• Guy (5/5): - Good location. Very cramped, poorly laid out apartment. Instructions on finding the location almost useless, partly due to blurry photos. Very little guidance on how to use facilities within apartment, but lots of warnings about fines that would apply if they were misused.

• Madysen (5/5): Continent location but could use some tweaking. - We enjoyed how close to the train lines this place was + the check in was very smooth. Our timeline had shifted a bit and we ended up getting to the property early, the host was great about letting us drop our luggage off while the room was being cleaned. Unfortunately when you entered the building there was a very pungent sour smell. Not thinking much of it we headed to our room, which was freshly cleaned and smelt nothing. The next morning we woke up and the smell was very prevalent in our room. For three days we tried using a room spray to help deodorize the smell but it just lingered. It honestly had a huge impact on our stay - I likely wouldn’t recommend this property due to this. Our bed was also comparable to sleeping on concrete, it caused huge back/hip pain.
• Brittney (6/5): Clean with a decent location, it was a good value. - Easy to follow instructions, and a nice little neighborhood, not too far from shops and the train station. The mini fridge was slightly difficult to access because of the shape of the apartment and the bed. There was no table or shelving near the bed to set phones, watches or eyeglasses on, so everything had to be put on the floor. The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve slept on in years and caused pretty bad hip pain.

• Sharon (8/5): Tiny apartment but convenient location. - We liked the bath and the washer, despite the small apartment. It was pretty small.

• Andrew (6/5): Good location with a few adjustments could be perfect 🤩 - The location was perfect. It kind of had a body odor smell, probably from the previous guest. The bed was kind of hard and I woke up with a stiff back.
• Lucas (4/5): Disappointing - The host provided us with a manual containing highly detailed information on how to reach the location, details of how to operate the electronics, details about waste disposal, and instructions for retrieving/leaving the key during checkout. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Although the host provided us with a manual containing highly detailed information about the place, this information was only sent on the day of my check-in, requiring me to contact the host. When we arrived, it seemed that the place had been quickly cleaned. This observation was evident not only because of the spoiled persimmon inside the fridge but also because we found cutlery inside the mini-balcony that didn't seem to have been cleaned enough and dust in hard-to-reach areas. The towels smelled as if they were kept moist. The place didn't seem to be prepared considering that the stay was for two people. For instance, there were about six umbrellas but there was only one cup available. We contacted the host regarding these issues and despite apologizing he didn't do anything about them :(. Finally, we forgot to mention this to the host, but the air conditioner was noisy when turned on.

• Natalie (7/5): A cute apartment - good for a short term stay - Great little apartment in a cute neighbourhood. It’s very small, I think it’s for one person max. The best thing was the bathroom that has a setting for drying clothes - you can wash your clothes at night and they are dry in the morning - so handy!!! The bed is comfortable and you get used to the size after a while. Plug sockets are in weird places, in order to work the microwave you have to use an extension lead and have the cord trailing through the apartment. Also the kettle has to be on the floor as it’s the only power point! there is a kitchen but it has plastic plates and cups… very weird! It needs some proper plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery!
