• Ioannis (1/5): Bad - The pictures of the bedroom do not represent the reality. There's a really cheap and uncomfortable bed and there an even worse mattress which is smaller than the beds size and you can hurt yourself going on and off. Plus the door of the shower is missing and when you shower the water goes all over the place flooding the bathroom.
• Ariana (6/5): Pleasant - the location is really good it was not really clean, the shower was a bit yellow, the outside was not useful as it was dirty and there was no light to sit outside in the evening. It was not possible to use the washing machine and we discovered it just when we arrived at the apartment.
• Apostolos (5/5): Bad - Location There was a strange smell spread around the whole apartment from previous clients which obviously smoking. The owner does not respond to the invoice enquiry raised. There was a completely inconvenient procedure to enter the apartment raising serious data protection issues. Specifically the enter codes to the apartment never send to my professional mail account, and I was obliged to call the owner and he send the code in my personal mobile number something which is unacceptable.
• Ghaith (7/5): If the issues below are addressed, this hotel could be a great place given its excellent location. - Overall we had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The accommodation was clean, and the WiFi and warm water worked just fine. We also appreciated the convenience of the self-check-in process. However, there were a few downsides. Initially, the landlord was not very communicative, which made the beginning of our stay a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, we also encountered bed bugs during our stay. We promptly informed the landlord, and to his credit, he responded quickly, apologized sincerely, and offered us a refund. He assured us that he would address the issue as soon as we left. While the experience was not entirely smooth, the landlord’s prompt response and commitment to resolving the bed bug issue were appreciated.
• Andria (10/5): Nice location , helpful people , safe - Was clean, has a double bed and a sofa bed, has shampoo , and very good location in the Center near syntagma and monaural
• Maxine (4/5): Disappointing - It contained all the necessary staff and new furniture. Provided with ully airconditioned apartment and hot water. The landlord also provided us with detailed information to stay comfortable. Although the room was clean, the bed was full of BED BUGS that bit us. Worst of all the landlord didn't do anything about it and it was us that came up with a solution. Please BEWARE as bed bugs were probably carried by other tourists however it is important to get rid of them immediately otherwise they manifest themselves into larger quantity. I had to sanitise, wash everything above 60 degrees and quarantine all the things we took with us in sealed plastic bags for at least two weeks. Luckily we didn't put our luggages on the bed. But it was a nightmare sleeping and being nitten by the bed bugs.

• Nati (7/5): Nice location - The location is indeed great and the price was also relatively fair. I’ve booked it for 3 people but the space is barely enough for 2. We couldn’t find anything to clean up a little bit, but I guess that is something the host may arrange easily.

• Marketa (7/5): We were dissapointed - Excellent location Possibility of checking in any time Good instructions from the owner A/C in every room Very comfortable mattress Nespresso coffee maker Large and comfortable terrace Good window shading Nice modern design A lot of things should be cleaned or maintained much more properly. We had few stains on bed linen and towels (they were freshly cleaned and ironed but still stained). The shower switch was broken and the kettle was rusty inside. The walls desperately need to be painted. I am sure that this is mainly because the visitors doesn't treat the apartment well but still the owner should take more care. We asked for new linen and towels and also told him about the shower and kettle. He promised us he will solve it but finaly nothing happened. Such a pity... For this price next time I would consider renting a hotel room instead where I can solve any on these problems immediately with the reception. If this was solved, the accomodation could be great!

• Gayane (1/5): I was afraid of my life being in danger in this apartment. - The location was great! This was a very unsafe unit. The second day our entire floor of apartments was broken into. Since this building is known for Airbnb the thieves, constantly come and break into the units. According to the neighboring businesses, this unit gets broken into at least once a week The owner of the unit sent to 18 year old kids said that they will be our security guards. When we told them that we were 4 women staying there and we were afraid we wanted to leave and our money back for the remaining days that we will not be staying there he did not give our money back and said that we should feel safe with the two kids (18 year old) staying at next-door apartment that was broken into earlier that day.  The apartment itself is very small and very dark. Does not get any sun light. The laundry machine is outside of the apartment in a small filthy room. He also uses that room for random people to store their luggage’s. Not enough towels or iron.

• Berta (10/5): excellent - the location is excellent. very closed to all the tourists and historical places as the Parthenon and others as well. Angelo the apartment manager very helpful and easy to deal with. highly recommend.

• Birukzer (10/5): Simply Amazing - This is one of the best apartments i have been so far. Location was perfect it's in the heart of Athens, Everything you need is just 2 or 3 minutes away. The Appartment supervisor / Agelos / is the best. I highly recommend this Appartment 👌 👏 Wifi was a poor
