Widok jednak zabawny...głównie na "zjeżdżalnie" czyli panele słonecznie w kształcie zjeżdżalni zakrywające panoramę Aten...ale to taki typowo ateński klimat, więc ok. *Prysznic z epoki lat 70 XX . Zagrzybiony, mały, z lepiąca się do kąpiącego się firanką, która chyba już nie pamięta lepszych czasów. *Łóżko, które przy najmniejszym ruchu skrzypi budząc chyba całą okolicę...katastrofa. Reszta w stylu bardzo vintage, może być. Chociaż cena wygórowana.

• Anastasios (7/5): A short stay visit at a rooftop. - The apartment has all the things mentioned in the description. Road noise is minimal in the area. The bed is comfortable and the view is not obstructed by nearby buildings. It is not a normal apartment but a rooftop (probably where the boiler room or a former storage room was) of a very old building. The price of ~70€/day (taxes & commissions included) does not correspond to the apartment. The sound insulation is non existent and while it was windy and the terrace door was banging. The bell of the church next door rings from 8 o'clock every hour.
• Mariann (9/5): Superb - The neighbourhood is very quiet, the flat is on the top of a building. Easily accessible and the view is beautiful. The apartment is not big, but cozy. The bed is a bit soft but it was not a problem. We had everything we needed during our stay. Our host Nick was very very helpful with everything. The accomodation is suitable for couples who seek for quiet and no people around. Note: during early spring the apartment is a bit cold but could be easily heated up with the AC.

• Kim (9/5): Excellent Space, Fantastic Spot! - Loves staying here. I wish it was for longer. Safe quiet neighborhood, and we had the entire rooftop deck to ourselves. View of the Parthenon! Very clean cozy space with all the essentials. Will stay here again. Three sets of stairs to get to the top (no elevators)… but I appreciate the exercise! Some people may not.

• Florian (7/5): Great value for money stay for a couple days in cool, local neighborhood - View from rooftop was great. Apartment has AC, a small kitchen with fridge and some appliances, as well as bathroom with shower and washing machine. Location was cool since it is in a nice, residential area with free, public parking on the street. Local restaurants and bars are hip, delicious and have competitive pricing. Overall could have been cleaner (stains on bedsheets, kitchen partially dirty, mold in shower, etc.). Beds and couches are very soft which was not too comfortable for us. Apartment seems to be repurposed into vacation rental: Furniture seems a bit cramped in the apartment and outlets are iffy and not well placed. Decoration is a bit over the top and multiple mismatching red tones made us chuckle - however, taste is personal.

• Kevin (9/5): Was lovely enjoyable stay - The studio apartment was lovely, nice and clean, had a lot of outdoor space, fantastic views. would go back if we were there again. Kitchen was very small. shower unit very tight.
• Charalampos (7/5): Fair stay in Athens - The neighborhood was really quiet and close to a supermarket and a mall; the view was really good; it had both a fan and an airconditioning; the bed was comfortable enough. Also, it had netflix and the host was very polite. As for the location, although the neighborhood was quiet, it was about 16 minutes (1.1km) walking from the Underground (not far but not close, as well). Cleanliness was not as expected. In particular the bathroom needed a lot of work, as there were hair on the floor, the toilet brush was not in a condition to be used, and a really bad smell came off. There was only a little more than half toilet paper for our three-day stay. The room was really hot, as it is on the terrace and you need to have the airconditioning always turned on to stay inside. Also, it is a third-floor room with no elevator. Finally, you could not feel secure, since the door of the terrace cannot be locked, and the door for the apartment was not safe, and the windows could not be locked properly.
• Egidijus (7/5): Good for the money, but based on the description & reviews expected more (especially - WiFi). - Pretty good location. Cozy room. Nice host. WiFi maybe acceptable for a short leisure stay (if you just want to read news or post some pictures) but if you think of working from the apartment connection is very average (especially upload that is less than 1Mb/s).
