• Μαρία (6/5): - Το σπιτι περιεχει ολα οσα αναφερονται, συν εξτρα κερασμα και νερα στο ψυγειο κρυα. Ο οικοδεσποτης πολυ εξυπηρετικος και κατατοπιστικος. Το σπιτι δεν ηταν τοσο καθαρο και κυριως το μπανιο, χρειάζεται σχολαστικότερο καθαρισμα και σιγουρα απολυμανση. Ταξιδεψαμε με το 3χρονο παιδι μας και ειχα προνοησει για αυτα, αλλα δε μου αρεσε η αρχικη εικονα. Επιπλεον, δεν μου αρεσε που βρηκαμε στο μπανιο χαρτια υγειας (ρολα) τα οποια ειχαν χρησιμοποιησει προηγουμενοι. Εαν δεν υπαρχει αυτοκινητο, ειναι πολυ καλη τοποθεσια, 5 λεπτα το πολυ με τα ποδια για τον ηλεκτρικο. Εαν υπαρχει αυτοκινητο και χρησιμοποιειται τοτε θελει πολλη υπομονη για παρκαρισμα και σε πολυ στενους δρομους.. πολυ δυσκολο να βρεις θεση παρκαρισματος ειδικα βραδινες ωρες. Για την περιοχη δεν εχω να πω κατι, ειναι η αναμενομενη με πολλους αλλοδαπους αλλα αυτο το γνωριζαμε απο πριν.

• Francesco (10/5): Buon appartamento per visitare Atene - L’appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata della metro linea Verde, solo 5 fermate per arrivare a Monastiraky. Supermercato a 50 metri e possibilità di parcheggio senza problemi in strada. L’host molto rapido nelle risposte e le informazioni sull’appartamento erano molto chiare. L’ascensore si può prendere solo dal piano rialzato, bisogna fare una rampa a piedi.

I mean it's close to the center and you have every facilities you need within 100 meters. But be aware it is a popular neighbourhood of Athens and it is multicultural so you know what you should expect..

• Avci (5/5): It is a suitable accommodation for 2 people or a single person, suitable for short-term Athens trips - Being close to places to visit. It's annoying when sellers shout their sales through a megaphone in the morning.

• Cristian (9/5): Clean apartment, good value for money - Clean apartment , it has very good value for money, comfortable beds, Close to the neighborhood are good restaurants with traditional Greek food. Finding parking space was difficult. In the neighborhood I only saw very few greeks but some of the newcomers were very noisy.
• Milena (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is fully equipped,there was had tea,coffee,sugar, shampoos. Many towels, and many pillows to sit comfy on sofas.It's clean and neat. TV has Netflix. There is a supermarket nearby, and several nice places to eat. Metro nearby, buses.

Location is very close to a metro, which you can use to get around the city. Very good value for money! We had a few bugs to start with, but the host came straight away to put poison down.

• Pani (7/5): I recommend, great apartment! - Great, clean, well-kept apartment. Comfortable beds, adequate bathroom. Everything you need for a holiday on site in the apartment. No microwave, however, is a downside, but a tiny one. kitchen approx. Very nice host. Close to the subway, to the bakery and for a quick morning coffee. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is terrible. Dirt on the streets, noisy residents until late at night, heavy traffic. this is of course not the owner's fault, but it is fair to mention it.
