  Set on the ground floor of a quiet residential house, this spacious deluxe apartment comes with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom with a bath, shower and a spa bath. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are both available. 6 guests can stay in the apartment. 3 children up to 12 can stay for free in existing beds. Baby cots/cribs are free to use.

• Heidi (5/5): Es war ok und bestimmt super für Fotoshottings oder feiern aber für Familien ehr weniger. - Das selbstgemalte Bild war echt ein Hingucker Die Schlafzimmer rochen muffig,Handtücher und ein Leintuch waren schmutzig.Im Bad oben an der Decke bröckelt die Farbe ab,Schimmelsporen oben an der Decke am Rollo,Verscheinlich zu wenig gelüftet.Eine Garderobe für Jacken wäre nicht schlecht

• Justin (10/5): - Doreen was an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. Amazing apartment! Such detail and stunning including all of the lighting. Close to the station and tram line. Appartment has the wow factor!
• RW (10/5): Awesome place to stay in Berlin! - The apartment was perfect for our needs. We were actually getting ready to move out of Berlin and needed a place to stay for our last week. The apartment was huge, which meant there was plenty of space for our luggage. It also meant there was plenty of space for friends to come visit and say goodbye. The apartment is on the ground floor, which meant we didn't have to schlep luggage up the stairs. Location was excellent, with easy access to a grocery store and public transportation. This was really the perfect place to end our time in Berlin. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was small, which made it tricky if you wanted to actually cook or bake.

• Vytenis (7/5): - Labai erdvus butas, gera, rami vieta, netoli tramvajaus stotelės. Labai neįprastai įrengtas- kaip muziejus ar filmavimo studija. Virtuvė minimalistinė, kaitlentė senovinė, kempinė buvo sena ir purvina. Erdvė labai didelė, bet ji praktiškai nepanaudojama gyvenant šeimai. Kaina didelė palyginant su gaunama kokybe.

• Lauren (10/5): Spacious, homely and grand. - It was a great, comfortable, spacious place to stay. When you walk in you feel at home. Our kids loved the “luxurious beds” and couldn’t stop raving about how “grand” their room was (9 and 7 y/o). This place could easily accommodate a family or a group of travelling adults. We will reuse this fantastic apartment next time we’re in Berlin! No complaints.

• Naoko (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Pranzlauer Berg - This beautifully decorated apartment was spacious with comfy beds. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and the Greifswalder Str station was just minuets away (the train system is great to get to basically anywhere in Berlin!). We live in the US so not having a thermostat in the apartment was a surprise! We just needed to open the windows when it felt a bit stuffy/warm but the weather was great at the end of September while we were there so it wasn't an issue at all.
• Sergiy (10/5): Exceptional - This is amazing apartment! The owner meet us inside and showed all around inside. 3 big beds - king size, comfortable pillows. Not far from apartment bus,train station. Easy to reach city centre. We definitely will stay again with this apartment next time.

Doreen was an excellent host and very helpful for check-in and providing information before our stay. The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfortable and in a great location. I would highly recommend staying here.

• Samuel (8/5): The appartement is in a great neighbourhood of Prenzlauer Berg. The host is doing her best for you. - The size of the living room is impressive. There 2 couchs and a fire place. The decoration of the flat is very well made. There 2 supermarkets arrounds and you are at 3 mins of the tram M4 direct to down town (15 mins) Too short stay ;-)
• Kaydee12345 (9/5): Superb - We came as team for 4 people to participate in Messe Berlin for a travel fair. The house is superb along with big dining cum living area. Its massive and it can accommodate easily 50 people for a dinner party. This place looks more royal from a gothic era with intriguing paintings and decor. There is one massive bathroom with all classiness of medieval era. The rooms are good enough to accommodate 2 people in each. There are 2 rooms and if you have more people, as i mentioned, it has a massive hall. we had a great time as we could host our clients for evening party and has amazing time chatting and discussing business in simmering lights and Beethoven music. Quite close to metro S Bahn and grocery store. well connected thru bus and other means of transport. Everything looks perfect to us except it has only 1 bathroom and other people have to wait for their turn another point is location. its was quite far from our place of work but location is quite specific to us. Else its located near Alexanderplatz which is happening place of Berlin.

• Philippa (8/5): Large and near transport. - The apartment is very large and within a few minutes walk of S Bahn, trams and buses. There's a reasonable supermarket close by and it's next door to a small Italian restaurant. The bedrooms are every bit as impressive as the host's photographs show. There was a half hour delay in being let into the property when we arrived as the host wasn't ready for us. The bathroom sliding door still has not got a lock (mentioned in previous review). The kitchen is a bit of a squeeze compared to the rest of the property but it's OK for a short stay.
• Luz (8/5): Very good - All was clean. The location is very good. There are supermarkets nearby and metro The kitchen is very poor. The kettle was dirty and despite the fact that it has all the dishes, it is not comfortable to make a coffee. They give a lot of importance to the decoration and there are functional details that it does not comply with, such as the fact that the bathroom does not have a lock.

• Sonja (9/5): Great value for money! - Nice, spacious and clean apartment. Very fun interior and great value for money. Good communication with the host before arrival and the kitchen was well equipped. Good supermarkets nearby. Located in a very quiet area, not that many nice restaurants in a walking distance. Feels very safe though. Had a somewhat delayed arrival, the cleaning lady was the one to let us in and she was super talkative and would not leave the apartment. Problem was that she only spoke german, which we did not. She seemed very sweet but she really overstayed her welcome and did not understand when we tried to tell her that we had to get ready for our dinner plans (we had to leave the apartment to get her out :D). Language barrier problems.

• Jennifer (10/5): absolutely amazing! we had a great time and hostess so lovely - amazing! felt like staying in a pent house, beautiful, large and elegant, such an amazing space the hostess has made, definitely would stay again and will recommend to all my family and friends plates were dirty but wasn’t the hostess fault looks like last guests put one clean dish ontop of a pile of dirty dishes in the cupboard to make it look like they had cleaned them

• Adam (10/5): This is a stunning place to stay - stunningly beautiful and in a very practical location. - It’s absolutely stunning! So much space and so stylish, too. And the location is great for transport links and the supermarket, with an excellent pizzeria laterally next door.
