• ΕΛΕΝΗ (10/5): - Καινούρια διαμερισματα πολύ καθαρά και σε πολύ ησυχη τοποθεσία. Ενώ είναι 5 λεπτά μόνο μακρυά με τα πόδια από την πιο κεντρική λεωφόρο της Αθήνας η περιοχή είναι πολύ ησυχη με ωραία σπίτια. Όλα τέλεια

• Chris (10/5): Short and cosy - Parking availability is also a plus. location is very nice and easy access to golden hall, oaka and other places on the northern side of Athens. Only minor issue (which i i could handle it differently e.g contacting the vivo team to help me out) the room was very warm (which i'm assuming could be based on central under floor heating that i couldn't understand how to turn off. Nevertheless i've used the A/C and temperature was sorted.

Quiet and pleasant stay - We are an English couple giving birth in IASO hospital and the location for me (father to be) was perfect where I could walk 5 minutes to get to this apartment and have a good shower and sleep. Great location, quiet and easy street parking with nice detail of providing free snacks and drinks for guests. I will be back thank you. If I were to be very picky then it’s just the attention to detail from wear and tear on the wood (patched up wooded doors from wet room), tiles (chipped) and cabinets (dated) which are down to a slightly poor finish (I’m a luxury house/villa builder) but this reflects the better price.

Ήταν κοντά στο Mall που θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε και στο υπουργείο κλιματικής κρίσης και πολιτικής προστασίας που έπρεπε να επισκεφτώ λόγω δουλειάς στα οποία πήγα με τα πόδια και δεν χρειάστηκε να χρησιμοποιήσω αυτοκίνητο. Η παραμέληση του καταλύματος. Ήταν Σοσό καλή η τοποθεσία όπως και η θέα από το κατάλυμα που ήταν κρίμα που είχε εικόνα παραμελημενου κτιρίου. Μιλάω και εσωτερικά, κυρίως το μπάνιο αλλά ειδικότερα το μπαλκόνι που ήταν αφημένο στην τύχη του.
• Mi Jun (9/5): Great studio apartment for a short holiday - The view of this property is fantastic, 90 degree top-down windows, and the side facing the stadium has nothing to block the view, powered shade is installed and convenient to use. Location is good, 10 mins walk to the Mall and metro station. The washer is not in the room, have to go to -1 floor to do laundry in a public washer. Pest control to be improved, on one day, there are more than 20 tiny tiny spiders appeared with hanging web between the TV and the table, they're very tiny and I am pretty sure they're poison-less, I just felt annoyed but I guess for people with arachnophobia, they may file serious complaint. Also the entrance of the building smells like pest spray,

• Monica (9/5): - La struttura era molto pulita, bella, abbastanza spaziosa con ampie vetrate e tende oscuranti. Zona silenziosa. Nella cucina vi era tutti quel che serve (nel frigo c'era anche una gradita bottiglia di vino e snack). È abbastanza vicino alla metro e al treno (10 Min) per arrivare al centro di Atene 25 Min. Abbiamo richiesto asciugamani sono arrivati velocemente e con gentilezza. Una notte delle 3 abbiamo avuto vicini di stanza e sentendo rumori del loro bagno ipotizziamo che forse le pareti sono un po' sottili. L' armadio era piccolino ma avendo un divano un tavolo con sedie ci siamo cmq organizzati. Nel complesso il tutto é piu positivo che negativo.

• spyridon (4/5): Δεν θα το συνιστούσα με τίποτα - Τοποθεσία Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ μικρότερο σε σχέση με αυτό που αναφέρετε δεν υπήρχε κουρτίνα σκίασης στο ένα παράθυρο και σε συνδιασμο με το πολύ κακής ποιότητας στρώματος δεν μπορέσαμε να ξεκουραστούμε το διαμέρισμα δεν εχει μπαλκόνι ,στο μπάνιο η θερμοκρασία ήταν πολύ χαμηλή σε σχέση με το δωμάτιο τα μάτια της κουζίνας δεν λειτουργούσαν και δεν μπορούσαμε να φτιάξουμε ούτε ένα ρόφημα η ρεσεψιόν του καταλύματος ήταν βρόμικη

• Georgios (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή - Εξαιρετικά καθαρός, καλαίσθητος και ζεστός χώρος. Πραγματικά υπέροχο. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δε μου αρέσει.

• EFSTATHIOS (9/5): - Πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ καλή περιοχή. Πολύ καλή θέα. Δεν υπήρχε εναλλακτική επιλογή σκεπασμάτων εκτός από το παλωμα. Αν υπήρχε κουβέρτα και σεντονι θα μπορούσε να ήταν ικανοποιητικα όσων αφορά τον ύπνο.
