location was further out than the listing made out (maybe I should have studied it on the map a bit more); I wouldn’t recommend this flat to a single woman as the area seemed a bit dodgy (even though we didn’t run into any trouble). The apartment block smelt of smoke (not necessarily the fault of the host because the actual flat didn’t smell but our clothes now have a bit of a smoky scent to them). The shower situation wasn’t great as, even though we followed instructions to heat up the water tank before switching on the shower, the hot water ran out very quickly. Also, as the shower wasn’t fully contained by a glass surround, water got onto the floor and the toilet so we had to wear sandals in order to enter the bathroom. The towels seemed to stay damp due to improper ventilation and it was a bit unpleasant having to dry off with towels that still felt somewhat wet. Lastly, we were awoken quite early by loud drilling noise in the next door apartment. Although this wasn’t the host’s fault, she could have informed us in advance as we would have reconsidered our booking.

• Min (8/5): Good location, wonderful host and value for money - This cute studio apartment suits a solo traveller like me. Has almost everything I wanted (except microwaves). Most attraction places took me about 30mins to walk, which helps me to explore the area. The host is very informative and helpful, responds to all questions very quickly. Value for money. Sound proof. Two men talked in the middle night somewhere within the building or at the balcony, affected my sleep. But this only happened once during 5 days.

• Andreas (10/5): All you can wish for nearby Athen's city centre. - Really close to Platia Exarchion and only 20-30 minutes by feet to reach all ancient sights and / or the city centre. Washing machine included, if needed. The apartment itself is very clean and provides you with the same comfort as if you selected a hotel room - plus a giant wardrobe. Make sure to check Tonia's recommendations. Nothing. Given that the apartment is located on the ground floor of a building close to a hill it might be a little dark for some visitors. But since I only looked for a place to sleep, shower and having breakfast it wasn't any problem for me.
