• Theo (4/5): Nice and well-equipped but very dirty. - OK Market was close (with a very nice clerk), the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. Nice big shower, enough of toilet paper and towels. The terrace was nice, there was enough of storage for our clothes and stuff. We had an issue with hot water not working, but the owners were able to resolve it quickly. The apartment was quite dirty. The shower wasn't very clean, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards and the floor was filthy. The walls were very thin, we could hear everything going on outside of the apartment or upstairs.

• Paulina (10/5): Na pewno wrócimy. - Obiekt miał WSZYSTKO czego dusza zapragnie. Mieszkanie czyste, pachnące, zaopatrzone w ręczniki papierowe, kawę, herbatę, przyprawy. Obecny był nawet nawilżacz/ oczyszczacz powietrza. Czuliśmy się tam jak w domu. -

• ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΑ (8/5): - Ήταν άνετο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και αρκετά καθαρό Φαίνεται πως δεν είχε ανοιχτεί η θέρμανση ή ο αφυγραντήρας και είχε πολλή υγρασία. Πρέπει να μπορεί να μένει ανοιχτός ο αφυγραντήρας όταν λείπεις γιατί αλλιώς έχει υγρασία και μυρωδιά, καθώς δεν αερίζεται σωστά. Αν αλλάξει αυτό, πιστεύω θα βοηθήσει πολύ

• Christoph (7/5): Wahrscheinlich hatten wir uns zu viel erwartet - Das Appartement ist in der Tat neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist vergleichsweise ruhig. Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Straßenniveau, das einzige Licht kommt von der kleinen "Terrasse" an der Rückseite des Appartements, es ist richtig dunkel, man fühlt sich wie in einer Kellerwohnung. Ständig tropft Wasser von den Klimaanlagen der darüberliegenden Wohnungen auf die Sonnenmarkise, was besonders nachts sehr stört. Dafür kann die Vermieterin natürlich nichts, genauso wenig wie für die vielen Mücken, die einen Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse nicht besonders angenehm machen. Von der "Gastgeberin" sind wir übrigens weder kontaktiert worden noch haben wir sie zu Gesicht bekommen. Die nächste Metrostation liegt über einen Kilometer entfernt, das klingt wenig, ist aber bei großer Hitze und mit Gepäck nicht zu unterschätzen, noch dazu geht es zur Wohnung ziemlich bergauf. Ins Zentrum sind es fast zwei Kilometer durch eine wenig ansprechende Gegend. Wirklich gut und empfehlenswert ist die App der Athener Verkehrsbetriebe (OASA Telematics), die Busse sind auch sehr pünktlich. Mussten wir allerdings erst selbst darauf kommen, die in der Wohnung hinterlegten Informationen waren sehr vage und wenig hilfreich. Insgesamt war schon alles Ok, die hervorragenden Bewertungen kann ich allerdings nicht ganz nachvollziehen.
• Francesca (8/5): La casa di Erini è comoda e accogliente e leiè un host gentile e disponibile verso le esigenze dei suoi ospiti - La casa è carina accogliente e pulita e soprattutto molto fresca considerato quanto questo sia necessario ad Atene Unico difetto è la poca luminosità trattandosi di un piano alla strada, ma per una casa da usare come appoggio va benissimo

Can walk to acropolis from here - Comfy, clean, quiet, very much appreciated the water for when we got in I think In your welcome message you should say about not putting tissue down the drain. We had just came straight from airport so had no idea that was the culture. So either in welcome message or a sign in the bathroom! Needed the toilet as soon as we got in so didn’t read welcome guide first!
• István (10/5): The ever seen best apartament. - I'm experienced traveller. I have been more than 30 country. But this is the best apartament where I have been ever. The photos are real. Every equipment written in the description were there. One suggest: My Hungarian google map doesn't know the adress of the apartement. "Markou Evgenikou" street (written on Booking) shows in Anixi, but "Evgenikou Markou" street shows in Athen. The map of the booking show the good district, and I had to ask there. Not a great problem, can change the adress on the booking side, if it is general pehomenon.
