• Filippo (9/5): Bicamere nel cuore di Plaka! - Appartamento in Petraki, nel cuore di Plaka, con due camere da letto, bagno completo e bagno di servizio; è una struttura di livello medio, con fonriture essenziali, ma dall'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione top. Un plauso per le lenzuola, nuove e di buon livello, così come gli asciugamani in dotazione. La doccia: il doccino non si può attaccare alla parete ma bisogna tenerlo in mano e così, inevitabilmente, si allaga il bagno. Si può sistemare davvero con poco!

Naszym nastoletnim dzieciom bardzo się podobało. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszystko blisko: bary i restauracje, plac Syntagma (stąd odjeżdżają autobusy na lotnisko), metro, autobusy piętrowe, a przede wszystkim wyjście na Akropol. Apartament dwupokojowy i dwie toalety zapewnia rodzinie komfort pobytu. Życzliwy właściciel, służył pomocą, ale nam niczego nie brakowało. Spędziliśmy tam dwie noce. Bezpieczna okolica, spacerowaliśmy późnym wieczorem, w restauracjach grecka muzyka, bardzo klimatycznie. Brakowało kawy i herbaty w kuchni.

• Isabelle (9/5): Très belle appartement, grand, propre et bien équipé. A proximité de tout. - Situé en plein cœur d'Athènes, pas de voitures dans la rue. Très central dans Athènes, nous avons tout visité à pied. A notre arrivée, l'appartement était très propres et parfaitement équipé. Notre hôte nous a laissé les instructions par messagerie et nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté. L'isolation de l'appartement qui est situé dans une rue animée et bruyante. Mais ça, nous l'avions choisi. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas rencontré Harry qui a été au petits soins pour nous tout au long de notre séjour.

• Sahin (8/5): Great stay in a perfect location, comfortable apartment, definitely worth the money. - Having 2 separate rooms and 2 toilets, perfect location and the balcony Room was old, the linens could have been matching, preferably all white in the twin room like the main bedroom. Kitchen was a bit old. The place was a bit worn out like the hanging curtains out of its rail.

A private transfer from the airport was also arranged when we landed in Athens which was great, although can easily get there by train. Very helpful staff! Nothing.

The location is fantastic, the street is quiet, and no cars are allowed to drive through, but of course, you can hear people talking and music, especially on the weekends. We were on Level 3. A place to leave your bags and discover the city of Athens. I agree with previous reviews regarding one of the couches, which is supported by pillows, which made it quite uncomfortable. This was the only downside.

• Karen (8/5): We stayed 4 days in Athens prior to island hopping for a week. The apartment was the perfect location. We walked ever - The location is as stated-ultimate. We stayed 4 days and walked to everything! So many things to see and do. The little Greek bakery just 2 doors down was so sweet and met so many niceeople. The apartment was completely functional and met our needs. One couch is so lumpy it was not really suitable for sitting on. We were not familiar with European breaker boxes and the apartment info just referred to “switches” so there was confusion on how to turn on the hot water heater. I would have expected that it would’ve been turned on prior to our arrival. (We were arriving immediately after house keeping had finished their services). The queen bed in the master room also collapsed on one side of the bed. Since we were not using the whole bed we made it work. The apartment managers offered to have it fixed but we would have had to wait on the maintenance person and did not want to waste our limited vacation time.

The place is spacious and was extremely clean. The location is perfect, right in the center and walking distance to most tourist attractions. The apartment could do with some renovations. The toilet is really tiny and one of the sofas in the living room is very uncomfortable. The front room faces a noisy street on the weekends (much quieter during the week).

All main places of interest can be reached easily by foot and the next supermarket is almost next door. We were cordially received by Georgia for key handover and all necessary information.
• Cornelia (9/5): Superb - A typical apartment in an elder Athens apartment house, 3rd floor. The owners have renovated all necessary facilities, shower, tapware, toilet, etc. They obviously have a sense for what is important and what is not. In the kitchen all facilities from pan to pots, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, even a press for pressing orange juice are provided. Everything was perfectly clean. The mattresses are very good and the balcony nice. An excellent backery and a supermarket are ca. 20 metres nearby. Georgia and Vassilis did all to make our sojourn comfortable. The location near Syntagma could not be more central. The disadvantage of this centrality is the noise from the cafes and restaurants in the street at night. This is unavoidable at such a central location. So be prepared with ear plugs.
