• Konstantinos (10/5): Perfection! - Excellent choice for someone who wants to enjoy Athens and a beach at the same time! Floisvos Marina is right across the street and it is so beautiful, many restaurants and coffee places to choose there, the host is a very sweet guy who is there to assist the guest with kindness! Also, well equipped apt, very clean and comfy. Will be coming back definitely!

• CRIS (7/5): Pobyt udany, Ateny piękne choć drogie + ten nowy podatek grecki dla turystów! Czas na inne miejsca. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicha i bezpieczna dzielnica, spokój w dzień i w nocy. Bardzo dobra komunikacja publiczna - autobusy B2 I 550 do centrum Aten, tramwaj 7 w kierunku plaż i do Pireus, na lotnisko autobus X96. Super FLISVOS MARINA.

• Selina (9/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft, super Lage, da man schnell am Meer ist und auch sehr unproblematisch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt reinfahren kann. Sehr niedliche Katzen die immer mal wieder an der Terrasse vorbeikommen.

• Olena (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is well located, close to the sea, walking distance to the beach and close to the public transport stops, from where it is possible to get to the main attractions or Pireus port.

• Grace (8/5): Very good - Nice appartment in a quiet and safe area. Very clean. Shower works well. Lots of storage for clothes. We arrived early and the owner very kindly let us check into the appartment. Friendly cats outside, treats in the cupboard for them. Lots of towels and spare bedding. Washing machine works well. Washing liquid, shampoo and shower gel all available for use. Air conditioning works well. Supermarket nearby. We used the tram to go into the centre, takes about 40 minutes. Good value for money when eating out. A bit of a walk uphill in the heat to get to the restaurants. Not the nicest walk to get to the beach and marina with such a busy road nearby. There is an overpass the lift was working on one side only. The beach is okay but it's a stoeny beach. The ticket machine was broken for the tram, you can buy tickets from the kiosk across from the Pitta Bar (see photo attached), it took a bit of time to work this out.
• Efrat (8/5): Very good - We came for the Release Athens festival so the location of the apartment was perfect about 10 minutes walk. The aprtment is very nice and there is all things that you need like oil , sugar , soap, and shampoo etc. The host left very clear instructions of how to use the facilities in the apartment which is very nice , also it was very easy to access the apartment. Unfortunately the double bed is not comfortable so it was not so easy to sleep

• Zenia (10/5): Fabulous place highly recommended. - Beautiful place, very comfortable, great location, EVERYTHING you could possibly need in the apartment or within walking distance, great supermarkets, shops, bakeries, eateries and bars. The apartment looks beautiful and feels safe. Lovely and clean. The owner was very helpful with any requests we had and helped us when we lost our way a little. The cats are very friendly and sweet too 😍 Nothing to complain about it's was a great stay.... One member of the family has a cat allergy but just took extra medication to overcome this 😻 (severe suffers could have a problem)

• Oliver (8/5): Very good - nice looking apartment on the quiet street, i was suprised by the equipment of it :) tram stop is just 5 minutes of walking away, good posibility to reach beaches or city centre by tram :) working AC, because summers in Greece are very hot :) very nice and friendly cats outside, especially the brown one very hard to find it, Google maps shows totally another place on this adress Kronou 20 :/, we spend around half an hour on this street to find death cuckroaches in the hallway, but luckily not in the aparment :)
• Andreea (9/5): Superb - The apartment is equipped with all things you would typically expect and is close to the Flisvos Marina and playground. The beaches in the area are not great, but better ones are easily reacheable by car. This is not a minus of the apartment per se, but since it is on the ground floor, there are a lot of mosquitoes and, despite the door nets, you will definitely need mosquito repellents.

Kitchen full of everything incl oil, species etc - was quite comfortable to prepare food by ourselv. Nice park and marina 5 minutes by feet. A lot of food-shops nearby. Nice green street. Quiet and safe place. Ground floor and not so much natural light in the property. More light sourses could help. Bathroom probably needs some refreshment. But we felt like at home anyway! Alimos beach was a bit dirty, but the nearest Flisvos beach was quite good. Anywasy - 10-15 minutes by tram - all beaches of the seaside are available.

• Marcos (9/5): Value for money - Really cute and cosy one-bedroom apartment in the ground floor of a multi story building. Apart from the well sized bedroom there is also a kitchen/living room area and a bathroom. Bus X96 connects the property to the airport (get off the bus at Floisvos bus stop and walk for about 10 minutes). The tram at Trocadero station (5 minutes walk) will take you west to the port of Pireas or east all the way down to Glyfada area of Athens. Marina Floisvos is about 5 minutes walk with lots of dining and entertainment options. The central heating works from 8-10 at night but there is also an airconditioning unit in the living room if you need heating during the rest of the day. Overall value for money paid. I am a light sleeper and during the last 2 nights of my stay I had a really hard time sleeping because of a metallic shelter that is located in an outside area located right behind the bedroom. During the last two days of my stay there were some strong winds in the area and this metallic shelter was squeaking like crazy. Of course this was not the hosts fault, and I cannot blame him, but it should be mentioned since it is something that might affect your sleep if you are light sleeper as I am. You might consider taking with you a pair of earplugs, just in case there are some windy days.
