• MichaellaAresti (10/5): Great place - The place was clean and comfortable, we had really good communication with the host. It is very close to the train station (10 minute walk). The only downside is the area, it gets a bit sketchy at night. We didn't have any issues but we were told to be cautious by some friends.

• ELENI (10/5): Κεντρικό αλλα απόλυτα ήσυχο. Εξαιρετική επιλογη διαμονής - Καλαίσθητο, καθαρό περιποιμένο δωμάτιο. Άνετο κρεβάτι. Σε κεντρικό σημείο της Αθήνας δίνοντας εύκολη προσβαση σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Μολονότι σε κεντρικό δρόμο, πραγματικά πολύ ήσυχο. Ο οικοδεσμότης εξαιρετικός, έλυσε άμεσα ένα μικροπροβληματακι που μου προέκυψε. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω σε επόμενα ταξίδια μου στην Αθήνα!
• Aryaman (7/5): Mr Dimitris nice man and absolutely he was gentleman… - It was small but clean and I think you have enough things you need.! Bed is comfortable big and nice. Hot water is very good.! everything was good.! I’m very very sensitive about any noise.! If you’re not as much as I am then it’s best place for you..!

• Mazzetto (7/5): - Bella stanza, piccola ma funzionale per il viaggio di 4 giorni che abbiamo fatto ad Atene, presenza di mini frigorifero per raffreddare cibo e bevande, letto comodo e presenza di 2 balconi, uno interno palazzo e uno verso la strada, vicinanza con la fermata della metro (10-15 minuti a piedi) e fermate dei bus La zona non è particolarmente scomoda da un punto di vista della posizione in quanto vicina alla metro che in 2 fermate ti porta in centro, unica nota negativa è che ti notte ci è stato sconsigliato di prendere la metro per tornare dal centro, motivo per cui usavamo i Taxi

• Ad (8/5): Excellent budget friendly place ......... - Accessibility by public transport & for disabled, nice hotel room. Café, restaurants, bars & supermarkets just across the street with 5 to 10 minutes of walk. Nice host. Excellent Budget place, but ...(Read the next part). The apartment is located in a commercial property that closes in the evening. Apart from the neighbouring apartments used as a hotel room by the same host, almost everything closes in the evening. The lift & staircase have no lights working on any of the floors, except the ground floor. However, they have to be operated by switch. The solution is simple - keep a light on around sunset on the 5th floor.

• Joanna (10/5): Great clean apartment - The location was great, metro station 10 min walk from the apartment and 2 close bus stations. Dimitri met me at the door and welcomed me, the apartment was super clean and amazing

I thought I had read somewhere that there would be a nice view from the balcony, which turned out not to be the case—but maybe I just misunderstood. He met us at the property with the keys making the check in and out process very easy. Room is equipt with everything including a balcony. All went very well & would stay again if in athens. Very little not to like. Only downside was road noise but it's a city so to be expected.
