• Demetrio (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno a pochi passi dal Museo dell’Acropoli - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B trovandolo complessivamente molto piacevole e ben curato. L’arredamento è moderno, accogliente e di buon gusto, e si nota una buona attenzione alla manutenzione e alla pulizia degli ambienti. Il materasso matrimoniale è risultato particolarmente confortevole, permettendo un ottimo riposo. Molto apprezzata anche la dotazione della struttura: sia i grandi che i piccoli elettrodomestici sono numerosi e ben funzionanti, rendendo il soggiorno pratico e comodo. Un ulteriore punto a favore è la presenza di molti punti di ricarica per dispositivi elettronici, davvero utili per chi viaggia con più apparecchi. Come suggerimento di miglioramento, segnalo l’impossibilità di collegarsi al Wi-Fi: la rete risultava funzionante, ma non è stata fornita la password corretta e quella riportata sul router non consentiva l’accesso. Inoltre, sarebbe utile rendere più visibile la numerazione dello smart box installato all’esterno del portone dell’edificio, così da facilitare l’accesso agli ospiti. • MARIUS (10/5): Visit Athens - Central location, very good to visit historical sites of Athens! Lots of restaurants,taverns,good for shopping. Cleaning and utilities was excellent everything exactly like in description, strongly recommended. For us,family of two adults and a child 13 years old was very good 7 days holiday! The weather helped us and we visited all what we planned! Confortable beds,we slept well even it was a very busy traffic at Leoforos Andreia Siggrou! Strongly recommend to everyone!
• Justyna (7/5): Overall OK, but - the location is very good, main bed is big and quite comfortable, the apartament is cold (in march) but there are several heaters, overall the experience was OK the instructions inside are outdated, none of the links worked, we didn't have wifi for the first 2 days, the apartment is quite damp, there is some mold in the bathroom and one day a big piece of ice fell off the freezer in the fridge, which caused it to leak. at night it's noisy from the street - the windows could be tighter, although it didn't bother us that much. we couldn't turn off some of the lights in the hall which might be an issue for light-sensitive people. the name is random - the view is onto the street.

• Juriy (9/5): - Расположение абсолютно идеальное. Вы в пяти минутах ходьбы от Акрополя и его Музея, с балкона квартиры виден Парфенон и холм Ликабен. Почти напротив есть магазинчик, работающий до 23-00 и вообще в окрестностях есть всё, что вам может понадобиться, включая доступ к главной артерии города. Сама квартира замечательная. Уютные кровати, полностью оборудованная кухня, два санузла. Идеальная чистота. Отзывчивый и понимающий владелец. Есть неочевидный момент: если солнечный бойлер не справляется с нагревом воды, можно включить электрический - но до этого приходится догалаться самостоятельно, заглянув в щиток - в котором есть инструкция. После этого комфорт становится полным. За исключением... (см. Недостатки). Единственный минус как бысне очень зависит от владельца - зимой и весной в квартире холодно. Есть два обогревателя, которые позволяют закрыть двери и подогреть комнаты перед сном, но они стремительно остывают. Кондиционеры на подогрев работают крайне нехотно и вырубаются примерно через 30-40тминут работы. Повторюсь, это немвинамвладельцев, а природные условия и плюсы с лихвой перевешивают минусы, но к этому нужно быть готовыми.

• Dawid (8/5): Overall, it's okay. But we won't rent there again. And the reminders and nagging about checking out are embarras - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable. Everything was as described. Contact with the staff was somewhat difficult when it came to answering more complex questions. When searching for an apartment in Athens, one of our priorities was parking, as we were traveling through the Balkans by car. In short, this apartment doesn't have parking! You'll have to manage on your own.
• Laura (8/5): - The apartment was very clean and bigger than I thought it would be. We had everything we needed and we were only 10-20 minute walk from any of the big attractions within the city. The AC and the lift were both lifesavers! The “amazing view” was blocked by other buildings so you can only see the back corner of the Acropolis and the street noise was very loud, but only if you’re on the balcony. The doors do a good job of silencing the sound inside the apartment.

• Erik (7/5): Heaters not working well - place was big and well located close to the Acropolis - The location was perfect. Also, quite big. There is a nice terrace although we could not use it due to the cold weather. We arrived in the dark and it was difficult to find the right keybox - there were like 10 next to the main door. It was difficult to get the place warm: the two aircon machines stalled after some time and gave errors. There was one portable heater that we moved around.
• S. (9/5): - De ligging van het appartement was zeer goed. Dichtbij bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en cafés. Het appartement en beddengoed was super schoon en had alle benodigde voorzieningen. De host reageerde vriendelijk en snel op onze vragen. Schoon en ligging.

La cucina piccola ma con tutto lo necessario, il bagno molto bello, anche se una volta abbiamo dovuto aspettare che l'acqua se riscaldassi. Niente da segnalare.

• Emma (8/5): - Great location for acropolis. The kitchen had good facilities and the washing machine was very handy. The beds were comfy and it had everything we needed for a family of 4. The view wasn't great... it looks straight onto another building with a sneak peak of the Acropolis poking out both ends by a few centimeters..its on a busy road which can be noisy.

• Andy (10/5): - Highly recommend. Comfortable and walking distance to Acropolis, museum, Olympic stadium. 24 hour restaurant across the road is a life saver if you arrive late too. Nothing at all. Except the big office block they built across the road. Must've been fantastic Parthenon views before they built that. Can still see it from the end of the balcony though

Had a problem with a dodgey stiff key and the owner sorted it straight away and quickly. It’s on quite a noisy street with a lot of traffic horns (which can’t be helped by the property owner) but just remember to bring ear plugs
• Daria (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the heart of Athens - The apartment is located in the centre of Athens, very easy to reach from the airport. The host was extremely responsive and helped us recovered our lost items after forgetting them in the apartment. The rooms are extremely spacious, the bed is very comfortable and the balcony has very nice views of the city.
• Patience (8/5): Perfect location to explore Athens - The apartment is exactly as shown on photos. Location is perfect. Walking distance to almost all major sightseeing spots, also with supermarkt close by. The apartment is very neat and is well equipped with everything you need, very homey and comfortable inside.  However the entrance and stairs to the apartment are less pleasant; it's safe though. The balcony is a great place to have breakfast and chilled out. But honestly, I expected better view than it was described. Very convenient with two toilets. Drainage of shower area should be improved as water clogged every time when you had shower. We stayed for 6 nights. If no cleaning lady would come to clean the apartment or change bedsheets throughout our stay, extra clean towels and bedsheets placed in the closet would be appreciated.  The garbage bin in the kitchen was of course more than full after a week. We have stayed at some other apartments which would come to change bedsheets, exchange towels, clear the trash, refill the toilet papers and etc every 2-3 days. Unfortunately, not here. Overall, we had very pleasant stay at this apartment. Drainage at the shower, without basic cleaning in-between the stay.
• Myles (9/5): Superb - Clean, spacious, bathroom and two toilets. You can walk to most of the tourist attractions like the Parthenon and Syntagma Square. There are also lots of hidden lane ways, small roads full of shops and restaurants nearby. The shower was slow to drain the water. That's all.
• Charbel (4/5): Disappointing - The ac in the master bedroom was not working and was not fixed during our 4 nights stay. We had to sleep on the floor without mattress in the second bedroom during our stay.

Road is a bit noisy but being on 6th floor and with doors closed it was fine.

• Simon (7/5): Good to explore the sites on foot...not so good if you're looking for convenient parking - Location great for Acropolis and museum and nice restaurants.....about 20-30 minutes walk from lovely neighbourhoods of Monastiraki and Plaka. Comfy beds, smart kitchen, nice balcony gets the evening sun! Facilities to wash and dry clothes. Shower tray filled up with water and took ages to drain. Door from main bedroom/lounge onto balcony didn't provide the best soundproofing against street noise. Parking on a street nearby which is what is advertised as the apartments 'free parking' is very difficult although we were lucky and managed to find a spot a few blocks away

• Silva (4/5): Not great, checked out early. - Hosts allowed an earlier check in; having two bathrooms and a washer and dryer is always a plus. The building itself was run down, deserted, and dingy. It didn’t have a warm or safe vibe for two female travelers. The elevator was tiny and old (barely fit two with stuff) and cigarette smoke came into the apartment from someone smoking in the stairway (despite there being no smoking signs). Not a nice view, and there was a lot of noise from the busy street.
• Laila (9/5): Excellent location, spotless clean with all needed amenities - Location is great, central close to everything, within walking distance to all our needs. Parthenon is 5 minutes away. Many good restaurants around the area. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of plugs around the flat. One of the bedrooms is also the living room (queen bed in it) so a little of coordination needed who will sleep in it, not to bother others who wanted to watch TV or use the seating area. But the kitchen had a table and chairs where we can sit, but no AC there.

Taxi, metro, walking, love the place, very clean (the house cleaning lady was amazing), spacious, both bathrooms has windows that is fantastic. I will definitively return as soon as I can. Feels like home. If it's possible you need to add some towels for more than a night staying. Using the same face towel for more than a day it's not hygienic at all. Just this.
