• Mariia (10/5): - Everything was perfect ⭐️ We had the best time in Athens, apartments located very close to the centre of the city, the owner was very helpful, and the view of course is unmatched. Highly recommended!!
• Michaela (9/5): - A great apartment with air conditioning and a balcony offering a beautiful view of the Parthenon and the Acropolis. The apartment had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the little touches, like bottled water in the fridge and memory foam mattresses. Communication with the owner was excellent, and he was always willing to help us. I definitely recommend it! The only minor downside was that there wasn’t much space in the apartment to unpack our things—just a single stool to set our suitcase on and no closet. The apartment is also located right next to the Metaxourgeio area, which isn’t entirely safe at night, we felt uncomfortable walking there in the evening.

• Julian (9/5): Einzigartige Aussicht aus einem gemütlichen Appartment. - Auf jeden Fall die Aussicht auf die Akropolis. Es war einfach ein Traum. Die Wohnung war neu und sehr ordentlich. Der Host hatte sogar schon ein paar Kleinigkeiten eingekauft. Der Balkon hat eine super Lage, dass man von frühs bis späten Nachmittag Sonne hat! Die Regendusche und die Steckdosen in der Küche gingen leider nicht, aber das ist wirklich eine Kleinigkeit.

• Mauro_Coletta (10/5): Host impeccabile, casa spettacolare, posizione perfetta - Dimitris è un host eccezionale: premuroso, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, con risposte rapidissime. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con tante attenzioni per la colazione, una bottiglia di spumante e biscotti tipici, un gesto davvero graditissimo. La casa è semplicemente fantastica: una vista mozzafiato sull’Acropoli, ambienti curati nei minimi dettagli e dotati di ogni comfort. Dal vivo è persino meglio delle foto, ben oltre le aspettative. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Atene: nonostante la metro sia a circa 10 minuti a piedi, non ne abbiamo mai sentito il bisogno. Con una passeggiata di un quarto d’ora si è subito in centro e ci ha dato la possibilità di scoprire un sacco di bar e ristoranti intorno all’abitazione. Un’esperienza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista: consigliatissimo e assolutamente da rifare. Tutto Perfetto!

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Athènes, le logement est très propre, moderne et très bien équipé. Le quartier peut surprendre au premier abord à cause des nombreux tags, mais c’est quelque chose de très courant à Athènes et cela ne reflète absolument pas un sentiment d’insécurité. L’hôte est également très sympathique, disponible et réactif en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement !

The communication with the owner is great; Dimitris is very helpful and answers all questions very quickly. We were welcomed with wine, toasting supplies, and fruit. Everything you need is there.

• Nico (10/5): Amazing Acropolis view from your balcony - This is an fully renovated apartment on the 5th floor of an older building with an amazing unblocked view at the Acropolis. I have never seen a better equipped apartment: air-condition, electric stove, microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, oil, butter, marmalade etc) shampoos, hairdryer and much more. The host left a watermelon, bananas, toast bread, cheese and ham in the fridge and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Many thanks, we had a wonderful holiday! The apartment is very nice and very well situated: 950 m from the metro station Keramikos (direct connection to the airport) and the metro station Metaxourgio around 650 m. The neighborhood from the Metaxourgio site is quite shabby and there are dubious establishments along the main road. We had no problems and nobody bothered us, but when we realised what these establishments were we started using the metro station Keramikos which was free of those.

• Jagoda (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect stay, apartment is nicely decorated and very well maintained, clean, very well equipped. There was even welcome food in the fridge, water and a bottle of wine, very thoughtful. The owner was very nice and welcoming, easy to communicate with, made sure we have everything we need. The location of the apartment was central, nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The view from the balcony is spectacular. I would highly recommend!

• Liya (9/5): Superb! - The apartment is one of the best I ever stayed in! It's super clean and modern, has an amazing view, and has everything you need, including a full kitchen setup, a coffee machine, and even welcoming food and drinks! I traveled with my teenage daughter who felt less comfortable with the neighborhood, but I loved it! Off the tourist center, but 15-20 minutes walking distance to anywhere in the city center, 10 minutes to the subway station, supermarket just around the corner, lots of cool restaurants and bars in the area. It felt completely safe as well. Dimitris was super helpful and responsive. Our flight back was delayed for a few hours, and Dimitris kept our language, so we had a few more hours to walk around - it was completely not obvious, thank you so much for that! The water pressure in the shower is very low, but it's not that dramatic when it's so hot outside :)

Location was excellent, out of the most touristic areas but very easy to reach city centre by walking. Great restaurants are located close by with amazing food at a very good price. Host was very nice and helpful, and we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and fruits. We loved our stay here and would be staying here again when we’re back to Athens. Nothing

• Erica (10/5): Great place to stay in Athens! - We had a great stay at the Kalliopis apartment! The view was of course stunning and so special to be able to see the Acropolis from the apartment. The balcony was also lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable, shower was great and hot. There was a full kitchen set up and we appreciated being able to use the refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle. The host was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. We like to walk a lot, and so we found it easy enough to walk from the apartment to the historical sites (~15 minutes to Monastiraki, ~25 to Acropolis) but I believe the metro would have just been about an 8 minute walk if we chose that. The tourist areas of Athens can be kind of hectic, so I really enjoyed staying in an apartment in a neighborhood that was away from the tourist areas and much more local and quiet, but also there were plenty of restaurants and bars close by. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend to book here if you come to Athens!
• Vladimirdimov (10/5): Awesome spacious apartment for two with great view of the Acropolis - It is an awesome apartment with a great view of the Acropolis and a lovely host. There was welcome food and drinks which we really appreciated because we arrived hungry and thirsty. The apartment had everything we needed, was spacious and quiet despite the very loud atmosphere of Athens. All the great attractions are within walking distance. The neighbourhood is not the best and a bit dirty, but it is totally compensated by the great apartment with its view and host.
• Tejus (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best apartments I've stayed in. The balcony view of the Acropolis was stunning - something many would pay hundreds more for. The bed was cosy, the kitchen modern and fully equipped, and the bathroom was nice too. The apartment itself is high up in a bloc, in a cute and trendy neighborhood just a 8-10 min walk from the hubbub of the city. Other than the incredible view, the lovely owner kept some food and treats in the room for us - which helped us out a lot.

• Nikola (10/5): Incredible view near Athens center - *the view is just incredible *the apartment was incredibly clean *Dimi made sure everything was okay *we even got fruits and wine as a little welcome *air conditioning *withing 15minutes you're in Athens center *free parking on the streets around the building (always found a parking spot quite easily) *the water pressure is not so good (which is not a big deal but if you have long hair, plan some extra time) *the house does not look really nice when entering but once your in the apartments it's so comfy and nice
• Khaled (8/5): I liked Athena, and I think she liked me back. - We found the place very clean. The water is hot, and the air conditioning is cold. The hosts provide you with everything fresh and clean in the cupboard and fridge, so you don't have to worry about going to the store on the day of your arrival. The view is very beautiful and the apartment is on the fifth floor, far from people and noise. The internet is very good, the TV is equipped with everything you need, as well as the kitchen and cleaning supplies. The location of the accommodation is more than ten minutes (walking) from the nearest train station. The location is quiet even at night and on holidays, but it is in an area where drug abuse and prostitution are rumored (this is what the locals confirmed to us so we should take note) knowing that we sometimes return to our place of residence after midnight and we did not encounter any of them!

• Stefan (10/5): Amazing Acropole view - We felt like home. Upon on our arrival, there was a tray full of fruits and nuts, some cold water and juice and a bottle of wine. Small things like this can make your stay wonderful. The room is really nice and cozy, equipped with more than you need. The big plus is the view of the Acropole which is absolutely fantastic and it is hard to find something similar in Athens. Big thanks to the host, we had a wonderful stay!

• Melody (10/5): Exceptional - This is a lovely little studio apartment. They have done an excellent job of updating it. They thought of everything! It has a 2 burner electric cooker an oven and a microwave! The cupboards are fully stocked with dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. There are 2 coffee makers and the coffee to go with them! The apartment even comes with a washing machine! But all of this pales in comparison to the view!! The view of the Acropolis from the balcony is breathtaking!! I can hardly wait to return just for that, only next time I'm going to bring my real camera! A phone just can't capture the dramatic masterpiece that it is! A couple of things to note are, first of all don't be put off by the elevator and the hallway! They are old dark and dingy! I was a bit concerned when I first entered the building but once I got upstairs it was worth it! We were never concerned about safety. We ate at several of the little corner take out souvlaki places and the food was excellent and the folks were very friendly and helpful! Second, make sure you specify whether you want a double bed or 2 single beds because they will make up the room according to your needs. I failed to do this at booking but Dimitri very kindly brought over the necessary bedding for us! Thank you Dimitri for a wonderful stay in Athens! I hope to see you again soon!

• Mihailms (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice, seems recently modernized, with everything functional and no issues, appreciated the cleanliness, also the bed is very comfortable. The hosts were great, with good communication always eager to help, when we had a small problem with the lock box Dimitris arrived very quickly for the Athens traffic from different neighbourhood. The view in the night is superb, and you can relax on the balcony with a drink. The apartment had't missed anything compared with a hotel room and on top of that some bonuses from the host like water, wine, breakfast snacks and a capsule coffee machine; with these if you arrive in the evening you don't have to bother about minimum necessary things until the next day. A supermarket is located in 2 mins walk away, plus some nearby mini shops. In the neighbourhood you'll have several terraces, bars and night clubs for the weekend, also a bakery for the morning. The walk to the underground station nearby takes 10 mins.
