Beautifully designed, well equipped, the coffee machine is a filter one (not the capsules), there is no washing machine but that's fine if you're staying for a short time (across the road there is a 24/7 laundrette). I'll definitely come back to this place! I loved everything about it ❤️

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, καθαρό και προσεγμένο, ενώ η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση, φιλική και με ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον. Πολύ χρήσιμο και άρτια οργανωμένο το portal με τις πληροφορίες, καθώς και η δυνατότητα online check-in, που έκανε τη διαδικασία πολύ εύκολη. Η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά ιδανική, καθώς όλα βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση και μπορέσαμε να κινηθούμε παντού με τα πόδια, απολαμβάνοντας την πόλη και τα γύρω μέρη. Η περιοχή όπου βρίσκεται το apartment είναι υπέροχη και πολύ ευχάριστη. Συνολικά περάσαμε υπέροχα και ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τη φιλοξενία. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Δεν είχε κάποια ιδιαίτερη θέα ,αλλά ήταν οκ αυτό . Εννοώ δεν μείναμε σπίτι θέλαμε να δούμε την Αθήνα!

• Dieter (10/5): Modernes Apartment im herzen von Plaka - Ein wirklich modernes eingerichtete Apartment im Herzen von Athen. Die historischen Stätten sind alle fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten ist die Metro nur paar Schritte entfernt. in der Umgebung gibt es auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Der Kontak vor und während des Aufenthalts mit dem Vermieter war absolut lobenswert!
• Achim Heinrich (10/5): Sehr schöne Tage in Athen - Beste Lage direkt unterhalb der Akropolis, fußläufig 5 Minuten, die Metrostation direkt in der Nähe, Wohnung mit separaten Schlafzimmer, sehr zu empfehlen für den Stadtbesuch, sehr zuverlässige Vermieter Alles gut, allerdings sollte das Reinigungspersonal auch im Badezimmer die Ränder des Stopfenventils des Waschbeckens reinigen

• Deka7 (8/5): Bell'appartamento in centro ad Atene - Bell'appartamento, ampio e di recente ristrutturazione, abbastanza tranquillo, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, posto in una zona molto centrale, vicino all'Acropoli e alla relativa stazione della metro, a bar per la colazione e a buoni ristoranti per la cena. Buona la pulizia al nostro arrivo ma ci saremmo aspettati che durante il nostro soggiorno (8 notti) almeno UNA volta venisse ancora effettuata e ci fosse il cambio della biancheria da letto e degli asciugamani.
• Athanasios (6/5): Μέτριο υπάρχουν και καλύτερα στην περιοχή - Τοποθεσία και Καθαριότητα Αρνητικά 1.Δεν έχει κεντρική θέρμανση έχει δύο air condition από τα οποία το ένα στο δωμάτιο κάνει πάρα πολύ θόρυβο ειναι παλιό και δεν μπορείς να κοιμηθείς 2. το στρώμα είναι πέτρα Πραγματικά δεν κοιμάσαι καλά είναι μικρό για διπλό δεν είναι queen size και δεν ξεκουράζεσαι της πλάκας δηλαδή 3.Η τηλεόραση δεν είναι smart TV είναι παλιά και συνδεμένη με κεραία η οποία κουνιέται και χάνει συνεχώς το σήμα αφού ειναι μια μικρή πίσω από την τηλεόραση.προϊστορικά πράγματα δηλαδή . 4.Εχει Θερμοσίφωνα για ζεστό νερό χρήσης και πρέπει να το ανάβεις πριν κάνεις μπάνιο, αλλά αυτό οκ ,δεν είναι κάτι . 5.κουζινα μικρή ένα μάτι χωρίς απορροφητήρα αν θες να μαγειρέψεις κάτι . Θετικά 1. Καθαρό για Airbnb 2. Άνετο για 2 άτομα 3. Πόλυ καλή τοποθεσία Γενικά πολύ υπερτιμημένο πρέπει να κινείται γύρω στο έξι Δυστυχώς γιατί εύκολα μετατρέπεται σε 9-10 με κάποιες βελτιώσεις που αναφέραμε αλλά είναι σημαντικές για την ξεκούραση των ενοίκων Έχει πολύ καλύτερα στο κουκάκι που έχουμε ξανά μείνει σε 2-3 ακόμη ….

• Nicolas (9/5): Tolle Wohnung - ich komme gerne wieder. - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Akropolis-Museum. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm und man erhält alle wichtigen Informationen und hat immer einen Ansprechpartner. Auch sehr zu loben ist die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der gesamten Wohnung. Fazit: Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich in Athen bin. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist leider für meinen persönlichen Geschmack zu hart. Ich habe trotzdem gut geschlafen, aber eine andere Matratze wäre schön. Ansonsten habe ich wirklich gar nichts auszusetzen, da alles rundum gelungen war. Großes Lob an dieser Stelle.

• Robert (10/5): Great spot in a great location. Responsive host - Very clean, amazing location in Koukaki The only thing that I would give feedback on is if the bed could be a bit softer. Other than that 10/10
• Alex (10/5): Lovely stay - Location is the key, as it’s very central and close to Akropolis, Plaka area etc. The check in was very easy with code for the keys provided. Elevator to 3rd floor for travellers with a heavy suitcase. The apartment is spacious, clean and we really loved it. Very quiet neighbourhood with coffee shop and lovely breakfast downstairs, as well as small convenience shop. Also there is a laundrette place and a locker box when you can leave your suitcases after check out. The only thing was the air conditioning in the bedroom that have quite strong blue light when on at night. It was difficult to sleep.

• Mats (9/5): Super location and great apartment in the heart of Athens - Great location with easy access to the acropolis and the museum as well as to plaka with many restaurants. The apartment is also only 5 minutes walk to the metro which made the arrival from the airport very easy. The apartment was well organized and was very quiet, including the balcony. The only challenge was checking and identifying the right lockbox to gain access to the keys. We watched the video which explained the check in process including location of the lockbox. The issue was that there were numerous lock boxes and the one shown in the video did not match the box on the column. It took us a few minutes to figure out which lockbox belonged to the apartment

• Chrysavgi (9/5): Superb - Nice, spacious and clean apartment. The location is ideal and easily reachable by metro. The decoration gives a nice atmosphere to the stay. We liked everything, just a suggestion. There is filter coffee machine in the apartment, but an espresso machine could be a lovely touch.

The property was very welcoming, spacious, very clean. All essential amenities were provided. A very practical laundromat next door. Metro station 100 meters away. Plaka and Thiseo just a relaxing stroll away. I can’t recommend it high enough! Nothing
• Maria (10/5): Great - The apartment was perfect for 2 people and even more i believe, only thing it was missing was a washing machine, especially if you are looking for a long stay. Overall it was a great place, nearby everything, very walkable and friendly neighborhood, the apartment looks exactly as the pictures. everything was great, only missing the washing machine. the water heating process is a little bit tricky because you have to wait around 30min to get hot water.
• Natalia (10/5): Great place to stay - It’s located close from metro and Acropolis museum and Acropolis entrance. On the street and all around there’s a lot of places to eat and but some groceries . Apartament is very quiet and has comfortable bed. Very good equipped with all the necessary stuff. Host is very responsive and is always making sure we know all to instructions. There’s elevator inside the building.

• Rebeka (8/5): Lovely centrally located apartment - Host's communication excellent and very friendly/helpful. Location is excellent and felt very safe. Size of flat is very good - big bedroom, living room & bathroom, shower very good. Decorated nicely and kitchen area cute. Good wardrobe space, iron & board provided, lots of sockets for plugs. Overall a lovely flat. Door was so difficult to open every time. Sometimes it took 2 turns, sometimes 3 or 4. Very annoying. Shower splashed water into bathroom area so it got too wet. Covers on seating areas need changing - they're old so don't feel comfortable, mattress on sofa had a big stain - not nice, mattress on bed was too hard.
• Katerina (9/5): highly recommended - Very clean, excellent location, fully renovated. Highly recommended! Check in hour is late (15:00) although we asked the owner and he told us the flat was ready earlier. The mattress is a bit hard. The flat is a bit noisy during the day.

Really close to the main tourist sites, excellent restaurants and public transport. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and very aesthetically designed.

• Harri (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and clean apartment. Double air-conditioning and strong blinders for the bedroom window were great for keeping the room dark. Excellent location and nice breakfast options very close by. Bed was a bit hard but it's probably a matter of opinion. Water heater needed 30min pre-use which might be inconvenient if you're in a hurry.
• Eszter (10/5): Best stay in middle of Athens - It was really close to everything. We didn't even use the public transport to visit main tourist attractions in Athens. On the other hand, it's the middle of the city but really calm. The flat is amazingly refurbished and modern and have everything you needed during your trip in Athen The mattress was not really comfortable for us, but it's I think our taste of mattresses different :)

The contact with the team was very smooth and got all the information I needed very fast The apartment has a water heater for the shower. So if you are more than one, you would need to take a super short shower. I was washing my hair and run out of hot water.

For the check in (online) a form had to be filled which was asking for a lot of info (personal and non). Cleaningness was not bad but could have been a bit better (found toilet paper at the kitchen floor, probably because the bathroom was wiped first and then the rest of the apartment which is not so hygienic. the inside of the couch matress had stains. some cutlery dirty). Light switches were mixed in different places and were a bit annoying till you find which switch opens which lamp.

• Jennifer (9/5): Fantastic comfortable apartment in Central Athens! - Very easy instructions and visuals were provided explaining how to obtain the keys and enter the apartment. It was in a lovely area very close to the Acropolis stop on the Metro and a short walk to the southern slope of the Acropolis and Plaka. Lots of nice restaurants, bars, shops and bakeries and although the street was busy, it felt more chilled than some other areas in Athens we visited. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable seating areas, good bathroom and kitchen had cooking facilities. Air con was in both rooms and plenty of windows which made it feel light and spacious. There was a small lift up to each floor and the stairwell was very well kept. Despite other reviews saying they heard a lot of noise, we could hear some movement in the mornings with people getting ready for work etc, however it’s no more than I would expect for being in an apartment block in the middle of the city and it wasn’t something that disturbed us or our sleep! Loved it and we ended up going to the islands and coming back to the exact same apartment for a few days before heading home! Nothing

• Amiriamack (9/5): Great spot in Koukaki - Very clean, well equipped apartment, spacious and great bathroom/shower. Very safe location. Perfect location in Koukaki to explore without being in the middle of the tourist area Not much! There's a few tricks as with all older apartments in Athens like turning the hot water on, but this apartment is a good spot. Extra pillows on the bed would be great & perhaps replacing or fixing the couch as it's uncomfortable.
• Gal (9/5): Lovely flat close to Acropolis - We really liked the location as it is close to attractions and metro station and feels very safe. The host was really lovely, there was also a portal setup with all the instructions for check-in along with detailed city guide which was great! The apartment is also really spacious and has all the necessary appliances. It was quite noisy in the building, feels like the walls are very thin and you could hear neighbours walking and talking.

• Eduard (7/5): Nice apartment upgrade nedeed with good location but for summer only - Location Space of the apartment, nicely compartmentalised Airport transfer Nice restaurants closely Very cold apartment at this time of the year, the central heating is not working and the AC units were broken. The host brought a technician in the 3rd day of our stay and they managed to repair only the bedroom AC unit. No Netflix, the TV works on block's antenna with only 3 channels, no music channel. The bed is too stiff. No esspressor, only a tiny kettle, we had to make 3 times for 2 regular coffees, no sugar. No wine glasses Noisy neighbours
