• metin (10/5): - Eigenlijk alles. Mooie buurt met veel mooie parken dichtbij. Openbaar vervoer op loopafstand. Winkelcentrum en goede restaurants in de buurt. Schoon en ruim appartement, mooi ingericht en voorzien van alle apparatuur. Goed bed. Moderne badkamer. Alles zag vrij nieuw uit. Erg vriendelijke gastheer die ons verwelkomde en ook persoonlijk gedag kwam zeggen. Gaf nuttige tips over de stad. Ruimte voor onze fietsen in eigen privé tuintje. We komen hier zeker terug als we weer in Berlijn zijn. Niets

Christophe was a wonderful host. The kitchen has everything one may need, the supermarket is close and the walk to reach S bahn station and is also peasant. We liked the strolls in the neighborhood and the local architecture. We also liked very much the wall decorations with DDR landmarks and the books available for visitors. Nothing
• David (9/5): Great Eclectic Modern Apartment but some distance from central Berlin. . - The apartment was impeccably furnished.it had all the equipment you could want in the kitchen. The bathroom was perfect in terms of function and layout. Our host was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and understood the neighborhood we were in. There was no air conditioning but it was not really necessary given the trees on the property providing ample shade. The large airy windows and fans completed the cooling effect. The actual outside grounds of the building could use some attention. The location while quiet and quite close to restaurants and shopping but was a long way away from central downtown Berlin. Public transportation was an option but several stops and changes were required to get to town.

• Jeroen (6/5): We had a good stay but not likely stay again. - It is a friendly welcome and the kitchen is well equipped, it is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Close to a supermarket and close to public transport. It is quite far from the city center. The accommodation is promoted with bikes, which appeared not to be available. And if they are, it comes with an additional fee. The apartment is nice, but quite small: More for a family with small children than 4 adult. So you really need to be out to the city as much as possible. E.g. the couch can only have 2 people on it, the porch table only has 2 seats, the kitchen has only 2 stools. The little place with barbecue is a nice feature, but again very small.

• Maryna (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great: the communication with the host, the district, groceries and tram stat - The atmosphere. We got everything we needed. My co-travelers found the wi-fi speed was to low. But I didn’t use wi-fi, so for me everything was great.
• Naude (9/5): Superb - The house had everything you needed. All types of cutlery and crockery, which made it so convenient to prepare food. The house was also close enough to the bus/tram stop and a 2 min walk from the grocery.

We used the kitchen several times to cook our meals. The washing machine was a nice bonus. The owner was so easy to talk to and always available. Nothing!

He met us at the apartment in the evening to give us the keys. He was friendly, informative and responsive to questions and requests during our 10-day stay. The two-bedroom apartment is modern and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are up to date. The Pankow district has limited lodging options so be sure to check out this stellar apartment.
